According to the post evaluation scheme in Korea of a public construction project which is more than 30 Billion KRW, project performance is evaluated by investigating outcomes and effects of the construction after the completion of the project. The current post evaluation results can be used for planning and estimating a construction project in the future. However, it is not easy to utilized for an on-going project because the system does not provide the phase-based performance of a project. Although project planning performance is important for project initiation, few attempt has been made to evaluate planning performance in Korea. The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual performance evaluation of planning performance using preliminary feasibility study conducted by Korea Development Institute. This study developed a planning performance database using data extracted from preliminary feasibility study reports of the completed 354 road construction projects. This study analyzed the performance of the planning stage of road projects by developing absolute metrics such as standard construction cost and standard construction schedule based on a Lane-Km. Using the standard construction cost and schedule metrics, the planning performance was analyzed by project characteristics. The results of this study can be used for phase-based performance evaluation from planning phase to construction phase.

When planning and promoting apartment house development project, it is very important to carry on profitability in planning stage through realistic evaluation and analysis about distributability. Especially, the analysis about project feasibility through forecasting the early distribute rate is crucial stage because it could evaluate overall expecting benefit and feasibility of the project. However, researches and studies related with forecasting profitability and distributabilty of construction development project are insufficient. Also there is a big gap of the standard for evaluating early distribute rate between government and individual corporations. So it is necessary to study about the evaluating early distribute rate. In this point, this study aims to present effective evaluating standard(criteria) which is for forecasting profitability and distribute rate through analyzing various factors and weight of apartment house development projects. This study compared and analyzed examples of the real initial rate of private apartment sale based on the government estimated standard. Among estimated index, omitted items and factors to be additionally considered are combined as 33 detail appraisal contents of 4 parts 9 items by allotting them based on the data about priority of all considered factors.

The government has been implementing the preliminary feasibility study to examine previously a plan of the national R&D program submitted by each government ministry or institution and decide whether to reflect its budget. However, although R&D investments obviously have a different contribution depending on the different types of project, the current system applies the average R&D contribution rate to whole industry across the board in order to estimate benefits of the creating value from the R&D activity. This system in turn will cause a distorted result in the economic feasibility analysis. Therefore, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the ICT R&D contribution for the creating value added, on behalf of all industries, through the growth accounting method and explores an applicability of the differential R&D contribution rate as an alternative by comparing to the existing R&D contribution rate. The result of this paper shows the ICT R&D contribution rate is 48.2%, and we can find out there is a significant difference compared to the existing R&D contribution rate. In light of this, it is necessary to adopt carefully the differentiated R&D contribution rate considering project characteristics.

This research investigates the determinants of consumer's acceptance for the mobile Ads. Based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and Flow theory, our research adopts some factors for a theoretical model such as entertainment, information, irritation, credibility, flow experience, attitudes and acceptance intention. For examining an implied relationships by this research model, a field study using survey methodology for data collection was conducted. This data was analyzed based on using AMOS, the structural equation modeling and a second generation multi variant technique, and has gained distinct advantages over other technique. After some model modification according to model generating strategy approach, this study shows that entertainment, irritation, credibility and flow experience have significant effects on the attitudes. And also, this attitudes have acceptance intention in mobile Ads. In conclusion, implications are discussed along with limitations and further research direction.

According to many researches on brand management, the decision makings on brand marketing should center on the brand identity. Based on the brand management theory, Brand Identity-based OSMU Strategy has been suggested, in which the decision makings for culture content's OSMU should be focused on the brand identity of content to maximize the brand equity. In this study, the effectiveness of suggested brand identity-based OSMU strategy model is empirically studied, together with the effect on the brand equity. The study on the consumer's attitude toward the Harry Potter T-shirt with the associations of 'magic, courage and confrontation against evil' proved that consumers respond more favorably in terms of their recognition of the fit-to-content, preference and perceived quality. With this result, the positive effect of brand identity-based OSMU on consumer attitude is verified. On the other hand, the study on the effect of brand identity bearing T-shirt on brand equity did not support the hypothesis that the brand identity-based OSMU has the positive feedback effect on the brand equity of culture content. Still, while the brand equity is established through the long period of time with consumer's consistent experience on the certain culture content, the effect of brand identity-based OSMU on brand equity has a room for further discussion and research. While the ultimate goal of marketing is to create the power brand with high brand value, the further discussion on the effective culture content OSMU strategy to create a power brand is needed.

