  • The digital content industry, purred by the growth of high technology content digitization is growing in demand for content technology. The development of the digital content industry and competitive technology ensure that superior digital content is essential. National policy development through business support enables the digital content industry to pursue technology development, transfer and trade, export and industrial use of digital content and value creation to maximize the time required for project. To this end, significant public and corporate funds to strengthen competitiveness for digital content on research and development. Companies perform research and development for effective decision-making, and invest in an archive to check the efficiency and soundness of technology valuation systems in place. This research studies the development of digital content, technology, and the old methods of technology commercialization to facilitate the growth and development of digital content throughout the business world. In order to assess the value of this support, a technology valuation framework has been developed and applied to this case to validate its usefulness.

  • Our Country is working in a number of areas to prepare alternative plans for excelling in the 21 century`s which is also known as the era of services, unlike the era of manufacuring in the 20 century. Digital Content (DC) business is one of the alternative. This study is analyses tile process of healing DC as well as output of the process which is prodeuced by current DC developing companies. By this kind of process analysis, we will help process enhancement to produce wolrd-wide best DC product.

Quality Control of the Educational Contents based on Life Cycle (생명주기 기반 교육용 콘텐츠 질 관리)

  • In this paper, to establish a way controlling educational contents, range of contents for quality control are offered. And a life-cycle suitable for present circumstance has defined and successive quality control process has suggested supporting development and use of the contents through analyzing the life cycle of its software and previous contents. A life cycle is defined as whole process from formation of contents to its extinction. The developing process includes stages of planning, designing, manufacturing, and the applying process includes evaluation, circulation and management. Suitable quality control guidelines for each process have established and offered. Aim of this paper is also to develop a model which is applicable to developers as well as supporters who help the developing process.

  • 본 연구는 인터넷상에서 제공되는 지적콘텐츠에 대한 영속적이고 고유한 식별 체계인 DOI 상용 서비스의 일환으로 DOI 구문을 구성하고 있는 Prefix와 Suffix 식별코드를 개발하였다. 이를 위해서 현재 인터넷상에서 지적콘텐츠를 유통시키고 있는 기관들을 조사 분류하여 콘텐츠 보유기관 식별코드를 개발하였다. 또한 지적콘텐츠의 속성 및 유형 분석을 토대로 Suffix 코드의 구조 및 식별코드를 개발하였으며 관련 콘텐츠간의 연계를 위한 저작권 식별기호를 고려하였다.

  • 현재 사용되고 있는 위피(WIPI) 콘텐츠 저작 도구는 위피 코드 개발의 편의성이 부족하고, 각 이동통신사 위피 에뮬레이터를 유연하게 지원하지 못한다. 이로 인해 위피 콘텐츠 개발 시 개발 비용이 증가하고, 개발자는 개발 편의성을 제공받지 못하고 있다. 따라서 위의 문제점과 단점을 보완해 줄 수 있는 위피 콘텐츠 저작 도구, 즉 위피 통합개발환경이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기본 위피 코드 및 각 이동통신사 에뮬레이터를 WPM(Wipi Platform Management) 에 적용하고, WPM을 기능 요구사항에 반영한다. 그리고 분석된 기능 요구사항을 토대로 시스템 구성을 제안한다. 제안한 도구는 위피 코드 관리 및 각 이동통신사 위피 에뮬레이터와의 유연한 연동을 지원함으로써 개발의 편의성을 높일 수 있다. 또한 제안한 위피 통합개발환경을 이용하면 모바일 게임, 교육 등의 콘텐츠 제작에 효율적이다.

An Analysis of the Effectiveness and Needs of the Contents of Teacher Professional Development Programs (교사 전문성 개발 프로그램의 콘텐츠별 필요성 및 효과성 인식 분석)

  • Recognizing the necessity of content-centered teacher professional development programs in a rapidly changing educational environments, this study analyzed the contents of teacher professional development programs in terms of teachers' participation by program contents and teachers' perception of the necessity and the effectiveness of such program contents. Employing Teaching and Learning International Survey(TALIS), this study analyzed the perception of 4,000 Korean secondary school teachers. The results showed that the programs with the highest teacher participation were mainly subject-centered while the teacher participation rates on the newly required contents such as ICT, intercultural counseling, school management and administration, and new job skills were low. Besides, when teachers were asked to identify the content areas where teacher professional developments are needed, the level of teachers' perception of the programs with low participation rates was accordingly low. Lastly, this study implies that since the years of teaching experience serve as a determinant on the types of the contents that teacher professional developments are needed and on the teachers' perception of the effectiveness of such contents, the course of teacher development should be taken into consideration when the contents of teacher professional development programs are developed.

  • This studied conceptional definition of digital contents and necessity of cultural contents by digital technology in progress. In addition, development process of cultural archetype digital contents based on ultimate idea and imagnation in our culture, refered from cultural archetype and digital content technology was offered by the study. Through abstraction of cultural archetype contents factor, this study deduced development model of digital contents extracted by value chain of cultural archetype contents.

Inquiry based Online Contents Development for Elementary Science Class (초등학교 과학교과의 온라인 탐구형 콘텐츠 개발)

  • This study is to design, develope, and deploy of e-learning inquiry based content in elementary science class. First, this study analyzed related literature review, case studies, and inquiry based class models for seeking better applicable design and development modes. From focus group meeting, experts discussed the inquiry content design ideas for elementary students for science class. This study finally established its own inquiry design mode for online science class with the flow of understanding of problem, sep up hypothesis, problem solving, and solution analysis. The developed content was deployed in real classroom setting to see how students received the contents and how well they processed the learning activities. We found that inquiry based online content, especially when applied to science subject, can be effective in students interests and their motivations. We also observed that there were a few managerial errors such as detailed lesson guidance and tutor support for students activities. This study concluded that inquiry based online contents should be designed considering students interests based on learning subjects and also developed in terms of students interests and strong motivation as well. We suggest that related research should be expanded toward to other subject than science and various students age groups.

  • 최근 국내에서 가상현실 시장을 확보하기 위해 국가 및 대기업들이 적극적인 노력을 하고 있다. 이는 가상현실 시장의 확대가 전세계적으로 급속하게 커져가고 있기 때문이다. 대부분의 콘텐츠들은 가상현실 콘텐츠로 전환 될 것을 예측하고 있으며, 이에 발 맞춰 국외 대기업들은 서로 가지고 있는 가상현실 기술제휴를 통해 새로운 기술들을 개발하고 매년 출시하고 있다. 이러한 VR, AR, MR (virtual, augmented, mixed Reality) 기술 및 콘텐츠 제작 기술의 보유는 앞으로의 중요한 핵심 경제를 주도할 원동력이 될 것이다. 따라서 국내에서도 최적화된 콘텐츠와 사용자의 경험 제공을 위해 소프트웨어 플랫폼 개발과 소프트웨어 탑재를 위한 하드웨어 개발에 적극적인 노력이 필요한 때이다. 이에 본고에서는 국내외 가상현실 기술 기반의 콘텐츠 동향에 대해 다룬다.
