The objective of the present study was to analyze the functions and requirements of CB (community business) centering on the activation of localities based on research and cases in Japan where CB is discussed actively, and to suggest the necessity and plans for introducing CB in Korea. That is, we examined the utilization of CB fittingly for the condition of Korea centering on success factors derived from research and cases in Japan, and attempted to improve the roles of the government and related organizations in introducing CB as an excellent tool for the activation of localities. Analyze the cause of success factors of CB in Japan, success factors is separated institutional dimension from operational dimension. In the institutional dimension, efficient support systems for activating CB have been established in the central government, local governments, and regions. and in the operational dimension, CB leaders are enthusiastic, members participate actively, and intermediary supporting agencies make a great contribution to CB operation.
In this study, for examining an effect of lower limbs' muscle activity on balance capability when applying sprinter pattern among the PNF, the experiment was conducted as followed. Under the object of 24 people diagnosed by hemiplegia, they were divided into control group and experimental group and the experiment was conducted on the experimental group, three times per a week for six weeks. Experimental group received Sprinter pattern of combined PNF upper extremity and lower extremity pattern. For the lower limbs' muscle activity, effective values of Vastus medialis laterails, medial lateral hamstrings, lateral gastrocnemius' action potential were analyzed. The balance ability tests was conducted with FICSIT-4, FSST and MTD-Balance system. For the significance test of control group and experimental group for measuring time by exercise application method, two-way repeated measure ANOVA was conducted and for the significance test among the groups by each measuring time, independent t-test was conducted. Also, for examining the correlation among the measuring item, pearson correlation was used for the analysis. As the result, the application of sprinter pattern increased muscle activity of lower limbs in paretic side and improve static and dynamic balance ability effectively. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop new intervention by combining active application of the therapeutic intervention program for lower limbs' effective muscle mobilizing in paretic side with various exercising patterns.
The purpose of this study was to recognize the level of acknowledgement of the psychological support services for actors, the significance of psychological factors during performance, experience, the actual situation, and the solution to psychological matters, contribution of the psychological factors to performance and competency to control, and demand for counseling and consider ways to promote these in the future. A questionnaire was developed by specialists and analyzed both through quantitative and qualitative methods. As a result, it turned out that actors perceive the effect of psychological support services such as counseling and psychological skill positively. Even though actors understand the importance of psychological factors in practice and performance in the stage, participation in education or information regarding psychological support services were rarely realized. Also, psychological factors such as confidence, concentration, sense of achievement, motivation, positive attitude and thought, setting a goal for performance, mind control, image training, and self-consciousness are regarded as highly contributing to the performance, but actors cannot control these psychological aspects effectively in fact. Actors were very positive in participating in psychological support services and hoped to have professional counseling and psychological skill services. This study can be used as a standard in supporting the field of play practically in terms of planning for psychological support services for actors, development of psychological support program, and enforcement of education on the spot.
This study empirically investigates applicable possibility of open technology innovation with which the government is concerned, by figuring out the relationship between firms' innovation behaviors and innovation outputs and their utilization of information network. Empirical methodology was employed as logit regression to explain firms' innovation behaviors and the data set includes more than 2500 firms in the manufacturing sectors. First, empirical findings showed that firms' innovation competencies and behaviors can be explained as the trend of patent application, sales and innovation outputs significantly. The patents of small and medium-sized businesses are inclined to be positive to information sources of university and government-supported research institute and the sales increased when they had labs to concentrate on R&D. On the other hand, the existence of labor union turn out to be negative to their sales. Second, the types of information network which firms utilize turned out to be connected with their innovation behaviors and purposes. Third, four types of innovation, i.e., product, process, organization, and marketing innovation was employed and innovation behaviors and outputs are well connected.
