In field of school, parents can't attend to education activities of school really because of the time and spacial reason, economical reason and the sense of distance for school, although they are very concerned about a school education. In this paper, I suggested the e-Home system that is an organic system to can confirm the communication channel between parents and school or teacher by using infrastructure of educational information based on established Home-page of each school. It should bring a qualitative promotion for public education. Of couse, it will be increasing a relationship of student, teacher and parents furthermore, it make a desirable relation between teacher and parents via participation of parents for school education in elementary school.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of customers' information engagement, the behavior pattern from WOM to cooperation, and the moderator in the behavior pattern. The proposed three determinants, boundary personnel's citizenship behavior, satisfaction, and commitment were significant antecedents to WOM, but not to cooperation. The path coefficient from WOM to cooperation was significant and hereby the voluntary level of cooperation was found as a higher level of voluntary behavior than WOM. Additionally, the path from WOM to cooperation was moderated by customer involvement, as the path coefficients from WOM to cooperation varied by the level of involvement.

The purpose of the study was to explore the smoking and non-smoking experiences of male adolescents in high school. Data were collected through focus group interviews with 16 participants. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. Six themes emerged as a result of the analysis. "Imitating adults with curiosity" delineates first smoking experiences of participants. "Repulsion of cigarettes after first smoking" describes changes in participants' attitude toward smoking after first experience and "Resumed smoking" illustrates re-smoking process to be a peer group and test the taste of cigarettes. "Environmental risks of adolescents smoking" depicts adolescents easily exposed to cigarettes. "Conflicts between smoking and quitting smoking" describes repeated tries to quit smoking and re-smoking processes. Lastly "Reasons of non-smoking for non-smoking adolescents" illustrates the reasons for their non-smoking. Smoking and non-smoking experiences of male high school students' are different from those of female students and adults. Based on the results of the study, programs for preventing smoking and non-smoking education should be designed and executed for male adolescents to improve their health.

한국과학기술연구소(KIST)축산물가공연구실(실장 : 이유방박사)에서는 닭고기를 이용한 다양한 계육가공품 개발의 가능성을 제시코저 대한양계협회(회장 : 오세정)의 후원을 얻어 $\lceil$닭고기 육제품 이용에 관한 세미나$\rfloor$를 지난 12월 14일 오후 한국과학기술연구소 제4회의실에서 학계, 양계업계, 식품업계, 가공업계, 관계자 60여명이 참석한 가운데 개최하였다. 이 자리에서 이유방 박사는 우리나라에서 특히 낙후된 야채, 과실, 축산물가공업중 닭고기 가공이용의개발의 가능성을 제시하며 양계업자, 육가공업자, 식품제조업자 상호간에 자유로운 토론으로 민간기업의 적극적인 참여와 정부의 지원이 있기를 희망한다고 밝혔다. 다음은 이 박사의 발표내용을 요약한 것이다.

The aim of this study is to present a practical teaching plan for liberal arts English classes that target foreign students. Foreign learners who do not have Korean language proficiency at the university level may struggle to understand the contents of liberal arts classes conducted by Korean language professors. In this study, six topics were selected (K-culture, Online game, Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, DC) and topic-centered participatory class activities using various media were developed. A questionnaire was conducted to analyze learners' attitudes toward and perceptions regarding topic-oriented classes. It showed that learners' satisfaction with topic-based classes was high (75%), and the reasons for this high level of satisfaction were the instructors' caring attitudes, the comfortable class atmosphere, and the fun learners had in class. Learners also reported high satisfaction with various participatory class activities (81.9%), citing the learning benefits, their increased interest and motivation, and the efficiency of participatory classes. As globalization continues to increase the number of foreign students in South Korea, the need to develop realistic class plans and various class activities that are suitable for them is becoming more and more urgent.

