This study analyzed cases of teaching consulting in the cyber university field and activated it in a remote university in the right direction to contribute to the development of high quality contents. This study analyzed the instructional consulting data of the Center for Content Quality Management at A Cyber University in Chungnam area and interviewed researchers working at the center using the phenomenological approach based on the data. This study showed that the professors participating in instructional consulting had many problems, but they were relatively active in improving the quality of the lectures. They wanted to know the teaching methods in the unfamiliar environment of remote universities. In addition, the researchers had difficulty in delivering feedback to the instructor through the process of exploring images taken several times with the objective framework of lecture evaluation. To allow better communication, it was necessary to form rapport between the instructor and researcher. Unlike general universities, cyber universities have features and limitations in that they only take cameras in the classroom without learners and proceed with class consulting. Therefore, the teachers have a feeling of burden about shooting and recording, but they are less than general university teachers, and are more willing to engage in class consultation more actively. In this study, the results of the research was discussed and the proposal of cyber universities' instruction consulting and the effective plan is proposed.

경제가 발달되고 경제의 기능이 전문화됨에 따라 다양한 지식서비스가 등장하고 있다. 실제로 우리 경제에서 지식서비스 산업이 차지하는 비중은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 지식서비스 산업의 경쟁력이 나아가 국가 경제의 경쟁력이 되고 있다. 이러한 지식서비스 산업에 있어서 서비스 품질은 산업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심적인 요소 중의 하나이다. 지식서비스 산업 중 세무대리, 회계, 특허, 컨설팅 등과 같이 자격증을 보유한 경영자가 운영하는 지식서비스 산업의 경우는 경영자의 리더십에 따라 서비스의 품질과 경영의 성과가 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식서비스 산업의 경영자의 리더십과 서비스 품질, 그리고 경영성과에 대한 구조적인 관계를 실증분석할 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

한일시멘트는 1961년 설립되어 국가기간산업 건설과 국가경제발전을 이끌고 있는 종합 시멘트회사로 지난 1983년 기업의 이윤을 사회에 환원하는 '우덕재단'을 출범시켜 사회에 공헌해 나가고 있다. 이 회사는 시멘트 품질 혁신과 관련된 수많은 기록들과 나눔 경영에 대한 아낌없는 노력을 인정받아 한국능률협회컨설팅(KMAC)에서 선정하는 '2012년 한국에서 가장 존경받는 기업'으로 9년 연속 1위를 차지하기도 했다. 한일시멘트가 탄탄한 기업역량을 펼쳐나가기까지 대전광역시 대덕구 대화동 대전 산업단지에 위치한 한일시멘트 테크니컬센터의 역할이 컸다는 평가다. 이는 테크니컬센터가 반세기 이상 동안 국내 시멘트의 품질향상에 혁혁한 공헌을 해왔기 때문이다. 지금부터 한일시멘트의 핵심 R&D조직인 테크니컬센터를 소개한다.

다볼바이오 류은호 대표는 수년간 연구된 사료 가공기술을 바탕으로 국내사료공장은 물론 해외시장을 대상으로 '가공사료 생산의 효율적 운영' 세미나를 개최 하고 PELLET 컨설팅을 통해 제품의 효율적 운용 방안 및 가공 기술 향상 방향을 제시해왔다. 앞으로 본지를 통해 <펠렛 가공사료에 대한 새로운 고찰> 이라는 주제로 3회(격월간)에 걸쳐 연재할 예정이다.

의학발달로 인류의 평균 수명은 크게 늘어나게 됐다. 단순히 생명만 연장된 것은 아니다. 이전보다 훨씬 건강하고 행복한 삶을 영위할 수 있게 된 것이다. 특히 각종 의약품은 인류를 질병의 고통에서 벗어나게끔 하는데 큰 역할을 했다고 볼 수 있다. 곧 의약품의 품질은 인류의 생명과 직결돼 있는 것이다. 그만큼 중요한 것이 의약품의 품질이다. 이런 좋은 품질의 의약품을 생산하는 곳이 바로 영진약품 남양공장이다. 이곳에서는 항생제, 소화제를 비롯해 순환기계질환, 중추신경계질환 등의 예방 치료를 위한 각종 완제의약품이 생산되고 있다. 특히 이곳은 지난해 세파계 항생제 전용공장이 들어서면서 의약계의 이목을 집중 받은 바 있다. 150억이 넘게 투자된 세파제 전용공장에는 제품상호 간의 교차오염방지를 위해 100% 배기 시스템을 설치한 것은 물론 비주얼 오더블 기능을 함께 갖춘 인터록 설비를 구축하는 등 첨단화된 생산설비를 갖췄다. 이는 식품의약품 안전청의 사전 컨설팅에서 높은 접수를 받았을 정도다. 이처럼 완벽한 설비를 갖추고 있는 것과 더불어 이곳은 꼼꼼한 안전관리가 전개되고 있는 것으로도 유명하다. 품질 높은 의약품을 생산하기 위해서는 안전이 그 무엇보다도 중요하다는 인식에 따라 근로자 개개인의 안전을 최우선으로 하고 있기 때문이다. 가장 안전한 작업에서 최고의 품질을 보장하는 의약품이 생산된다는 기치 속에서 안전현장을 일궈내고 있는 영진약품 남양공장을 찾아가 봤다.

