Korean traditional alcohol's growth gets declined after Makgeolli's boom and it's time to enter the takeoff stage using cup based on the characteristics of each alcohols in order to their globalization and quality improvement. For now, there are 3 features of Korean traditional alcohol's cup design development; subdivision, quality improvement, systematization. However, there's no product design case that reflect the characteristics of the alcohol from the planning phase. Therefore, it needs to establish process technology for storytelling and emotion based cup design. This research aims to extract the specification for cup design and to find out the visualization element of cup's shape and material by studying 5 senses and traditional alcohol's objective informations. Through the study, the elements that can maximize the specific traditional alcohol's marketability: cup's label, pattern, decorative element based on the storytelling like history and tale were found. As a result, those result can give a new export strategy by developing competitive design that has emotional element and storytelling from the traditional alcohol's characteristics in a situation of stagnant export of the small sized home-brewed liquor business.

Logistic system and methods of the transportation have been changed rapidly by the variety of the logistics environment. It is necessary to analyze the efficiency of Korean trucking companies for enhancing the competitive power and operating. This paper will describe the analysis of the efficiency of the trucking companies with DEA models. By the CCR and the BCC models, which are in parts of DEA model, the efficiency and RTS(Return To Scale) of forty two selected trucking companies were studied. It was also analyzed how the study the input-output variables were effected. And then, some of the forty two trucking companies were shown as the benchmark. As the result of analysis on the two models, seven companies won the score '1' on CCR model and seventeen companies on BCC model. Moreover, this study showed that reducing the total asset out of input variables, and raising the sales profit out of the output variables played a main role to increase the efficiency of the trucking companies highly.

The number of professionals in the science and engineering fields decreases all over the world. Especially in Korea, the declining rate of both the laborable and economically active population, aging of the population at the fastest level, and the declining birth rate make it tougher to secure the core brains of the future. After speculation of all programs above, some common factors have been derived and every program appeared to have the support for each level of inducing, caring, and utilizing. And the means of support could be categorized into the financial, legal, and social aspects. Lastly, a logical tool called Systems Thinking has been applied to the FLS Conditions and the Brain Internalization Process to assure the efficacy and applicability of the models. This is to minimize any de facto side effects by analyzing all 'feedback loops' stemming from the models. And the 'causal loop diagrams' have been utilized to come with the complementary measures. Such series of verification could convince the virtue of the models. Governments and universities can make use of the FLS Conditions and the Brain Internalization Process so the policies or plans about the foreign brains can be built in a uniformized and consistent framework. I hope, as a result, the international competency of Korea to induce and utilize the foreign brains be raised with the constant and standardized formality.

예로부터 빛고을로 인식되었던 광주가 근세에 이르러 의병활동, 광주학생운동, 5\ulcorner18민주화운동, 아직도 끝나지 않은 이념전쟁으로만 비추어질 수도 있는 지역의 이미지를 재정립하고, 도시 경쟁력의 증대를 위한 방안으로 CI사업 추진계획을 수립하고 3개년에 걸쳐(1999～2001) CI전략 개발, CI디자인 개발, 문화상품 개발, 도시환경디자인 개발 등을 추진하였다. 최근 커뮤니케이션에 있어서 캐릭터는 정보의 시각화라는 측면에서 다른 그래픽 심볼에 비해 설득적이라 할 수 있고, 기존의 심볼의 이미지 보완적 보조심볼로서의 개념이 아닌 독자적인 영역이 구축되어야 하므로 광주광역시 캐릭터 개발은 Character Identity 차원에서 메인캐릭터와 이를 각각의 용도에 맞춰 응용전개시키는 이벤트 캐릭터, 브랜드캐릭터로 구분하여 유형에 따라 다르게 적용되어야 할 적용성 및 활용성에 중점을 두고 개발되었다. 광주광역시의 메인캐릭터 개발컨셉은 "빛"과 "생명"으로 결정된 TCI이념을 활용하는 것과 광주의 상징 요소로서 "무등산"을 활용하는 두 가지 방향에서 개발이 진행되었으며, 1999년 10월의 TCI 추진회의 1차선정을 시작으로 광주시민을 포함한 전국민 설문조사와 2000년 4월의 의회설명회에 이르기까지 다양한 방법을 통해 캐릭터 개발안에 대한 평가와 검토/수정과정을 거쳐 기본캐릭터를 완성하게 되었다. 이를 통해 본 광주광역시의 캐릭터는 중장기적으로 치밀하게 계획되고 실천되어야 하며 변화하는 환경에 효율적으로 대응하는 구체적이고 실천적인 연구평가와 접근방법에 대한 연구 등으로 그 지역의 특징적인 문화를 상품화시키려는 노력이 캐릭터개발을 토대로 뒤따라야 한다. 촉진, 중요 연구 주제의 도출 및 연구 진행 계획을 수립하고, 국제적 산학 협력 강화를 통해 공동 연구를 도출하는 자리를 마련함. $\textbullet$본 학술회의에서 발표된 논문들을 취합하여, 논문집 및 CD-ROM을 제작하여 세계적 수준의 연구 결과를 알리고 이 분야에 관련된 학문, 기술 발전에 큰 도움이 됨.emove effectively radioactivity with in Adsorbent. Since financial crisis, sharing economy emerged as a result of economic stagnation, emerging environmental-friendly trend and increasing smartphone penetration, which led to reducing unnecessary consumption and increasing the practical usage of resources. This indicates the possibility that the sharing economy service will develop in this hyperconnectivity era in terms of increasing consumer utility. In this study, the author, therefore, empirically analyzed the factors that affect the continuous usage from the experience of service use and the causal relationship between the factors by regulating the success of sharing economy service as the continuous use after the acceptance of service. The findings demonstrated that the perceived value and network externality had a significant effect on both trust and satisfaction, and the perceived risk had a significant effect on trust. In addition, trust affected both satisfaction and continuous use intention significantly, and satisfaction also had a significant effect on continuous use intention. And the perceived value and risk, and network externality mediated trust and satisfaction, thereby having a significant effect on continuous use intention. Through this research, the author intends to provide an opportunity to enhance the competitiveness of sharing economy service under an uncertain business environment by way of identifying the success factors of the sharing economy service whose important is growing in recently years and the structural relationship between these factors.

