  • 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동이 새로운 여가트렌드로 떠오름에 따라 스포츠 및 관광산업 활성화를 위하여 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족이 웰니스에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족(교육적 만족, 사회적 만족, 긴장이완, 신체적 만족, 심미적만족)은 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동에 참여하는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며, 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 웰니스(신체적 웰니스, 사회적 웰니스, 정신적 웰니스, 지적 웰니스, 정서적 웰니스)는 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동에 참여하는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족은 웰니스에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 2001년 이후 고용노동부는 산업재해예방을 위해 50인 미만 근로자가 근무하는 소규모 사업장을 대상으로 재정지원을 해주는 클린사업장조성지원사업을 수행하고 있다. 클린사업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 사업 추진 과정과 지원 이후의 상황이 철저히 관리되어야만 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 클린사업 지원을 받은 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여, 추진 과정 중의 중요도와 만족도, 그리고 지원이후의 중요도와 만족도를 조사하였다. IPA 분석을 이용하여 클린사업의 중요도-만족도 분석을 하였으며, 그 결과 추진 과정에서는 지원 금액, 지원품목 품질, 지원품목의 다양성 요소에 특히 관심을 더 가져야 하는 것으로 나타났고, 지원 이후에는 모든 성과변수들이 기대하는 수준만큼의 성과를 얻고 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on Satisfaction on Use of VR Tourism Program (VR관광콘텐츠의 이용만족에 대한 연구)

  • With the development of the information and communication technology, tourism items or products based on new technology is created or developed for tourists. This study examines tourist's satisfaction about VR program, "Secret Wind Forest", which is the story of Gotjawal, one of famous Jeju eco-tourism attraction. In order to achieve the study goal, it identified a study model from the previous studies. It collected data using survey from visitors who used VR program. The total of 227 questionnaires was utilized for data analysis. Based on the study model, it accepted five hypotheses (H1~H5), which are as follows. Firstly, individual innovativeness has a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Secondly, individual innovativeness influenced perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness and ease influenced usage satisfaction. These results have both theoretical and practical contribution in terms of the development to tourist products using VR program. Academics can provide basic theories such as tourism activities, behaviors, and attitudes to tourism consumer-related studies on VR tourism program in terms of content application. Practically, it can help tourist marketers who want to use VR tourism program and content developers who use VR devices to construct VR program stories using tourism resources and to plan and execute contents considering the target market.

  • This study investigates Chinese consumers who have recently purchased products through internet personal broadcasting of Wang Hong and explores how factors related to Wang Hong, broadcasting contents, and products affect purchasing satisfaction of consumers. The present study also examines whether this satisfaction affects the consumer loyalty to the shopping through the Wang Hong in the future. The results indicated that consumers' perception of the informational level rather than entertainment level of broadcasting contents had significant effects on the product satisfaction. The perceived uniqueness and credibility of Wang Hong were found to have positive impacts. In terms of products, the more consumers perceived the product to fit their images or values, and the higher the fit between the images of Wang Hong and the endorsed product, the higher the satisfaction with the product. Product satisfaction increased the customer loyalty, including the intention of repurchasing products endorsed by the Wang Hong.

  • This study examines the relationship of disability acceptance, interpersonal skill with job satisfaction to improve the job satifaction of the disabled in wage work. The study also examines the moderated effect of employment type and the mediated effect of interpersonal skill. the research used data from the 2nd wave of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) in Years 1-4(2016-2019), AMOS 22 was to analyze the paths between variables. The result of the study are as follows. First, The job satisfaction of the disabled in wage work differed significantly in educational background, age group, and working period. But, there was no significant difference in gender. Second, disability acceptance has been shown to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, interpersonal skill have been shown to have a positive mediated effect in the relation between disability acceptance and job satisfaction. Fourth, the relation between disability acceptance and job satisfaction revealed that employment type have a negative significant moderating effect. Based on the result, Welfare practices for disability acceptance, interpersonal skill, and employment were proposed in order to promote job satisfaction for the disabled.

