  • 창의성이 강조되는 시대에 영재 교육의 중요성은 점차 높아지고 있다. 그러나 정보 영재를 위한 연구는 수학이나 과학 영재에 비해 미미한 수준이며, 특히 초등 정보영재를 위한 프로그래밍 교육은 창의적 알고리즘을 개발하는 능력을 기르는 것보다 학습자의 수준에 맞지 않는 특정 프로그래밍 언어의 사용법이나 문법 위주의 교육에 치중하고 있다는 우려의 목소리가 높았다. 이에 본 논문에서는 초등 정보영재의 알고리즘적 사고력을 향상시키기 위한 실생활 중심의 컨텐츠를 제안하고자 한다. 초등학생의 생활과 밀접하게 연관된 주제를 선정하여 학습 동기를 유발하고, Polya의 문제해결모형을 토대로 스스로 이야기를 만들고 그 안에서 알고리즘을 찾아가는 과정을 통해 알고리즘적 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 컨텐츠를 설계하였다.

  • This study attempted to develop and apply a physical computing SW education program applying design thinking. The produced SW education program was applied to 22 students in the 5th and 6th grades of J and B elementary schools located in Jeju-si. Computational thinking ability and creativity pre-test was conducted, and Physical computing software training applied design thinking was conducted over a total of 5 sessions for 20 hours, followed by a post-test on creativity and computational thinking ability. As a result of the verification, it was found that physical computing SW education program applying design thinking was effective in improving the creativity and computing thinking ability of elementary school students.

  • Logical thinking and creative thinking. in the elementary school are very important. Even though these have been studied very many, the computer program education has the lack of instruction strategy. In this paper, the instruction strategies of computer program language education in the elementary school to improve them are proposed. These are the principles of the input and output, effectiveness, generalization, simplification, and the principles of abstraction. These five principles are verified by the 20 experts from deep interview. Using the results of this study will contribute a lot of the program language eduction for elementary school teachers.

The Effects of Transformational, Transactional Leadership on the Creativity of Team Members in R&D Organization: Mediating Effect of Team Climate and Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture (변혁적, 거래적 리더십이 연구개발조직 구성원의 창의성에 미치는 영향: 팀 풍토의 조절효과 및 조직문화의 조절효과)

  • This paper investigates the effects of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the creativity of members in R&D organizations. We also analyze the leadership mechanism and the influence of effective environment by using team climate as a mediator and using adhocracy and hierarchy organizational culture as moderator. Data were collected through surveys of Korean Public Research Institutes conducting mainly basic science and applied sciences. 327 valid samples were tested using a structural equation model (SEM). Empirical results confirm that transactional leadership exhibits stronger direct effect on the creativity than transformational leadership. However, in indirect effects mediated by creative team climate, transformational leadership is found to be stronger than transactional leadership. It may reflect the characteristics of R&D organization. Also, through the verification of the moderating effect of the organizational culture, the adhocracy organizational culture appears to improve the creativity and the hierarchical organizational culture appears to inhibit the creativity. It is confirmed that the influence of organizational culture is statistically significant in R&D organizations with strong autonomy and independence. It is suggested that the leadership on the creativity of the members in the R&D organization may be indirect in the context of the team and the organization as well as the direct effects according to the type.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and apply curriculum activities using non-face-to-face wearable technology in a pandemic situation. It is to improve the creative convergence learning ability of college students. Based on the results of 5 preliminary studies, 8 courses were conducted for 16 university students at A University in Seoul. In conclusion, real-time non-face-to-face interaction with professional professors in each field played a major role in improving the creative convergence learning competency of college students. This point shows the possibility of future-oriented creative convergence talent development along with the expandability of wearable technology in university education.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of coded education on creative problem solving ability on academic high school students. The subjects of the study were 24 students (14 male, 10 female) in the 1st to 3rd grade students voluntarily desiring coding education at the 'J' high school in Chungju, Chungcheongbuk-do. For the experimental group, the intervention program was conducted 10 times a month for 5 months. In the intervention program, pre and post test were conducted to investigate the effects of creative problem solving ability by using the scratch program. The results of the study are as follows. First, after examining the creative problem solving ability of the experimental group after the coding training, it was statistically significant as the average score increased. Second, coding education was suitable for achieving the sub-goal of the creative experience activity of' increasing the ability to reasonably and creatively solve everyday problems'. In particular, it was found that it is effective in improving self-confidence and independence.

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the effects on scientific creativity of the Science Gifted Program, to survey recognition of gifted learners on the Program, and to obtain implications for the development direction of guidance program. The subjects of this study were 20 persons of the class for the gifted in an elementary school science, which belonged to Education Institute for the Gifted, Office of Education in Jeju city. The Science Gifted Program were applied during 28 times. The effects of the program were analyzed using the scientific creativity test, recognition questionnaire and interview of the Science Gifted Program. The results of this study were as follows. First, after applying Science Gifted Program, the scientific creativity of the gifted in science was enhanced. Especially, fluency was enhanced most remarkably. Second, after applying Science Gifted Program, students stated that they had the positive feeling about this program. The suggestions of results of recognition questionnaire of the Science Gifted Program were as follows. First, the Science Gifted Program must include experiment and research of subject. Second, it is necessary to guide concretely of the learning method before beginning of the Science Gifted Program. Third, it is necessary to control content level and quantity of the task for the student's easy comprehension.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion design creativity convergence education program based on creative thinking that can be effectively used to create a creative fashion design in the fashion education field, and to verify the suitability of this program and its effectiveness in improving creativity. To this end, a fashion design creative convergence program combining divergent thinking and convergence thinking was designed, and an experimental study was conducted among college students in the fashion design department. Creativity evaluation was conducted by evaluating students' creative ability and creativity of fashion design results. In addition, an open survey was conducted to collect learners' opinions on the suitability of the program and the convergence process of divergent and convergent thinking. As a result of this study, it was found that the fashion design creative convergence education program based on creative thinking improves the creative competency of major learners of fashion design and is the learning performance competency in the process of producing creative results. This study is meaningful as it is a basic study that proposes a fashion design education program to foster the creative competency of fashion design majors, and is expected to be used in various ways in the educational field.

  • This study focused on the importance of creativity in organizational environment recently, and empirically analyzes the process of entrepreneurship to improve organizational creativity through entrepreneurial self-efficacy and confirmed its effect. This study analyzed the relationship between the entrepreneurship and individual and group creativity. In particular, it examines the mediating effects of entrepreneurship and creativity. For this study, the research model and hypothesis were established based on the literature research, and 308 questionnaires were distributed and collected for manufacturing workers in Gyeongbuk. The results showed that entrepreneurship affects entrepreneurship self-efficacy and entrepreneurship self-efficacy affects individual and group creativity. The effects of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on individual and group creativity were examined. These findings can provide guidelines for corporate strategy development direction and organizational management.

  • This research was aimed to develop and apply the molecular genetics teaching program based on the history of science and creative problem solving model (HS-CPS model) for gifted students. Based on the strategies of creative problem solving and scientific theory development, the HS-CPS teaching program were developed. This program was applied to 8 first and second graders of the special class for invention activity in a high school. Creative problem solving ability in science and the understanding of DNA and gene concept were tested in pre and post of 12 lessons. The results were as follows: First, creative problem solving ability in science was improved meaningfully. Second, HS-CPS teaching program was effective in the understanding of DNA and gene concepts. Third, the students responded positively to the program evaluation questionnaire.