Game industry is certain to change rapidly as its attribute. Therefore, It's not easy that the law response to reflect the technological change of game industry properly, and a new legal issue that is difficult to cover with the existing law. Recently, Court battle or cases about games are socially receiving attention. Nevertheless, Research accumulation about the legal action to response this is rare situation. The legal system that is related games mostly approach in the regulation and punishment of one-sided administration so far. Relatively, Approach from the game industry development and promotion act standpoint is low. Shrinking rapidly the current game industry is not an irrelevance to this. So It is necessary to reconstruct rationally in side that embrace with variety of views of members of the society and interests about current game-related laws, systems and regulation instruments. Access to how will develop competitiveness of the game industry in legal aspects and how will promote the balanced development between game industries are needed. The problems that needs to handle in legal aspect such as game development, game distribution, and game usage which in the part of the game industry are getting more and more in the future. Therefore, there is a need to review consistently in the legal aspect for the game industry promotion.

The purpose of this study is to find out the way to improve the funding system of Korean animation, which will lead the establishment of virtuous circle of Korean animation industry. The funding structure of Korean animations in the period of 2005-2009 is analyzed to find out that the funding surveyed to find out that the domestic funding source for Korean animation has reached its limitation. Without any active involvement of public fund, this will result in the shrink of Korean animation industry with heavy reliance on foreign capital and limited quality of Korean animation. This is not only a serious problem of Korean animation industry, but also the problem of Korean cultural identity and variety because it is related with the diminish and degradation of Korean children and family content. Meanwhile, in France and Canada, which are the major co-production partners of Korean animation, the animation production is being activated by the full support of government fund system, because the animation is regarded as the important genre which plays a critical public role in establishing the cultural identity and variety of such countries. Improvement of Korean animation funding system is not pursued by more injection of public fund into the industry. It should be designed to facilitate the investment from the private sector by improving the profitability of Korean animation. This goal can be achieved by public fund with annual budget of 25 billion Korean Won supporting the distribution and production of Korean animation. Discussion should be needed for securing the funding resources such as establishment of new animation fund or utilization of existing fund.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact in visitors' spending on two separate local festivals, and to present the improved market strategies to attract visitors to revisit the local festivals. This study was also intended to suggest the ways to increase the competitiveness and revitalize the local festivals by improving the existing attractions and creating new attractions based on the visitors' evaluation. On the purpose of the study, we studied the visitors of two local ricefests, Icheon Rice Cultural Festival and Rice Festival in Jincheon Chungbuk, and estimated the determinants influencing the visitors' spending to the festivals by applying Tobit model. Finally, to estimate the behavioral differences in visitors of the two festivals, we compared the estimated determinants for the visitors of each festival by using Log-likelihood Ratio, and analyzed the differences in the factors influencing the visitors' spending. Summarizing the propensity of visitor's spending to local festivals, visitors of two rice festivals buy or tended to buy things on impulse. Therefore, festival industry needs to take measures to efficiently accommodate their expenditures from the stage of designing festivals.

Based on the study, the issues and trends in the current functional sandal designs on the same product line will be examined for the future developments for the functional sandals and the results were obtained as follows. First, the sandals must have a high front heel with wide floors that meet the ground. Second, the preference for the chromatic colour is stronger than the achromatic colors. Third, the sandals must be designed in curves in terms of the height and shape of the heels and design must consider the shoe's balance. Fourth, the product must appear big to provide a sense of stability. However, the sandals must not be designed too big to make them look crude or cause inconvenience while exercising. Fifth, the sandals must not be designed in too complex ways. This study has investigated and analyzed the external design of functional sandals and the user reviews on the actual sandals were not done. Through more detailed studies, the diversity in the design of functional sandals must be south and Korea's competitive edge in the industry and design must be secured for the future.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of regional balance of 16 metropolitan councils in Korea, using an indicator index analysis. In each council, 18 indicators of the year 2015 which reflect regional development have been selected to diagnose the performances of the three sectors: economy, social, and cultural infrastructure. For the index of economic indicators, Gyonggi-do records the highest number of the indicators and followed by Chungnam-do which reaches about 94% of Gyonggi-do. The lowest region is Gwangju Metropolitan City which shows only 57% of Gyonggi-do. In the social sector, Gyonggi-do and Seoul City have high indexes while Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gangwon-do show relatively low indexes. This implies that the national economic and social capitals are concentrated in Gyonggi-do and Seoul City. For the index of cultural infrastructure sector, Jeju-do is the highest council and higher about 58% than that of Gangwon-do which is in the second highest level. In particular, the greatest unbalanced sector among the councils is the cultural infrastructure in which Jeju-do is the five times higher than that of Gyonggi-do and Inchon Metropolitan City. As a result, the cultural infrastructure sectors are particularly concerned in establishing the national policy for the development of regional balance of Korea.