  • Following the recent advancement in the use of social networks, a vast amount of different online reviews is created. These variable online reviews which provide feedback data of contents' are being used as sources of valuable information to both contents' users and providers. With the increasing importance of online reviews, studies on opinion mining which analyzes online reviews to extract opinions or evaluations, attitudes and emotions of the writer have been on the increase. However, previous sentiment analysis techniques of opinion-mining focus only on the classification of reviews into positive or negative classes but does not include detailed information analysis of the user's satisfaction or sentiment grounds. Also, previous designs of the sentiment analysis technique only applied to one content domain that is, either product or movie, and could not be applied to other contents from a different domain. This paper suggests a sentiment analysis technique that can analyze detailed satisfaction of online reviews and extract detailed information of the satisfaction level. The proposed technique can analyze not only one domain of contents but also a variety of contents that are not from the same domain. In addition, we design a system based on Hadoop to process vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently. Through our proposed system, both users and contents' providers will be able to receive feedback information more clearly and in detail. Consequently, potential users who will use the content can make effective decisions and contents' providers can quickly apply the users' responses when developing marketing strategy as opposed to the old methods of using surveys. Moreover, the system is expected to be used practically in various fields that require user comments.

  • This study was surveyed by using seven variables with two stems of contents-wise aspect and systematic aspect, entertainment, user-oriented contents supply, data up data, useful information supply are the elements of contents-wise aspect and systematic stabilization, convenience of access. Promptness of response are for systematic aspect. Results : First, entertainment is the first variable of interactive contents for user to choose IPTV and useful information supply is the second. Also contents wise aspect is more related than the other. Second, The high quality of entertainment, user-oriented contents supply, useful information supply systematic stabilization, convenience of access, promptness of response are required to enhance the satisfaction of IPTV user Among them. convenience of access is the most valuable factor for user to choose IPTV.

  • In line with the increasing demand for domestic travel, Reality Travel Programs(hereinafter referred to as RTP) in which actors don't have the script in program are increasing. We explored the impact of RTP "Viewing Satisfaction" and "Revisit Intentions". Firstly, factors of "entertainment", "sympathy", "aesthetic", "information", "interaction" and "Indirect Experience" were confirmed. Secondly, common factors that have a positive impact on Dependent variables in RPT were "esthetics" and "IE". By empathizing with the beauty of the environment and actor's emotions, the RTP had a positive influence to "VS" and wanting to visit the area. Provided a theoretical basis by verifying that viewing motives for RTP have a positive impact on VS and RI.

  • This study investigates the relationship between the digital music service acceptance factors on the Perceived value, and Customer Satisfaction. Remarkable points of this study are as follows. First, according to the result of the analysis of relationship between digital music service acceptance factors and perceived value, diversity of digital music products and quality of digital music system affects significantly on the perceived value. but, usability of digital music service use does not have an effect on the perceived value. Second, as the result of analysis of the relationship between digital music service acceptance factors and customer satisfaction, diversity of digital music products, usability of digital music service and quality of digital music system affects significantly on the perceived value. These finding should assist digital music marketers and academics in their understanding of building loyalty on digital music service.

Satisfaction Analysis about Courses and Management of a Culture Content Interdisciplinary Program in a University (대학에서 문화콘텐츠 연계전공 강의와 관리에 대한 만족도 분석)

  • As culture content industry is regarded as a high value-added creation industry, many universities have run various kinds of programs such as interdisciplinary programs to develop human resources recently. J University has also offered a culture content interdisciplinary program since 2006. 6 departments are engaged in the interdisciplinary program. However, the research related to the assessment of courses and management about interdisciplinary programs rarely exists. In this paper, we firstly analyze the satisfaction levels of the classes and the management of the culture content interdisciplinary program runs in our University. In addition, in order to propose a desirable method to run the interdisciplinary program, we analyze the comprehension levels of students and the effectiveness of the education. Finally, we propose a future direction for a successful program based on our analysis results.
