Eco driving is a strategy to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicle. However, it has not received much attention until recently. Psychological studies on this issue have been limited and the majority of existing studies have primarily been based on engineering and educational approaches. This study examined the effects of a self-management technique on two driving behaviors: speeding and putting the gears in neutral while waiting at the signal. The self-management technique consisted of three behavior interventions: goal-setting, self-monitoring, and reward. Three drivers participated in this study. An AB multiple baseline design across participants was adopted. Results showed that the self-management technique was effective in increasing both driving behaviors. Implications of the present findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.

Road guide sign is one of important traffic facility, which guides a driver a direction to go. A road is being newly built and/or an existing road can be temporarily closed very often at metropolitan area. Such information has to be linked to a road guide sign and to be updated in time. Otherwise, it might cause not only confusion to a driver but also traffic accident and/or traffic congestion. However, road guide signs are not properly managed at this time since the amounts of information are huge and they are being managed through paper maps manually. A decision-making framework has been developed to manage a variety of information of road guide signs based on the concept of GIS(Geographic Information Systems). Especially, it is designed on the fact that the existing national digital base maps under the NGIS(National Geographic Information Systems) program can be utilized. This framework has several functions such as the manipulation of statistics, landmark linkages along the selected traffic corridor and automatic design of signboard's content. This system is applied to the Kangnam district in Seoul Metropolitan area (SMA) for a case study.

Various types of records and archives would be producted in universities as a result of specialized tasks on education and research by experts. But most of the studies were focused on general areas in a university. This study was performed with the motivation, wherein management and preservation of university archives producted through various activities in a university should be uniform and are in need of increased awareness of university archives. Based on the background, this study aims to examine the importance and value of university archives related to endowment for university development. To achieve the goals, this study investigated the features and types of university archives related to endowment. Because most of universities have a department that raises endowment, this study performed an analysis and examination of the current status of management on endowment archives. Through this research, this study proposed a model for management of university archives related to endowment.

As a company's network structure is getting bigger and the number of security system is increasing, it is not easy to quickly detect abnormal traffic from huge amounts of security system events. In this paper, We propose traffic visualization analysis system(FDANT-PCSV) that can detect and analyze security events of information security systems such as firewalls in real time. FDANT-PCSV consists of Parallel Coordinates visualization using five factors(source IP, destination IP, destination port, packet length, processing status) and Sankey visualization using four factors(source IP, destination IP, number of events, data size) among security events. In addition, the use of big data-based SIEM enables real-time detection of network attacks and network failure traffic from the internet and intranet. FDANT-PCSV enables cyber security officers and network administrators to quickly and easily detect network abnormal traffic and respond quickly to network threats.

The previous studies have investigated the effect of social capital on innovation performance. However, the previous studies investigating the relationship between social capital and innovation performance have assumed a black box in the linkage. According to the knowledge based view, firms with inter-dependent relationship can make innovation through sharing processes of knowledge. In other words, social capital as intangible resource results in knowledge management activities which can increase innovation performance. And increasing innovation can make relationship satisfaction promoting relationship investment gradually. Therefore, research hypotheses are made from social capital to relationship investment. From the empirical results, except for the effect of knowledge sharing on both product innovation and relationship satisfaction, almost all hypotheses are reported to be significant. And product innovation performance positively affects relationship satisfaction, and relationship investment is positively affected by relationship satisfaction. From this study, we can know the importance of knowledge management activities in strategic management view.

In this paper, we propose a API Gateway technique for the expansion of human resource management module, one of the ERP functions. The institution has introduced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based on its efforts to transform all human and physical resources into business competitiveness and its response to the digital knowledge informatization environment, and listed it as multiple success factors. Human resource management is one of the factors that have been dealt with. However, ERP's Human Resources Management Module remains in the role of functional personnel management. How to utilize human resources begins with navigating and recognizing human resources. The proposed API Gateway technique leverages blockchain networks to design and implement APIs for human resource sharing and navigation, including the possibility of extending ERP's human resource management module. Secondly, it was designed and implemented using a smart contract that behaves like an API for preventing information forgery. The proposed method will not only be used as a tool that can actively utilize human resources, but will also be a complete resource for utilizing big data technology.

There are several traditional factors of software quality. Some of them are such as correctness, reliability, efficiency, compatibility, portability, etc. In addition to them, security is required as another factor of software quality nowadays because some application programs are used as a way to attack information systems by stack frame manipulation. Each processor has its own peculiar stack frame mechanism and C language uses the characteristics of them. This paper explains the concept of security problem caused by stack frame manipulation, and the stack frame mechanism of Pentium, Alpha and SP ARC processor in detail. And then it examines the effect of stack frame mechanism on the security of programs in C language.

수자원 관련 연구 및 설계는 대부분 수문자료의 분석으로보터 출발하며, 따라서 수문자료의 효율적 관리 및 제공시스템의 필요성이 강조되어 왔다. 또한 설계회사 또는 학계, 연구소 등에서 수문자료의 분석시 퍼스날 컴퓨터를 이용하는 경우가 상당히 많으며, 단위 프로젝트에 필요한 비교적 적은 양 - 예를 들어 전국 중 특정 수계만을 대상으로 하는 경우 - 의 수문자료는 퍼스날 컴퓨터로도 처리가 가능하므로, 프로젝트 단위 수문자료의 검색, 출력 및 기본적 분석기능을 제공하는 퍼스날 컴퓨터용 수문데이타베이스의 개발 필요성이 제기되었다. PCHISS(Personal Computer Hydrological Information Support System)는 이러한 필요성에 의해 폭넓게 보급, 사용되고 있는 퍼스날 컴퓨터 - MS-DOS로 운영되는 IBM 호환 16비트 AT 또는 XT - 를 대상으로 상기한 수문자료의 검색, 출력 및 기본적 분석기능과 관측소 정보의 출력기능을 제공하도록 개발되었다. 개발에 사용된 언어는 C언어이며, C언어 프로그램에 의해 색인화된 자료처리기능을 제공하는 C-ISAM(C-Indexed Sequential Access Method)이라는 라이브러리를 사용하였다. 개발된 수문데이타베이스는 반복되는 수문자료의 검색, 출력 및 분석업무의 효율성 제고를 기할 수 있으며, 퍼스날 컴퓨터 및 보조기억장치를 포함한 주변장치의 성능이 계속 향상되고, 반면 가격은 상대적으로 낮추어지고 있으므로 프로젝트 단위의 수문자료관리시스템의 역할을 충분히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study started with many experiences about maturity evaluation and efficiency improvement of Project Management information system, and need for IT systems for performing of strategy. The objective of this study is 1)to evaluate processes and IT systems based on CSF in strategy perform phase, 2)to propose method of sustainable evaluation and improvement, and 3)with KPI and CSF, to evaluate and improve PMIS. Moreover, we suggested IT architecture framework for basement of improving process and resources.

The departure flow management is the planning tool to optimize the schedule of the departure aircraft and allows them to join smoothly into the overhead traffic flow. To that end, the arrival time prediction to the merge point for the cruising aircraft is necessary to determined. This paper proposes a trajectory prediction model for the cruising aircraft based on the machine learning approach. The proposed method includes the trajectory vectored from the procedural route and is applied to the historical data to evaluate the prediction performances.
