Exploring on the Educational Aalues in After School Sports-leisure Activity (초등 방과 후 스포츠여가활동의 교육적 의미 탐구)

  • The purpose of study was to exploring on the educational values in after school physical programs. The participants were students in grades 5 (3), after school parents who are interested in sports activities (3), after school sports activities led by experienced teachers in three of were selected as study participants. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, collected data were transcribed and coded for domain analysis, classification analysis. The analysis of the results were as follows. After school physical activities, educational significance of the various values of physical activity experiences, meeting with school physical education and sport, educational welfare: the elimination of educational disparities, physical culture, introductory appeared.

  • 유럽연합은 1990년대에 접어들면서 미국과의 경제 격차가 점차 확대되자 미국을 따라잡기 위해 리스본 전략을 채택하였다. 이 전략의 목표는 유럽의 정보화를 통한 성장, 고용, 사회적 참여로 요약할 수 있다. 리스본 전략에서 제시된 정보화 모토는 정책과 연구개발을 2개의 기둥으로 하고, 이 두 영역간의 긴밀한 상호협조를 통해 유럽정보화의 시너지를 창출하자는 것이었다. 정책 부문은 리스본 전략에서 출발하여 신 리스본 전략, i2010 전략으로 발전되어 왔으며, 이에 맞추어 연구개발 부문은 FP5, FP6으로 발전되어 오다가 현재는 FP7이 시행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 FP7의 ICT 연구프로그램에서 제안하는 도전과제와 미래기술전략을 소개하는 한편, 그 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. FP7 ICT 연구프로그램은 유럽이 차세대 ICT 및 그 사용에 있어서 세계 선도 그룹에 들기 위해 극복해야 할 7가지 도전과제를 제안하고 있다. 이들 도전 과제들은 크게 업계의 기술 목표 및 사회경제적 목표 달성을 위한 과제로 이분할 수 있으며, 향후 10년 간의 목표와 성과물을 제시하고 있다. FP7 ICT 연구프로그램 중 '미래 및 새로 부상하고 있는 기술(FET)' 프로젝트는 예상하지 못했던 아이디어와 발전에 효과적으로 대응하기 위하여 '개방형 FET프로젝트'와 '전 방위적 FET 프로젝트'의 두 가지 상호보완적 플랜을 운영하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이들 프로젝트에 대하여 성과목표, 기대효과, 자금지원 및 예산분배계획을 간략하게 소개하였다. 결론부에서는 앞에서의 논의를 토대로 우리나라의 미래 ICT 기술개발 전략 구상시 참조해야 할 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • This study analyzed the effect of workplace innovation on business performance and labor condition improvement. The study results showed that work process standardization and quality control positively affected business performance. Also, downsizing, reducing individual subcontract, expanding non-core business outsourcing positively affected both business performance and labor condition improvement. In addition, labor union's participation moderated the effect of work process innovation on business performance. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of workplace innovation comprehensively and extending the scope of study to personal employee dimension.

Exploring the Agency of a Student Leader in Collaborative Scientific Modeling Classes in an Elementary School (초등학교의 협력적 과학 모델링 수업에서 나타난 리더의 행위주체성 탐색)

  • This study explores the agency of a student leader, expressed through efforts to distribute power and encourage participation in elementary scientific modeling classes. The study also analyzes the context in which the leader's agency was expressed and the context in which the development of a collective agency was constrained. The participants were 22 fifth-grade students. The leader's agency was analyzed by examining his words and actions. As a result, at the outset of the study, the leader had the most power, performing all the activities as the sole authority in a non-cooperative participation pattern. However, with reflection and help from the researcher, the leader recognized the problem and facilitated the participation of other students. He developed an identity as a teacher and demonstrated the agency. The leader's agentic behaviors can be categorized into three aspects. First, regarding the cognitive aspect, the leader helped other students participate in modeling by sharing his knowledge. Second, regarding the normative aspect, he made rules to give all students an equal voice. Third, regarding the emotional aspect, the leader acknowledged the contribution of the students, increasing their confidence. The leader's agency temporarily helped the group to overcome the student hierarchy, facilitating a cooperative participation pattern. However, the development of a collective agency was constrained. The power of the leader was partially redistributed, and the other students did not position themselves as equal to the leader. To support the leader's agency to develop into a collective agency, it is necessary to redistribute the power of the leader more equally and to change the recognition of students.

An Exploratory Study on Contactless Digital Economy: the Characteristics, Regulatory Issues and Resolutions (비대면 디지털 경제에 대한 탐색적 연구: 특성, 규제쟁점 및 개선방안을 중심으로)

  • The radical digital transformation and development of the contactless digital economy in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic are increasing the need to solve various problems such as conflicts of interest among market participants and delays in related laws and regulations. This study investigates the concept and characteristics of the contactless digital economy and identifies the related regulatory issues and resolutions through literature review, news article analysis, and expert interviews. From the literature review, it is identified that the contactless digital economy has eight hyper-innovation characteristics: hyper-intelligence, hyper-connectivity, hyper-convergence, hyper-personalization, hyper-automation, hyper-precision, hyper-diversity, and hyper-trust. From news article analyses and expert interviews, this study identifies various regulatory issues, such as competition between incumbents and new entrants, the collision of constitutional rights, collision of social values, conflict between market participants, absence of laws and regulations, and existence of excessive market power, and then proposes a series of resolutions.