The purpose of this study was to find out what impact climate action has on study participants and why climate action education is difficult in high schools. For this purpose, a basic qualitative research method was selected, and the study participants were five middle school students at the time of the activity. The results of this study are as follows. Due to the climate action in middle school, the participants' career path changed specifically and their climate literacy was cultivated. And climate action education in high schools was not enough. Environmental subjects that provide climate action education were difficult to open because they were not chosen by many students, and it was unrealistic to provide climate action education during creative experiential activities due to the burden of college entrance exams. The discussion points of this study are as follows. Climate action needs to be encouraged among middle school students because it helps shape career paths and cultivate climate literacy. Additionally, because sustainability is important in climate action, there is a need to establish specialized courses in climate action education in the curriculum of elementary, middle, and high schools so that climate literacy can be maintained consistently.

얼마전 한국자동판매기공협협회(이하:협회)에서는 유니세프에 국내 자판기 운영업체들이 어떻게 하면 기부관련 협약 체결을 할 수 있는지를 물었다. 취지를 요약하자면 "자판기 모금을 통해 착한 일을 해보고 싶어 하는 곳이 많다. 유니세프에 수익금의 일부를 기부하는 것에 관심을 갖는 곳이 있는데 어떻게 하면 참여를 할 수 있는가? 협회 차원에서 그 방법을 안내하고 싶다"는 내용이었다. 반응은 의외였다. 별로 자판기 업계가 유니세프 기부에 참여하는 것을 반기지 않았다. 좋은 일에 기부하고자 하는 선의를 무시하는 것 같아 꼬치꼬치 이유를 물었다. 유니세프 관계자는 "자판기 운영자와 협약을 맺으면 '이 자판기 수익금 중 일부(%)는 유니세프를 통해 불우한 지구촌 어린이들에게 지원됩니다'라는 문구를 사용하게 된다"고 밝히며 "그런데 그동안 기부에 참여 한다고 해놓고 문구만 사용하고 기부금은 입금하지 않는 업체가 많았다"고 말했다. 문제는 그렇게 해도 유니세프가 일일이 단속 할 수 없는 현실이라는 점. 그렇기 때문에 솔직히 자판기 운영업체가 참여를 한다고 해도 못 미더운 심정이라고 밝혔다. 아울러 이 관계자는 "협회를 통해 많은 업체가 참여할 경우 자판기를 통한 기부확산이라는 점은 긍정적이지만 염려되는 면이 있는 것이 사실이다"면서 "솔직히 협회차원에서 나서서 협약 안내를 하지 않았으면 한다"입장을 밝혔다. 부아가 치밀었지만 현실이 잘못되어 있는 점은 어쩔 수 없는 일이다. 유니세프 쪽에서 자판기 분야의 참여업체가 선례가 오죽 좋지 않았으면 그런 입장을 표명했을까?

In this study, the 'extended science investigation' was conceptualized as a comprehensive science investigation contrasted with exercise of process and skill component and cookbook style experiment. The extended investigation tasks can be characterized with practical context. openness and continuity. The purpose of this study is to describe the change of students' cognitive engagement while they perform the extended science investigations and to explore how the characteristics of the extended investigation tasks affect the students' cognitive engagement. 128 7th graders attending coeducational school in Seoul were participated in this study. The questionnaire was implemented repeatedly to monitor students' cognitive engagement. And ten students were interviewed to explore the cause of the change of cognitive engagement. The result showed that there was no difference between directive traditional investigations in textbook and developed extended investigations in understanding of the content and whole process of investigations but participants' commitment was increased significantly in the extended science investigations. Especially the extent of students' understanding and commitment became higher in the second half than in the first half of the extended science investigations. The openness of the extended investigation tasks contributed on the increase of commitment. And the continuity of the tasks contributed on the increase of students' understanding in the second half of the extended science investigations.

"정보를 공개하라"는 주장이 전가의 보도처럼 사용되고 또 그것이 국민들에 의해 쉽사리 납득되고 힘을 얻는 현실은 뭔가 답답하다. 원전 주변 지역의 주민이 알아야 할 정보는 원전이 건설되고 운전됨에 따라서 지역의 위험도가 얼마나 증가하는 지이다. 원자력발전소를 왜 짓는지, 누가 그런 결정을 했는지, 의사결정의 과정이 무엇인지는 공개하라고 주장할 이유가 별로 없는 것 같다.
