경제가 발달되고 경제의 기능이 전문화됨에 따라 다양한 지식서비스가 등장하고 있다. 실제로 우리 경제에서 지식서비스 산업이 차지하는 비중은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 지식서비스 산업의 경쟁력이 나아가 국가 경제의 경쟁력이 되고 있다. 이러한 지식서비스 산업에 있어서 서비스 품질은 산업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심적인 요소 중의 하나이다. 지식서비스 산업 중 세무대리, 회계, 특허, 컨설팅 등과 같이 자격증을 보유한 경영자가 운영하는 지식서비스 산업의 경우는 경영자의 리더십에 따라 서비스의 품질과 경영의 성과가 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식서비스 산업의 경영자의 리더십과 서비스 품질, 그리고 경영성과에 대한 구조적인 관계를 실증분석할 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

The strategic decision makers of the firm have faced with uncertainty and complexity. Although they must make decision under these environments, they can't have enough time, man power, budget and knowledge that they need to decide. They can't, therefore, help getting supports by experts who have implicit knowledge about the domain. But it is difficult for them to find any other procedures and methods to create, transform, combine, and apply new knowledges, whenever decision makers face the problem This paper provides a new method to support a strategic decision making by using the knowledge transformation process suggested by Nonaka. We illustrate an application case of the strategic decision making in consulting industry. This paper uses cognitive map as a decision support technology based on the suggested method.

지난 11월 16일 대한상공회의소 국제회의실에서 제14회 한국물류대상 시상식이 개최되었다. 매년 물류산업의 발전에 혁신적인 공헌을 한 기업이나 개인에게 주는 물류대상은 그 위상이 날로 높아지고 있다. 물류대상의 위상이 매년 높아지는 이유에는 여러 관계자들의 노고와 더불어 한국물류대상 집행위원장인 김정환 한국물류전략연구소 소장의 역할이 매우 크다. 김정환 위원장은 지난 30여년동안 국내 물류표준화와 물류인력 양성에도 남다른 애정과 열의를 가지고 물류정책 조언과 지원을 통해 국내 물류산업의 발전에 크게 이바지하여 온 분이다. 이 분만큼 물류산업에 많은 열정을 가지고 있는 분은 드물다. 김 위원장은 1980년 (주)태평양 물류본부장으로 부임하여 1990년까지 물류현장에서 실무를 담당한 실무형 이론가로써 국가물류와 기업물류 발전을 위한 컨설팅 능력을 유감없이 발휘해온 물류인으로 평가받고 있다. 우리나라에서 처음으로 물류 표준화를 실시하여 KS규격 파렛트인 T-11형을 도입하고 처음으로 파렛트 수송을 시작하여 물류합리화의 모델을 제시하였다. 이후 1992년, 김위원장은 사단법인 한국물류협회 전무이사로 부임하여 1997년에는 협회 상근 부회장직을 역임하여 회원사의 물류개혁, 표준화, 합리화, 교육훈련을 적극 지원, 우리나라 물류산업 발전에 지대한 성과를 이룩하여온 인물이다. 고희를 넘긴 고령에 지난해 위암수술을 받았다고 하기에는 믿기지 않을 만큼 정정하신 김위원장은 현재에도 물류산업발전과 물류인재 양성에 정열을 쏟고 있다.

시험 검사 인증 기술 컨설팅 분야의 세계적인 서비스 기업인 T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D 그룹의 한국 법인인 T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D Korea가 최근 원자력 기기 및 시스템 설계 엔지니어링 기업인 (주)GNEC를 인수, 합병하면서 국내 원자력 시장에 성큼 진출하는 한편 우리나라 원자력사업의 해외 시장 진출을 적극적으로 도울 계획을 세우고 있다. 라이너 블록 사장은 GNEC 인수 후 기자회견을 통해 "원자력 기기 및 설계, 교육 및 엔지니어링 서비스 등 관련 기술 지원에 앞장서 국내 에너지 산업의 활성화에 앞장서는 것을 물론 국내 원자력 산업의 해외 진출을 지원하면서 중국, 인도 및 중국 등 아시아 시장에 적극 진출할 것" 이라고 말하고 "원전 관련 기술을 갖고 있는 다른 기업에 대해서도 향후 인수 합병(M&A)에 나설 계획"이라고 밝혔다. T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D Korea가 GNEC 인수를 마무리한 시점인 지난 10월 19일, 한강이 내려다보이는 여의도 대한생명 63빌딩 12층 T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D Korea 사장실에서 라이너 블록 사장을 만났다. 인터뷰 자리에는 이번 GNEC 합병에 큰 역할을 한 김두일 T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D 고문이 배석하여 인터뷰를 도왔다.