  • This study explored the user's information needs and information behavior for the development of academic library services. The content analysis of qualitative data showed that the in-depth interview participants have six types of information needs such as 'suitability, up-to-dateness, uniqueness, reliability, practicality, and convenience' while going through societal, educational, and research-related changes. Interview participants solved their information needs by acquiring the resources necessary for each individual's task through information behaviors using information media, human resources and the places. Each participant tried to solve his/her information problem through individual efforts based on their different media and information utilization capabilities. Based on the analysis, this study presented four directions in the development of academic library services. They are an personalized information literacy service, a space to meet the characteristics of information needs, an infrastructure platform for exchanging human resources, and an accessible support service for utilizing information media.

  • 안전관리는 건설사업의 시공과정 중에 발생 가능한 유해, 위험으로부터 인명을 보호하는 것이며, 건설사업의 주제는 발주자로서 발주자 역할의 극대화는 효과적인 건설재해 방지의 관건이다. 건설프로젝트의 발주자, 설계자, 감리자, 시공자, 협력업자 등 다수 참여자의 장기간에 걸친 공동작업으로 이루어지는 건설공사의 특성을 고려할 때, 기존의 건설안전관리체제로는 건설공사에 수반되는 이와 다양한 유형의 사고를 방지하기 위한 근본적인 처방으로는 미흡하며, 건설산업의 총체적인 안전수준의 향상을 통한 시설품의 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 근원적인 안전관리제도의 구축이 요구되고 있다. 실태조사 결과 공공발주자와 민간발주자의 안전의식 및 안전관리실태에는 격차가 크며, 대다수 발주자의 안전관리에 대한 책임의식이 미흡하며, 민간발주자의 경우가 훨씬 열악한 것으로 나타났다. 정부 감독기관의 발주자에 대한 안전책임 부여도 소극적이다. 발주자 안전관리가 미흡한 원인과 이의 촉진 방안에 대한 도출이 필요하다. 발주자에 대한 접근 방법의 홍보를 통한 책임의식의 고취, 발주자를 위한 안전관리매뉴얼 등 안전관리 도구의 제공, 법령을 동한 명확한 책임의 부여, 발주자가 책임을 이행할 수 있는 자질있는 안전전문가의 활용이 긴요한 것으로 사료된다.

  • 건설공사 프로젝트는 기획, 설계, 시공, 운영 및 유지관리 등 각 단계의 다양한 참여 주제에 의해 프로젝트가 진행되고 각 분야 간 원활한 의사소통을 통한 협업으로 일을 진행해 나간다. 그러나 각 단계별 커뮤니케이션이 원활히 이뤄지기가 힘들며, 이러한 단계별 분절의 가장 큰 이유 중 하나가 실제적 결과물은 3차원 기반인 것에 비해, 그 과정이 2차원 CAD 시스템에 의존하는 결과와 과정의 격차 때문이다. 그로 인해 각 관련 분야에서 발생되는 정보의 불확실성, 부정확성, 표현의 애매모함 등으로 인해 재작업 및 불필요한 작업이 빈번히 발생하여 전체적인 공정의 지연 및 비용의 문제, 결과물의 품질에 대한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 또한 도면에서의 한계점인 거리감, 공간감 등 실제 사람이 느끼는 Scale감을 알 수 없어 공간에 대한 이해도가 떨어지는 한계점을 극복하지 못하고 있으며 1인칭 작업운영 방식으로 인하여 협업 설계과정에서 원활한 팀워크를 유도 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 협업설계 과정에서 기본설계 단계를 지원하는 설계 도구로서 건축모델의 단순 시각화에서 벗어나 가상공간에서 몰입형 VR 시뮬레이션을 구현하기 위하여 프로토타입 응용을 개발 하였고, 이것을 "Digital Studio"에 구현하여 즉각적인 공간 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실제 시공 전에 문제점들을 검토 및 보완하고 전체적으로는 생산성 향상과 설계 과정 중 오류를 최소화하기 위한 VR시뮬레이션 시스템의 제안 및 Viewer 모듈을 개발 하였다.

Studies on the Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior of Mothers Toward Food Hygiene and Safety of School Food-Service Programs - part 1 (학교급식의 위생안전성에 대한 학부모의 지식, 태도 및 행동에 관한 연구 -제1보)

  • This study was performed to investigate knowledge, attitudes and related behavior on the food hygiene and safety management of school food-service programs among mothers and to find factors affecting their knowledge, attitudes and behavior. A self-administered questionnaire was offered to a random sample of 301 mothers who have children attending elementary schools in one region of Korea. The survey was carried out over a two-month period (April-May,2001). They had lower behavior scores compared to the scores of knowledge and attitudes (p〈0.05). The micro levels of the knowledge, attitudes and behavior scores also showed the same tendency. Logistic regression analysis showed that mothers' education level affected their knowledge and attitudes, while the participating activity in school food-service programs affected their behavior the most frequently. Pearson's correlation analysis confirmed that the knowledge and attitude scores were significantly correlated (r=0.61404, p〈0.001). The results indicate that the knowledge and attitude levels of mothers regarding the food hygiene and safety of school food-service programs were good, however, their behavior levels were not satisfactory. The findings highlight the importance of participating programs in school food-service programs to close gaps between the behavior and knowledge or attitudes of mothers and to improve their behavior levels.

  • Many visually handicapped people face difficulties with using libraries. Public libraries are thus required to meet the need of visually handicapped people. Public libraries should guarantee the visually handicapped the right to use appropriate services. If so, the visually handicapped can improve their life quality by decreasing information gap and increasing information comprehension or accessibility. This study is designed to analyze how visually handicapped people can use public libraries. Based on the analysis, this study can provide actual suggestions to improve opportunities for the visually handicapped to use libraries. Data are collected from visually handicapped people who are the members of Suseong Public Library, Daegu, Korea. In specific, this study can analyze various characteristics(i.e., information needs, selection and use behavior of information sources, difficulties and gaps to access information, use behavior and service satisfaction of public library) regarding their library use by telephone interviews.
