The purpose of this study is to provide directions for more effective and efficient service for library user by evaluating and analyzing library service access points on university library homepages. 69 national/public and private university libraries throughout the country are selected by stratified sampling method. The items used for evaluation are composed of 4 areas and 23 questions, and SPSS 12.0 is used for statistical analysis. The results are elicited through the hypothesis testing, and some suggestions are made for the effective university library homepage service.

Airline pilots are known as a high stressed group and they are exposed to physical, and psychological stressors. Pilots are important components of airline company and require a significant amount of finances and time for assession training and maintaining certified license validity. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between job stress perceived by airline pilots and their turnover intension. The results are as follows: organizational stress and reward stress had impacts on turnover intention. In conclusion, this study is meaningful to improve the efficiency of pilots organization and suggest better ways of human resource strategies and eventually for the success of airline company.

Nursing college students' continuous clinical experiences play an important part in the development of their nursing competency. In reality, it is difficult all of students to have enough clinical experiences. We can think of simulation learning as a solution to this problem. This research attempted to develop learning contents of simulation scenario regarding pediatric nursing. We organized the contents focusing on nursing process. The application of simulation scenario showed that the educational effect. In conclusion, this research suggests that nursing college students can supply high-quality nursing services to children and their families by developing and application of simulation scenario with various cases.

In this study, the inhibitory effect of Paecilomyces tenuipes extract on PSA and angiogenesis-related factor expression levels were investigated in human prostate cancer cells, LNCaP. P. tenuipes extract significantly inhibited PSA expression in a dose-dependent manner. We also investigated the inhibitory effect of P. tenuipes extract on the expression of angiogenesis-related genes including VEGF, MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1, and TIMP-2. P. tenuipes extract significantly down-regulated the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in a dose-dependent manner. On the contrary, P. tenuipes increased the expression of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2. Our findings indicate that P. tenuipes exhibits an inhibitory effect on angiogenesis in human prostate cancer cells.

돼지 핵이식란의 발달은 다른 종의 것과 비교하여 효율이 낮다. 그 이유 중 하나가 난자활성화율이 낮기 때문이다. 따라서, 본 실험은 돼지 난자의 인위적 활성화처리에 따른 단위발생율을 조사함으로써, 이후 핵이식란 생산의 효율을 높이고자 수행되었다. 돼지 난포란을 10% pFF, 0.1mg/ml cysteine, 10IU/ml PMSG, 10IU/ml hCG, 10ng/ml EGF가 첨가된 TCM-199배양액에서 22시간 동안 배양한 후, 성선자극 호르몬이 배제된 배양액에서 추가로 22시간 동안 배양하여 성숙을 유도하였다. 체외성숙이 야기된 난자는 난구세포를 제거한 후 제2극체가 보이는 난자만을 선별하였다. 선별된 난자는 1)아무것도 처리하지 않은 대조군과 2)전기자극(2.0㎸/cm, 30$\mu\textrm{s}$), 2)7% ethanol에서 5분 배양 3)5$\mu$M ionomycin에서 4분 배양의 groups들로 나누어 활성화 처리 후 5분 동안 TCM-199에서 세정하고 다시 4시간 동안 6-DMAP에서 배양한 후 12시간에 난자를 염색하여 핵상을 분석하였고, 나머지는 4mg/ml BSA가 첨가된 NCSU-23에서 39$^{\circ}C$, 5%$CO_2$ 배양기에서 각각 6~7일 동안 배양을 실시하였다.

This study examines basic concepts and characteristics of QuestionPoint, the typical model of Collaborative Digital Reference Service and Global Reference Network, and analyzes the case of Question포인트 service at Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information where the service is initiated first time in Korea by developing Korean interface. 114 reference questions were analyzed, and questionnaires were sent to 63 service users to find out their overall attitudes and degree of satisfaction. Some suggestions were made by discussing the necessity of the enhancement of CDRS and mutual cooperation among Korean libraries.

This study discussed on production, procedures of collection, accessibility, copyright of archival records for designing oral history archive information system, and aimed to suggest practical standards by developing guidelines for evaluation and building of web oral history archives. For this, based on evaluation framework, guidelines for evaluation designed by researchers were applied to five domestic and foreign web oral history archives as case study analysis. Base on the results of the analysis, some possible suggestions were made for building successful web oral history archive information system in Korea.

1. Objectives: Aromatherapy is one of the alternative medical treatments by flavors of essential oils extracted from plants. This study was to investigate the classification of aroma essential oils by Sasang Constitution for clinical applications. 2. Methods: 1) We searched scientific name of aroma essential oils and scientific name of herbs, classify aroma essential oils according to Sasang Constitution. 2) If the method 1) is impossible, sort them by regard of aroma essential oils' flavors, specific characters and efficacies. 3. Results: Aroma essential oils suitable for Soeumin are 27 kinds, for Soyangin and Taeeumin are each 16 kinds, and for Taeyangin are 5 kinds.(Duplicates are allowed.) The cases which can not be classified clearly, are 10 kinds, so they are able to consider the Constitution of the more than two-phase. 4. Conclusions: Most of aromatic herbs are warm and spicy by pre-reports. So, aroma essential oils suitable for Soeumin are most often. After this study, studies about Sasang Constitutional herb recipes and more clinical studies are needed.

A 21-year-old healthy Korean man worked on a building construction site every day for almost 2 months and exercised every day for 1 or 2 hours after working hard. He felt dizziness, nausea, and experienced vomiting and body aches immediately after exercise and immediately took cold medicines including acetaminophen, cimetidine, bepotastine, and Codenal? complex for the common cold symptoms for 2 days because he was scheduled to participate in navy training at that time. He complained of severe trapezius pain and aches in his left calf 3 days after joining the Navy training. Testing revealed creatine phosphokinase (CPK) 6260 U/L, myogloblin 176 mcg/L in the urine, liver enzymes increased, and oliguria, suggesting rhabdomyolysis. He recovered with intravenous fluids without any complications.

PET is one of the most widely used verification methods for evaluation of metastasis on the lymph nodes of the neck in oral cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to assess the correlation between PET findings and histopathologic findings in patients who had been diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma and performed neck dissection. Thirty-four necks in 25 patients had been evaluated on pathologic lymph nodes and the data were compared with preoperative PET scan. The sensitivity of PET at the level of the neck was 72.7%, specificity was 60%, and accuracy was 79.2%. Since FDG-PET show high false-positive results, it should be used with other diagnostic tools for evaluation of lymph node metastasis.
