U-Healthcare provides healthcare and medical services, such as prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services whenever and wherever it is needed, and its ultimate goal is to improve quality of life. This study defines the figure of U-Healthcare personalized services for providing U-Healthcare personalized services and proposes a healthcare model. A diet prescription system for personalized services can draw customized calories and rates of nutrition factors and represent a personalized diet through analyzing the personal preference in foods. This system changes the personal preference by monitoring the diet selection behavior of users. Also, this system is designed to be interactively operated with some sensors and devices in various environments using Java-based OSGi middleware.

The research examine countermeasures of community welfare center, total welfare service provider in the local, to establish of identity and revitalization in the rapidly changing social circumstances. It examine countermeasures of the community welfare center in institutional and practical environment of welfare environment. The community welfare center has to provide welfare service which is improvement the quality of life in local, to be as methodical casework facility and to solve the community matters throughout organized residents. Also, comparison with specific welfare center and similar welfare facilities, the community welfare center has to provide differentiation services from totally welfare services. Finally, in privatized and market economic welfare environment, the community welfare center has to have policy countermeasures strategies to survive in competition not only welfare service provider.

Nowadays Korea, where the elderly comprise 11.7 percent of the population had approached to an aging society. In these situations, the purpose of this study is to investigate a employment policy directives of a senior for the employment activation. For this study. we divided the employment policy with a law aspect, a programmatic aspect and a social aspect. And researched about the employment policy case of advanced countries. In the law aspect, this study suggested that they should extend age-limited, strengthen the law and unify the policy actors. In the programmatic aspect, this study suggested that they should change the program goal, make diversification of programs and expand the education students. In the social aspect, this study suggested that they should promote the cognizance change and private participation about senior policy. This study was conducted for the employment activation of a senior.

An integrated medical information system that integrates systems consisting of different environments centered on hospital information systems should be provided as a system that prioritizes the improvement of the quality of medical services, customer satisfaction, and patient safety. The RBAC-based medical information system is granted the access right according to task type, role, and rules. Through this, it is possible to use SMS channel, medical reservation and cancellation, customized statistics, and CRM / EMR interworking service using multi-channel to enable communication service without help of counselor and reduce the default rate of reservation patient, Operational improvement services can be extended to medical staff, patients and their families, as well as expanding to important decisions for patients.

This study was executed with the aim of finding out how journalists accept the market-driven journalism. 24 journalists were selected from each conservative and progressive newspapers and held in-depth interviews. The result show journalists believe that news articles should be useful than interesting. Also the result show they think it is just market-driven journalism that making public issues to social dispute in Korea. And most of them thought newspaper should be made toward upgrading it‘s contents and quality. There were some differences in thinking about those study issue between journalists belong to conservative and progressive newspapers. But there were no differences between reporters and desks.

Due to the high interests of image quality by consumers, the concerned market becomes more heated. Recent digital camera development tendency shows to perform the higher image quality to meet consumers demand of quality satisfaction. However it is hard to confirm that development of objective image quality performance means positive subjective image quality preference. And also, we cannot find out the previous researches concerned on correlation between objective and subjective image quality comparison. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the consumers preferred images based on objective image quality performance. Throughout this paper, we analyze statistical correlation between the objective and subjective image quality assessment methods by using ISO standards. In these results, we try to find attributes that enhance image quality. We suggest not only to analyze and reflect on customers' preferences, but also to pursue the high quality image performance practically. We expect the results of this paper to positively influence product development.

It is important for the strategy of service to provide the health information in the environment that the healthcare has been changed focusing on the preventive medicine. Recently, the various applications of u-healthcare have been presented by researchers. In this paper, we proposed the health information monitoring system using the context sensors based band. By wearing the proposed hand, the health status is gathered and vital signals are transmitted to the connected UMPC. It can be easily monitored according to the user locations in real time. To provide the health index according to the temperature, the air conditioning, the illumination, the humidity, and the ultraviolet rays, we use the various XML links extracted from RSS of the Korea Meteorological Administration. The health information is analyzed in terms of factors, such as, the asthma index, the stroke index, the skin disease index, the pulmonary disease index, the pollen concentration index, and the city high temperature index. Ultimately, this paper suggests empirical application to verify the adequacy and the validity with the proposed system. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the quality of services will be improved the healthcare.

In the field of image processing to track the fingertip much research has been done. The most common way to calculate the fingertip first, to extract color information. Then, it uses Blob Coloring algorithms which are expressed in blob functions the skin contour and calculates. The algorithm from contour decides the highest location with the fingertip. But this method when measuring it location from the finger condition which bents is not the actual fingertip and has the problem which detects the location which goes wrong. This paper proposes the color space correction algorithm to tracks the fingertip which bents. The method which proposes when tracking the fingertip from the finger condition which bents solves the problem which measures the location which goes wrong. Aim of this paper in compliance with the propensity of the users forecasts a problem in advance and corrects with improvement at the time of height boil an efficiency. Ultimately, this paper suggests empirical application to verify the adequacy and the validity with the proposed method. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the quality of services will be improved the image recognition.

This research is to find a way to improve level of management performance and power of competition against other competitors in the same field. especially, outsourcing closely related management performance has been studied. In this research, 250 questionnaires for super delux hotel were distributed and analyzed 236 with Path Analysis. finally, the most important things impacting financial performance have shown contract cost, skills, inner management skills, clarity of contract conditions, etc... controllable outsourcing factors and cooperation between outsourcing company and hotel as well is important to improve service quality based on work efficiency. In conclusion, hotel industry has to continue to work on building stronger relationship with outsourcing companies based on controllable outsourcing factors. it will bring positive effect to management performance through customer satisfaction.

Recently, interesting of U-city with ubiquitous computing technologies has increased and u-city services can improve people's quality of life. Among the u-city services, traffice service is actively developed in our lives. In this paper, we propose the business model and business model process in u-intelligence traffic service. To propose the research purpose, we examined the prior business model and investigated u-intelligence traffic information and control services. And also, we draw scenario and used it to identify business model. To efficiently understand proposed business model, we built business model process of u-intelligence traffic information and control services. The results of study, we draw 4 representative U-intelligence traffic information and control service. Based on representative services, we proposed business model and business model process with stakeholder, benefiter and value model. This study concludes with implications of the study results as well as limitations and future research directions.
