DMB가 출범한지 2007년을 기준으로 3년을 맞이했다. DMB에 대해서는 일반적으로 많이 알려졌으며 새로운 방송 시스템으로 분명 뛰어난 기술이다. 하지만 방송 현업 종사자의 시각에서 볼 때 시청자들의 호응도는 답보상태에 머물고 있다고 판단된다. 방송위원회의 2007년 12월 조사 결과를 보면 DMB는 국민의 60% 이상이 향후에도 구입할 의향이 없다고 조사되었다. 그 이유는 기존방송을 재전송 하고 있는 상황에서 DMB에 맞는 영상 콘텐츠의 부족함으로 볼만한 콘텐츠가 없다는 것과, 작은 화면으로 인한 시각적 불편함 때문이라는 것이다. 또한 방송 초기 유료와 무료 여부에 대한 국가의 정책결정 등의 문제점이 복합적으로 작용하고 있다. 그 외의 불만 사항으로는 서비스 만족도에서 수신가능 지역에 대한 불만이 63.7%로 가장 많았고 배터리 수명의 한계에 대한 불만 54.4%와 단말기 가격에 대한 불만사항 등이 뒤를 이었다. 이런 상황을 종합해 볼 때 DMB는 당초 예상했던 것처럼 황금 알을 낳는 거위가 아니라는 것과, 신규미디어로서 새로운 콘텐츠의 수요창출에 그다지 성공적이지 못 함을 알 수 있다. DMB의 성패는 시청자의 활용도에 따라 판가름 난다고 본다. DMB 기존의 방송을 재전송하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 방송과는 다르게 DMB 자체의 특성에 적합한 콘텐츠로 제작되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 재전송의 문제점을 개선하고 보다 나은 제작방안을 제시하여 시청자들의 DMB 방송 접근 확대화와 활성화가 본 논문의 연구 목적이다.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업은 고용보험법과 근로자직업능력 개발법에 근거하여 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하여 운영되는 사업으로서 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하기 때문에 고용보험료를 납부하는 기업이나 교육생은 전액무료로 수강이 가능하나 경영진의 무관심과 근로자의 필요성 인식 저조, 시간 지리적 제약 등의 이유로 일부 분야에서는 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 본 연구에서 소개하는 사례는 보건산업 분야 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업을 운영하고 있는 한국보건복지인력개발원 사례이다. 한국보건복지인력개발원 역시 초기에는 기업의 참여도 저조 등으로 교육에 어려움을 겪었으나 조직혁신과 수요자 니즈 충족을 통해 급속한 성장과 성과를 내고 있다. 한국보건복지인력개발원은 컨소시엄사업을 수행하기 위해 기관 위상 제고 및 조직 안정화 노력을 하였고, 교육 참여기업 및 교육생 수요에 기반한 교육과정 개편, 사업 운영 조직 및 인프라 개편 등 사업 운영 혁신을 통해 교육확대 등 교육사업 성과향상의 결과를 보여주고 있다. 이에 본 혁신사례는 국가인적자원개발 컨소시업사업은 물론 정부지원 교육훈련사업 전반에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

palestein had been a part of Islamic culture before Israel was established after World War II and their daily lives had been totally affected by the Korean, Consequently, the idea of clothing, types of women clothes and it's characteristics reflected in the Koran have been studied and the results are as follows: First, the idea of clothing reflected in the Koran emphasizes the equality of the sexed and treats women as men's equal partner. Second, in the Koran there is almost no reference on men's clothes, but it only recommends women to wear veil to cover their faces and bodies when they go out. The Koran argues that it is not to restrict women but to protect them. Third, due to it's geographical location, Palestinian clothes had been affected by it's neighboring areas, and the gumbaz-a kind of coat - is one of the examples of Turkish origin. In the beginning the gumbaz had been worn by upper class Palestinian women and subsquently by urban Nazareth women. They used to slip on gumbaz on their heads and shoulders. Fourth, In Palestein they wore jacket over coat or dress. The emboridered jacket from Bethlehem was mostly worn their wedding dress. Fifth, the headdress and face-veil in Palestein are the most unique ones and married women decorated headdress and face-veil with gold or silver coins which they received as wedding presents, and wrapped all their coin decorations in black cloth when husbands are dead. Bedouins decorated not only with coins but also with shells, buttons, stones and beads to articulate their chastity, social status, aestheticism, religion and magic.

Stereoscopic technology can be regarded as core basis technology which is commonly requested in field of next generation stereoscopic multi media information communication. Realization of stereoscopic image in order to express natural images that are close to reality is a part that human constantly put effort, it first began with visual recognition system, went through stereo picture by using binocular disparity and were conducted as video clip stereoscopic age. Life is changing, a new culture is formed, there were technological development which realized imagination as reality based on expansion of IT industry and core trend, and there is 3D stereoscopic image technology in the center. We will look at technology development tendency and development strategy of 3D stereoscopic image in this essay, and will suggest efficient usage plan of 3D stereoscopic image technology for continuous market expansion.