창녕군 증산리 지역은 신규 취수원 확보 일환으로 강변여과 방식 취수 가능성이 한국수자원공사에 의해서 평가되고 있는 지역이다. 강변여과 방식 취수의 타당성 평가를 위해 현장 지질조사, 시추조사, 전기 비저항 탐사 및 고해상도 탄성파 탐사를 수행하였다. 또한 대상 연구지역에서의 개략적 취수 가능량 산정을 위해 모델링 평가가 수행되었으며, 개별 정호에 대한 양수량 산정을 위해 시험 정호를 설치하였다. 현장 시추 조사와 시료에 대한 입도 분석 결과, 연구 지역의 충적층 두께는 35m 전후이며, 주 대수층 구간은 지표하 $25{\sim}35m$인 것으로 추정되었다. 또한 주 대수층 구간의 수리전도도는 $10^{-2}cm/sec$ 이상으로 주로 모래섞인 자갈층으로 구성되어있는 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 전기비저항 조사 결과는 부분적으로 매우 낮은 비저항 분포 지층을 보여주고 있으며, 이는 주로 실트 및 점토로 된 지층이 부분적으로 퇴적되어 있음을 지시하며, 고해상도 탄성파 탐사 결과는 전반적으로 지하수위는 지표하부 5m 전후에 분포하고, 충적층의 하부 경계는 35 내지 45m인 것으로 해석되었다. 지하수 모델링을 통해, 취수 목표량인 180,000톤/일은 주대수층까지의 지하수위 강하 없이 확보 가능할 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 개별 정호의 산출 특성을 평가하기 위해 시험 정호를 설치하여, 실제 2,700톤/일 예비 양수 시험을 수행하였다. 예비 양수 시험 결과, 양수정에서의 수위 강하는 개략 10m, 양수정관측정에서는 약 0.3m의 수위강하만이 관찰되었으며, 양수 영향권이 수 십 m를 넘지 않을 것으로 판단되었다.서의 S97과 JBR의 세포감염 억제율은 3.85%와 3.63%로 나타났다. $textsc{k}$-casein, CU는 로타바이러스 S97과 JBR에 대해 농도 2000UM에서 97%이상의 억제효과를 나타냈으며, sialic acid는 억제효과가 거의 없었다. K-casein, GMP는 송아지뿐만 아니라 유아의 로타바이러스에 의한 설사를 억제할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.을 향상하기 위해서는 이러한 부위에 대한 미생물 오염을 낮출 수 있는 세심한 현장 품질관리가 필요하다.en and adolescents, analysed by country, age group and gender. 본 연구는 사용자 만족 중심의 기존 사용자 경험 관련 연구들이 가지고 있는 한계를 보완하기 위하여 감정적 애착이라는 새로운 개념을 도입함으로써 사용자 경험 연구의 새로운 시각을 제공하고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 의하여 [연구 1]에서는 감정적 애착과 관련된 기존 이론들에 대한 조사를 통하여 사용자들의 디지털 기기에 대한 감정적 애착 형성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 이론적 경험 요소로서 지각된 자아 일치감과 지각된 사회적 고양감이라는 개념들을 도출하였으며, 이를 기반으로 사용자 경험의 관점에서 새로운 이론적 모형을 개발하고, 한국의 핸드폰 사용자들을 대상으로 한 설문을 통하여 개방된 감정적 애착 형성 모형의 타당성을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 또한 [연구 2]에서는 5 개국 (한국, 미국, 독일, 러시아, 인도)에서 4 개의 디지털 기기 (핸드폰, MP3 플레이어, LCD TV, 냉장고) 사용자들을 대상으로 한 Contextual Interview 를 실시하여 실제 디지털 기기의 개발 및 디자인에 구체적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 경험 요소들을 추가적으로 도출하였다. 마지막으로 [연구 3]에서는 [연구 2]를 통하여 도출된 구체적인 사용자 경험 요소들을 [연구 1]에서 개방된 이론적 모형에 반영하여 구체화된 감정적 애착 형성 모형을 개방하고, 구체화된 모형의 타당성을 미국 핸드폰 사용자들을 대상으로 한 설문을 통하여 추가적으로 검증하였다.

학술지의 평가는 일반적으로 이용빈도와 인용빈도를 이용하여 이루어졌으나 시간과 비용, 인력문제에 따라 그 효용성에 많은 의문이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 이점에 착안하여 학술지를 평가하는 기준으로 학술지가 갖고 있는 외형적 정보를 활용하는 방안을 고찰하였다. 또한, 인용분석도 병행하여 외형적 평가기준과의 연관성도 조사하였다. 새로운 평가방법의 타당성을 측정하기 위해 학문 전반적인 연구에 앞서 일문학분야를 대상으로 기본적인 실험도 수행되었다.

해상 소각 시스템 개발 연구를 위해서 System interfacing기술, System구성물 안전, Scale up기술 등의 개발이 현재 진행되고 있으며 우수한 환경공해 방지기술의 접목을 계획하고 있다. 후처리 설비는 2차오염을 야기시키는 폐수가 발생되는 설비의 선정은 근원적으로 배제하며 주변 주민들의 신뢰도 회복을 위해 배출허용기준은 엄격히 적용한다. 또한 회출설비는 소각잔재를 응용하며 고형화 함으로써 2차오염을 방지하고 재활용 자원으로 사용하는 방식을 채택하고자 한다. 현재 시스템의 타당성 및 기본구성 방법에 관한 기초연구 및 기술선진국의 사례조사 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 이것이 어느정도 완료되면 구성시스템의 세부설계가 진행될 예정이다.

Local innovation cities that have recently been being constructed have a large share of the population with highly educated young family with children. There are high demand for children's libraries because of this high percentage of children in the population. In this regard, this study analyzed the economic feasibility of establishing a new children's library in an innovation city as viewed through the case of the C innovation city, where population inflows are increasing recently. In this study, based on a survey, we conducted a cost benefit analysis, as estimating the cost of constructing the library and calculating the benefits from the construction. The economic feasibility was analyzed by calculating the benefit cost ratio, net present value, and internal rate of return.
