Former Vector Quantization-based digital watermarking was operated by the user codebook which is combined by the basic and extented codebook. The design way of extended codebook is very important, but still not proposed the concrete way. This paper proposes how to make the basic and extended codebook using the weight of distance. The proposed way can always get the standardizing codebook without inputing watermark.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a design method to making characterized street for city regeneration and strategy for regional activation through making characterized street. For this purpose we analyze a case of 'Bosu-dong Book Street' in the city of Busan with compared to the cases of 'Hay on wye' in UK and 'Kanda old book street' in Japan. We have some suggestions from this analysis as follows; 1. Connection with tourism and publication industry is needed for regional economic vitality and urban regeneration. And Both of Softwares and Hardwares those are based on local identity are needed to be developed as contents of the street, 2. Merchants and Residents have to take the leading part and public authority is need to support them as street makers. 3. Sustainable participation and efforts of the community leaded by merchants and residents are needed in the whole process of making characterized street such as making, operating and management of hardware & software.

흔희 일본을 자판기 천국이라 말하지만 더 정확이 말하면 청량음료자판기 천국이다. 캔이나 PET 병 등 다양한 용기의 청량음료를 판매하는 자판기가 무려 260만대 설치되어 있다. 이토록 많은 청량음료 자판기가 설치되어 있다 보니 사회적인 책임도 크다. 자판기의 편리성, 환경, 치안, 도난 방지 등에 있어 사회를 위해 반드시 수행해야 기능들이 있다. 이 기능들을 개별업체에 맡겨 놓기에는 무리가 있다. 기업은 아래도 영리를 중시하는 경향이 있다 보니 사회적 책임에 관계된 일은 단체에서 진행을 해야 구속력과 추진력이 생긴다. 그래서 일본에는 청량음료자판기협의회가 있다. 일본자판기 관련 4개 단체(일본자동판매기공업회, 전국청량음료공업회, 일본자동판매협회, 일본자동판매기보안장비 협회)가 사회적 책임을 위해 공동 목표를 세우고 보조를 맞추어 나간다. 최근 이 단체의 활동은 자판기의 편리성 향상, 환경대응, 안심 안전한 거리 환경 조성에 맞추어져 있다. 그들이 지향하는 사회적 책임 활동 지켜보는 것은 의미가 크다. 우리 자판기 산업의 먼 장래도일본의 전례를 따라가지 않을 수 없는 상황이 될테니까. 자판기의 비중과 역할이 증대될수록 어느 시점에서는 반드시 사회적 책임이 동반되게 마련이다. 이런 측면에서 청료음료자판기협의회 활동을 소개한다. 국내 관련 업체들도 이제 자판기의 사회적 책임 강황에 관심을 가져야 할 시점이다.

처음에는 오토바이가 없어 배낭에 책을 담고 다녔다. 가까운 거리는 뛰어서, 먼 거리는 버스나 택시를 타고 지리도 모르는 서울 시내를 헤매다녔다. 그러나 이제는 누군가 언론매체의 위치를 물으면 그 자리에서 약도를 쓱쓱 그려낼 수 있을 만큼 '도가 텄다.' 오토바이로 도심을 질주할 때면 가슴이 툭 트이기도 한다.

This study was conducted to evaluate the usability of augmented reality (AR) picture book for young children. The participants of this study were 17 five-year-olds attending to M kindergarten in Korea. The measurement of the usability was conducted by observation and interviews during and after children's AR picture book reading 1) usability test score such as task completed that is, reading the AR picturebook successfully, 2) children's behaviors in the process of reading the book, 3) children's response to the questions asking the level of satisfaction with the AR picture book. The result of study showed that most of children could read the AR successfully adjusting the distance and angle of AR picture book to web-camera's location. And children showed verbal and nonverbal expression such as surprise, joy, questions and frustration in reading the book. Children told that AR picture book is fun and easy to read. This study would provide the implications for the interface development and adult-child book reading of AR picture books.

본 논문에서는 초기 부호책 설계 방법으로 가장 널리 사용되는 이분 미소분리 방법의 성능 개선과 설계시간을 단축하기 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 성능 개선을 위해 학습벡터의 소속수가 최소인 부호백터를 제거하고, 최대인 부호벡터를 미소분리하여 대체하는 방법을 적용하고, 모든 부호벡터와의 거리오차론 구하여 학습벡터의 소속 여부를 결정하는 기존 방법과는 달리, 전단계와 현재 단계의 소속 부호벡터와의 거리오차를 가지고 소속 여부를 결정함으로써 설계시간을 크게 단축할 수 있다.