As the 4^th industrial revolution has been an emerging issue, the government and industry has paid increasing interest to smart factory. The Korean government has made efforts to establish smart manufacturing capabilities of small-to-medium sized firms by providing supports for smart factory. However, the effectiveness of the supports and satisfaction of firms have hardly been analyzed. This study aims to analyze firms' satisfaction by attributes of policy suuports for smart factory and identify priorities for government supports. The results show that 8 out of 11 attributes were one-dimensional and 3 were attractive attributes. Among the 11 attributes, funding support was the top priority. The attributes such as dispatching external experts, consulting for sophistication of smart-factory, and consulting for maintenance and repair were also high priorities. These results imply that firms prefer supports for maintenance and sophistication to adoption or initial establishment of smart factory.

소프트웨어 테스팅에서 리스크 기반 테스팅은 리스크 식별, 리스크 분석, 리스크 계획, 리스크 추적의 4 단계로 전개되며, 특히 마지막 단계인 리스크 추적 단계에서는 식별된 리스크가 테스팅 진행과정을 거치면서 어느 정도 완화되었는지를 확인하고 현재의 리스크 완화 정도에 따라 적절하게 대응하는지를 모니터링 해야 하는 중요한 단계이다. 하지만 리스크 추적 단계에서 필요한 리스크 완화 수치가 정의되지 않아 사용자들은 테스트 실행율 또는 결함 해결율 등을 리스크 완화 수치의 대안으로 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리스크 추적 단계에서 사용할 수 있는, 리스크의 완화 정도를 수치화한 "리스크 해결 지수"의 산출 과정을 수식과 함께 제시하고 그 의미를 설명하였다. 그리고 예시를 통해 리스크 수치화에 대한 이해를 돕고, 리스크 수치화 관련 차트를 몇 가지 제시하여 실무에의 응용 통찰력을 제공한다. 리스크를 수치화한 "리스크 지수"는 테스팅 조직의 의사결정에 활용할 수 있는 객관적이고 설득력있는 정보로서 프로젝트 전반에 걸쳐 그 활용 가치가 높다.

부동산업 경영이란 부동산을 경영대상으로 하는 중개, 개발, 투자, 컨설팅 등 제 부동산업을 계획적이고 능동적이며 지속적으로 운영하는 과정, 기술, 과학적 운영 등을 말하는 것으로, 부동산상품과 그 상품을 다루는 인간에 대한 경영을 의미한다. 본 논문은 국내 부동산 시장의 토양 위에 선진부동산시스템을 도입하여 경영체질을 개선하고 경쟁력을 강화하고자 노력하고 있는 ERA-Korea 사를 조사기업으로 선정하여, 우리나라 부동산 기업의 경영활동에 경영패러다임의 변화를 적응시키고, 경영품질을 높이기 위하여 과학적 경영혁신 기법인 6 시그마를 적용하여 본 사례이다. 우선적으로 국내 부동산업의 취약점을 제시하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 부동산업 경영의 변화방향을 모색하였다. 다음으로 부동산 경영의 과학화를 위한 전략방향을 상세히 다루고, 이의 실현을 위한 기회도출을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 본 사례연구를 통하여 국내 부동산 기업에 새로운 경영품질관리 모델을 제시하고 궁극적으로 부동산기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 부동산 경영의 과학화 방법이 제시되었으면 한다.

In recent years, it has been supporting sustainable growth to be a longevity company such as training, consulting, finding and rewarding excellent companies, and tax support for the smooth family business succession of family businesses. The smooth family business succession of these companies has positive effects such as maintaining and improving technological competitiveness, maintaining stable employment, creating long-term investment and new jobs. However, since the concept of the family dominant business is still unfamiliar in Korea, the research on the family dominant business is also insufficient. Now, as family dominant business have a very high share in the national economy, there is a need for research on family dominant business in Korea. Therefore, this study conducted an empirical research on succession process consulting satisfaction of family business centered on small business owners and analyzed the difference of it.