Given the importance of algebra in the early grades, this paper analyzed the contents of whole numbers and their operations from the perspectives of generalized arithmetic. In particular, the focus of analysis was given to the properties of 0 and 1, those of operations such as commutativity, associativity, and distributivity, and the relations between operations. As such, this paper analyzed in detail how such properties and relations were introduced and expanded across different grades. It is expected that many issues in this paper will serve basic information to develop instructional materials in a way to fostering students' algebraic thinking in the elementary grades.

BSC has gained increasing popularity as an effective management tool aligns employee actions and goles with corporate strategy since first being introduced in 1992. Though a lot of people have thought that many corporations have achieved a lot of effectiveness in their business with BSC, by the way, public enterprises have been difficulties in implementing BSC as a management innovation tool because of different characters between private and public enterprises. KOTRA's BSC among domestic public enterprises is early introduced and evaluated very high in quality. So the purpose of this paper is to represent success factors and problems for implementing BSC System of KOTRA and then expects to be used for implementing successful BSC System as a good reference model in domestic public enterprises.

This paper aims at understanding the transformed characteristics of expressional system of Church architecture in Korean traditional style. Through the analysis of transformed forms and its meanings of those, this paper investigates the unique process of stylistic development of Korean traditional church architecture in early modern, 1900's. The method of this study is the analyse of them after the actual field surveys of Korean traditional churches, specially eclecticism churches as the HWSAN church and KUPODONG church, and the analysis of Semiology. Theory for Semantic Interpretation of artistic objects as an objects of art and architecture. Specially, the survey concentrates on the architectural elements(the form, the architectural structure, the material, the roof shape, the window, the door, the bell tower, the plan, etc) of eclecticism churches, especially those of HWASAN church and the analysis of semiology theory contains the research results which were studied by theorists as Charles Jencks, Umberto Eco and Juan Pablo Bonta. Acceding to analysis, Korean eclecticism churches have the unique transformation process and specific meaning of the spontaneous process of development. In the results of the semiological analysis of HWASAN church, it can be revealed clearly that transformed process of form리 characteristics of HWASAN church intented to formal originality of western Gothic church, but its form and meaning were based not on any simply imported western style but on existing system of Korean architecture.

At the beginning stage of design process, the concept design is required to equip the creative idea thinking and exerts critical effect on the success of production. To support the idea thinking process at the stage of concept design, web-based Creative Group Thinking System(CGTS) was developed. In this vein, the purpose of this study is to investigate the significance of HCI(Human Computer Interface) and UI(User Interface) and to find the way to increase the applicability of the UI of CGTS.

In the 19th century Fourier and Dirichlet studied the expansion of "arbitrary" functions into the trigonometric series and this led to the development of the Riemann's definition of the integral. Riemann's integral was considered to be of the highest generality and was discussed intensively. As a result, some weak points were found but, at least at the beginning, these were not considered as the criticism of the Riemann's integral. But after Jordan introduced the theory of content and measure-theoretic approach to the concept of the integral, and after Borel developed the Jordan's theory of content to a theory of measure, Lebesgue joined these two concepts together and obtained a new theory of integral, now known as the "Lebesgue integral".

현재 다양한 교통정보 서비스와 소통수준 제고를 목표로 국내 여러 도시에서 진행중인 첨단교통관리체계(ATMS)사업이 운영 또는 구축중에 있으며 도로상의 교통정보를 보다 정확히 수집하기 위해 다양한 종류의 차량검지시스템이 도입되고 있으나 기존 국내외 사례를 볼 때 제반 검지기의 성능평가 방안이 사업별로 상이한 기준으로 진행되었으며 객관적인 성능수준을 제시하지는 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 검지시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 과정을 최근의 서울시 내부순환로 교통관리시스템의 사례를 토대로 고찰한 결과 시공단계에서 지속적인 튜닝과 성능제고방안을 추진한다면 상당한 수준의 정확도 확보를 기대할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 제시된 평가방안은 향후 보완을 거쳐 타 시스템에 있어 초기설치시 또는 유지관리시 성능의 척도로써 목표를 선정하고 활용하는 데 있어 하나의 대안으로 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 제반 ATMS관련 연구기관에서는 시스템의 성능과 정확성을 좌우한다 해도 과언이 아닌 차량 검지기에 대한 성능평가 기준의 표준화 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하여, 검지기 성능제고를 위한 객관적인 기준목표와 각 검지기변 평가기준의 표준화 방안을 제시한다면 통행시간, 속도 등 제공정보의 신뢰성을 상당수준 향상시킴과 동시에 사업시행에 따른 시행착오를 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
