The study on the satisfaction of leisure sports and the leisure sports. The subjects of the study were selected and recruited 250 members belonging to each community association as the population of the sports club members. The data sampling method was a simple random sampling method based on the self-administration method and was collected after the questionnaire was prepared. A total of 200 questionnaires were analyzed, except for 50 cases in which the reliability of the questionnaire was doubtful. Factor analysis, ${\chi}^2$, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and one - way ANOVA were used for the data analysis. First, there was a significant difference in leisure satisfaction among the participants in the age group. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in leisure satisfaction among the different education levels of participants. Third, there was no significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to monthly average salary.

본 연구는 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육지원 사업의 운영 사례를 통해 부모의 만족도 및 개선점을 확인하였다. 이를 위하여 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육지원사업에 참여한 부모를 대상으로 276명을 임의표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 빈도 및 백분율을 분석하였다. 양적연구에 이어 심층 면담을 순차적으로 수행하는 혼합적 연구 방법을 적용하였고, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정양육지원사업의 만족도를 높게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 가정양육지원사업의 개선점은 부모가 가정양육지원 사업에 참여할 수 있도록 소그룹형태의 가족체험프로그램 확대에 대한 인식이 높으며, 사업에 대한 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육사업에 참여한 부모의 만족도 및 개선점을 확인하여 가정양육사업의 향후 방향성을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Despite the recent social interest, academic discussions about life culture festival in Korea are still not actively discussed. Therefore, on this study we intends to conduct an empirical analysis on the satisfaction, loyalty, and effects of life culture festival by using structural equation model. Before the analysis, we reviewed conceptual definitions about life culture and its previous studies for set up detailed factors to be used for. This study is based on the survey which distributed in 2016 Bucheon City life culture festival "DaRak". With collected survey, we analyzed data by using structural equation model. As a results, festival loyalty shows significant impact on festival effects(0.92). Both program factor(0.59) and operation-information factor(0.29) also shows significant result about festival effects as lower factor of festival satisfaction, but its only when they mediated by festival loyalty factor.

This study examined what effect the educational satisfaction level in the grey job project had on the business effectiveness and verified the effect the participant education satisfaction level had on the project business effectiveness ultimately by influencing the job satisfaction. This study utilized the source data of the senior job project old participant status survey of the Korea senior manpower development center which was conducted in 2013, and the non-proportional stratification sample extracting method was used which considered the project type, regional size, and cities/provinces. Sejong City was excluded from the survey target and the survey targeted 2,005 persons except for non-response or response-irrelevant persons concerning this study question. The collected material was analyzed by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The frequency and percentage were calculated to apprehend the general characteristic of the study target. Also, the regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project, and the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to examine the mediated effect of the job satisfaction level in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project. The main result of this study is as follows. First, among the effects the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, both interest level of educational contents and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the psychological effect, and the interest level of the educational contents had a significant level on the physical/social effect, and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the economic effect. Second, in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, the job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the psychological/physical/social effect. The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a complete mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the economic effect. Also, The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness. Consequently, the educational contents according with the demand of job participants will have to be developed and the exclusive manpower must be arranged to conduct the education effectively. Also, making participants feel a pride on the job fully will largely contribute to raising the business effectiveness because the job satisfaction level has a positive effect on the business effectiveness.

전 세계적으로 저비용항공사의 항공운송시장 참여로 승객들의 항공사 선택이 다양화 되었으며, 우리나라도 2011년 현재 5개의 저비용항공사가 시장에 참여하여 기존 국적항공사와 경쟁을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 항공사 승객이 항공사 선택 시 중요하게 생각하는 속성을 파악하고, 저비용항공사 승객과 기존 국적항공사 승객이 항공사 선택 시 중요시 하는 속성의 중요도와 만족도 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 저비용항공사와 기존 국적항공사 승객을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 항공사 선택 속성을 파악하고, 차이분석, 중요도-만족도 분석, t-test를 활용하여 항공사 선택 속성의 차이를 분석하고 국적항공사와 저비용항공사의 항공사 선택속성 중요도와 만족도 차이를 분석하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 직원의 독서활동이 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이다. 이는 기업에서 직원의 독서활동을 활성화하여 조직의 경쟁력을 높이는 경영기법인 독서경영과 문화경영이 직원의 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높인다는 선행연구들의 결과를 기반으로 하였다. 이에 서울시 동북부 지역 지자체 운영 공공도서관의 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 신뢰도 분석과 다중회귀분석을 통하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공공도서관 직원의 독서량, 독서시간이 직무자체 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이용자 독서모임 참여 기간이 사회적 인식 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입에 대해서는 독서시간이 정서적 몰입도에, 이용자 독서모임 참여 기간은 지속적 몰입도와 규범적 몰입도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic information on leisure participation and leisure exploration of community-dwelling stroke patients through a multi-dimensional leisure participation evaluation tool. The subjects in this study were 35 people living with stroke in the community. As a result of study, the most involved leisure activities were in order of watching TV, communicating, and exercise alone. Most of the satisfaction level of leisure participation was 7-10 points, but exercise alone was 5.2 points due to the purpose of health management. Leisure exploration was the most frequent exercise alone and sports, and interest was 8-10 points. The most important obstacles for leisure participation were physical problems depending on the nature of the stroke disease. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to activate a stroke patient's discharge plan and activate a community stroke patient's leisure intervention program so that they can participate in leisure activities of their choice through voluntary leisure exploration.

The purpose of this study was to examine mediating effects of social participation and self-esteem on the relationship between subjective health status and life satisfaction in elderly women living alone. To data were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis as suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986) using SPSS/WIN 21.0. As a results, subjective health status of the elderly women living alone had a positive influence on the social participation, self-esteem, life satisfaction. There was a partial mediating effect of the Social Participation and self-esteem in the relationship. Based on the research result, it is necessary to conduct programs suitable for each elderly Women person's health condition, and integrated social participation support program should be provided.

Departments of family medicine at some general hospitals find it difficult to hold regular conferences because they have a small number of faculty members. The recent technological development of videoconferencing has made it possible for these small departments to regularly participate in the conferences held by departments with a larger number of faculty members. The objective of this study was to show the level of satisfaction with and acceptance of our videoconferencing system. One presenting site and four receiving sites participated in the videoconferences, which were held every Monday for three weeks. There were no significant differences in the levels of satisfaction with the videoconferences between faculty at the presenting site and faculty at the receiving sites. In contrast, residents at the receiving sites rated most items related to satisfaction with the videoconferences lower than residents at the presenting site. There were no changes between the pre-test and post-test scores of residents both at the presenting site and at the receiving sites. Despite its limitations, the advantages of joint-videoconferencing among several departments of family medicine were comfort level, time-saving, increasing the number of participants, promoting discussion, and provoking thought.

본 연구는 유년기에 경험한 문화예술교육이 성인이 된 후 문화예술참여와 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과 어린 시절 문화예술(미술, 음악, 연극 등의 예술교육, 공연관람 및 참여 등)에 대한 경험이 많을수록 현재 문화예술 활동(예술관련 취미활동, 관람, 학습활동 등)을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문화예술 활동을 많이 하는 사람일수록 현재와 미래의 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타나 어린 시절부터 문화예술 관련 활동이나 교육을 받았던 경험이 현재에도 문화예술 취미활동으로 이어지게 되며 이는 현재의 삶의 질과 미래의 삶의 질 모두에 높은 설명력을 나타냈다.