The purpose of the study is to investigate baseline data by exploring the self-esteem and general appearance management behavior in North Korean immigrant women. The data were collected from December 2014 to February 2015 from 201 participants. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. The followings are the results of the present study. 1) The mean score of self-esteem was 2.40 in 4 points, and the mean of the appearance concern was 3.20 in 5 points. And the mean of general appearance management behavior was 2.67 in 5 points. Subjects had a lot of make-up and clothes behaviors. However exercise, food intake behaviors of subjects were lowerer than average. 2) There were significant differences between self-esteem, the appearance concern and general charateristeics(e.g age, intent weight loss, interest in cosmetic surgery). In general appearance management behavior, there was a significant difference among age, interest in cosmetic surgery and job in North Korea. 3) There was a significant correlation among self-esteem and the appearance concern, general appearance management behavior, age, intent weight control as well as interest in cosmetic surgery. In the appearance concern, it showed a correlation with general appearance management behavior, age, intent weight control as well as interest in cosmetic surgery. This research explores a value chain structure of VR-AR media including user's perception, uses, and evaluation. The purpose of this research focused on factor analysis and the relationship among user's VR-AR adoption motivations and utilities. This research explores correlation between personal value and using motivation. This study was to identify the value structure of respondent on VR-AR usages based on means-end chain theory. The research used structured APT laddering questions and 251 data was analysed. Through such analysis, category difference by stage and relationship difference were identified and hierarchical value map was compared. There are four different value ladders: first is attributes, functional consequences, psychological consequences, and final value. This study is based on the analysis of the value chain structure factors that affect VR and AR use behavior (attributes, functional benefits, psychological benefits, use value), 'Hierarchical Value Map' between users' The purpose of the model is to construct a model. For this, 'means-end chain theory' was applied to measure the causal relationship between personal value and VR related use behavior. In order to solve this research problem, 135 people were analyzed through the structured questionnaire using the AR and VR content fitness measure and the second APT laddering, and the use of VR-AR : 1) Functional benefits; 2) Psychological benefits; 3) Means to reach value, 4) Objective value chain structure was identified. The results show that VR users tried to smooth the social life through the new virtual reality audiovisual element, the newness of experience, fun, and pleasure through the departure of reality, vividness of experience, and leading fashion. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of personality virtue education program using visual media for college students. This program was run in parallel with "Educational Psychology" lecture from August 30th through December 4th, 2015. The subjects of study were 348 freshmen of nursing department in J college. The methodology of this study was nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group experimental design. The researcher carried out pretest for experimental group and control group both before program execution by KEDI Personality Inventory and repeated the test afterwards to measure the effects of the program. The data analysis was implemented by SPSS 22.0. The ANCOVA was used to verify the hypothesis. The result showed that all personality virtues(self-respect, integrity, consideration communication, responsibility, etiquette, self-control, honesty courage, wisdom, justice, citizenship) scores were improved significantly after the program. In conclusion, virtue-centered personality education can make students realize and internalize the value of virtues and have motivation and will to act, when they empathized with visual media on the various situation and learned repeatedly in integrated curriculum.
Although the public health centers have been initiating health education recently, it is not extending as expected and the participation of the program is low. The reason is that the office workers have few opportunities to receive health education since there are few public health centers in relation to the population. Much time is required for travel and attendance of the classes. In order to solve this problem, the aim is to increase participation in health education, improve the overall public health awareness, expand the number of health education locations to reduce medical expenses, vitalize the lifelong educational health programs, and improve the national health insurance. In order to research about the health education expansion plan for public health improvement, a study focused on men and women above age 20 who need health education. The research sample was selected through random sampling that targeted people who participated in the health programs or the health education. The period of this survey was from September 1st to September 30th, 2014. A total of 509 participants completed the survey data for the actual analysis to propose the health education expansion plan for the public health improvement.

The film industry is a high value-added industry, boosts the self-esteem of the people as a measure of a country's culture industry, and is one of the strategic industries to be fostered. However, the film industry is struggling due to the lack of national consensus on the importance and value of the film industry. Therefore, in order to resolve this issue, the study used the film Input-Output Table of year 2009 of korea to analyze how much the film industry contributes to the national economy. The results shows that film industry induce 82,838.7 billion won of national production, especially the film industry(the sector of film product & distribution and film screenings) shows that production inducement coefficient is 2.324(2.240, 2.478), Index of the power of dispersion is 1.163(1.121, 1.240), index of the sensitivity of dispersion is 0.825(0.825, 0.501), value-added coefficient is 0.884(0.479, 0.547), income inducement coefficient is 0.454(0.211, 0.236), tax inducement coefficient is 0.110(0.090, 0.146) and employment inducement coefficient is 0.017(0.014, 0.022).