국내 전력산업의 성장률 저하 및 민간부문 전력시장 참여 확대등으로 국내 전력산업은 성장동력 창출이 절대적으로 필요해졌고 매년 12%이상의 전력설비 증대에 필요했던 다양한 기술과 경험을 계승하기 위해서도 전력산업의 해외시장 진출은 시대적 과제가 되었다. 특별히 송변전 분야는 발전이나 배전부문에 비하여 상대적으로 투자규모가 작으나 다른 분야에 비해 경쟁력이 작고 손실률 저감 등 우리 산업계가 가지고 있는 강점이 우세하여 아시아, 중동, 아프리카, 남미 등 전력산업 발전 가능성이 높은 개발도상국가로의 진출 가능성이 매우 높다. 이에 단순한 프로젝트 개발이 아닌 전략적 접근을 통해 해외프로젝트 발굴에 나선다면 해외시장 개척에 우위를 점해 향후 블루오션을 꿈꿀 수 있을 것이다. 성공적인 송변전분야 해외프로젝트 수행을 위해서 그동안의 경험을 바탕으로 한 제1단계 교육사업 및 진단사업, 제2단계 기본설계등 컨설팅, 제3단계 건설 프로젝트 수주 및 자재 수출등으로 전략적 수행방안을 제시하여 송변전 분야 해외 프로젝트 진출 활성화에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

부동산업 경영이란 부동산을 경영대상으로 하는 중개, 개발, 투자, 컨설팅 등 제 부동산업을 계획적이고 능동적이며 지속적으로 운영하는 과정, 기술, 과학적 운영 등을 말하는 것으로, 부동산상품과 그 상품을 다루는 인간에 대한 경영을 의미한다. 본 논문은 국내 부동산 시장의 토양 위에 선진부동산시스템을 도입하여 경영체질을 개선하고 경쟁력을 강화하고자 노력하고 있는 ERA-Korea 사를 조사기업으로 선정하여, 우리나라 부동산 기업의 경영활동에 경영패러다임의 변화를 적응시키고, 경영품질을 높이기 위하여 과학적 경영혁신 기법인 6 시그마를 적용하여 본 사례이다. 우선적으로 국내 부동산업의 취약점을 제시하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 부동산업 경영의 변화방향을 모색하였다. 다음으로 부동산 경영의 과학화를 위한 전략방향을 상세히 다루고, 이의 실현을 위한 기회도출을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 본 사례연구를 통하여 국내 부동산 기업에 새로운 경영품질관리 모델을 제시하고 궁극적으로 부동산기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 부동산 경영의 과학화 방법이 제시되었으면 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior through the role of leader-member exchange. It is expected that leader-member exchange was mediated on the relationship between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior. According to this result. leader-member exchange mediate between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior, also justice factors direct effected to organizational citizenship behavior. Resultingly organizational citizenship behavior effected on justice factors and leader-member exchange. And mediated effect of leader-member exchange was positively related to between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior As a result, this study is to be more useful to manage employees in organization.

The service industry, as a new growth engine, has become more important in response to changes in the global economy and the industrial environment. Developed countries have promoted the competitiveness of the service industry and have enhanced economic added value. Developing new services requires extensive resources. Therefore, cooperation and network building capabilities with customers, suppliers, and various knowledge creation agencies are critical sources of competitiveness. This study classified the Korean service industry by industrial type in order to enhance innovation competence.The Korean service industry lags behind that of developed countries, and this study analyzed the differences of innovation results according to collaboration partners by the classified industry. By adopting a method that applies industrial classification by Dialogic's innovation pattern, this study showed external cooperation results were different by industrial type. Analysis results revealed that companies cooperate with customers and competitors in many cases; however, product innovation was higher for companies that collaborated with private service companies. In the 'Innovation in services' industry, industry cooperation with universities showed organizational innovation achievements. In the 'Innovation through services' industry, cooperation with customers positively affected marketing innovation achievements. Consequently, the need to foster consulting firms and universities that can professionally collaborate with companies is implied in order to enhance the Korean service industry.

As the 4^th industrial revolution has been an emerging issue, the government and industry has paid increasing interest to smart factory. The Korean government has made efforts to establish smart manufacturing capabilities of small-to-medium sized firms by providing supports for smart factory. However, the effectiveness of the supports and satisfaction of firms have hardly been analyzed. This study aims to analyze firms' satisfaction by attributes of policy suuports for smart factory and identify priorities for government supports. The results show that 8 out of 11 attributes were one-dimensional and 3 were attractive attributes. Among the 11 attributes, funding support was the top priority. The attributes such as dispatching external experts, consulting for sophistication of smart-factory, and consulting for maintenance and repair were also high priorities. These results imply that firms prefer supports for maintenance and sophistication to adoption or initial establishment of smart factory.

3D 프린팅은 디지털 디자인 데이터로 3차원의 물체를 만들어내는 기술로, 공장 없이도 제품을 만들 수 있는 미래 기술로 불린다. 프린터에 넣는 재료가 다양해지고 실제 이용할 수 있는 범위가 넓어지면서 미래 고부가가치 산업으로도 꼽힌다. 미국 컨설팅기관 홀러스 어소시에이츠(Wohlers Associates)는 세계 3D 프린터 시장이 연평균 29%씩 성장할 것이며 2015년 37억 달러에서 2019년이 되면 65억 달러를 넘어설 것으로 내다봤다. 미국, 중국, 일본 등은 이미 정부와 민간 차원에서 산업활성화 노력이 활발하다. 3D 프린팅 기술의 국산화에 성공하고 세계 시장에 도전하고 있는 중소기업이 있어 화제다. 한국 최초로 산업용 3D 프린팅 기술을 개발한 캐리마가 바로 그 주인공이다. 이 회사는 국내 유일 광조형 3D 프린터 원천기술을 바탕으로 제품을 개발해 최근 양산 체제를 갖추었다. '가진 것이라곤 장래가 불투명한 기술밖에 없는 중소 기업'에서 '국내 유일의 3D 프린터 제조업체'로 불리게된 캐리마를 찾아가 이병극 대표의 이야기를 들어봤다.
