  • 인터넷을 비롯한 온라인의 발전은 기업들의 고객중심 마케팅 기법중 하나인 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)를 다양하게 발전시켰고 최근 가장 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. eCRM이란 CRM에서 인터넷을 이용해 기존의 시스템을 재구성하는 것을 말하는데 고객만족을 극대화하면서 동시에 관련 비용을 절감할 수 있는 새로운 고객관리라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 고객 성향 분석과 개인화에서 얻어진 일련의 정보를 다시 한번 더 가공함으로써 고객 집단 편성을 최적화 할 수 있음을 보였다.

The Relationship between Goal Orientation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Effect of Self-esteem and the Moderating Effect of Ethical Leadership (목표성향이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 자기유능감의 매개효과와 윤리적 리더십의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study examines the effect of goal orientation (GO) on employee' self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Also, this paper investigates the mediating effect of employee' self-esteem and the moderating effect of leader's ethical leadership. The results of this study targeted 1,656 employees working at company and public institution were as follows: First, we found that learning goal orientation (LGO) and performance prove goal orientation (PPGO) had a positive impact on employee' self-esteem. But performance avoid goal orientation (PAGO) was not directly related to self-esteem. Second, LGO and PPGO had a positive effect on employee' OCB. But PAGO was not related to OCB. Third, the mediating role of self-esteem in the relationship between GO variables (LGO, PPGO) and OCB was statistically significant. Finally, the interaction term of employee' GO (LGO, PPGO) and leader's ethical leadership was not related to OCB, whereas the positive link between PAGO and OCB was stronger when leader's ethical leadership was high. In particular, this study presented with implications for future research, limitations of this study.

Exploring On-line Consumption Tendency of Sports 4.0 Market Consumer: Focused on Sports Goods Consumption by Generation of Working Age Population (스포츠 4.0 시장 소비자의 온라인 소비성향 탐색: 생산 가능인구의 세대별 스포츠 용품 소비를 중심으로)

  • This study sought to explore the online consumption propensity of sports goods by generation of the productive population and to provide basic data to predict the future consumption market by segmenting online consumers in the sports 4.0 market. Therefore, this survey was conducted on those who consumed sports goods among the generation-specific groups (Generation Y and above, Z) of the productive population, and a total of 478 people's data were applied to the final analysis. Data processing was conducted with SPSS statistics (ver.21.0), frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis of re-examination reliability, reliability analysis, and decision tree analysis. According to the online consumption propensity of sports goods by generation of the productive population, there is a high probability of being classified as Generation Z group if the factors of leisure, joy, and environment are high. In addition, the classification accuracy of such a model was 69.7%.

Personalization Strategies and Apparel Shopping Orientation of College Students (개인화 전략과 대학생들의 의류제품 쇼핑성향)

  • The fashion apparel industries have demanded to be extremely consumer-oriented. Therefore, the need of personalization arises. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between apparel shopping orientation and various personalization strategies provided in the apparel shopping process. A total of 422 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. Canonical correlation and ANOVA were conducted. Results indicated that higher level of demand for "sale-promotion personalization" and "personalized customer relationship" were significantly related to high level of fashion innovativeness and price consciousness. Consumers who seek for high level of "personalized advice" and "personalized fit" were likely to be price conscious and conforming to clothing but not innovative in terms of fashion and clothing. Shopping orientation group differences were also reported in the study. In personalizing of apparel products, distinctive but relevant strategies should be implemented according to the need of the consumers.

A Study on Veblen Effect according to Residence Estate: Focused on Conspicuous Consumption (주거용부동산의 거주유형에 따른 베블런효과에 관한 연구: 과시소비성향을 중심으로)

  • Recently, middle and low social class entered in the upper class for the specific reasons and joined reference group in order to present demonstration effect. This phenomenon was assumed the consumer's desire for housing estate not from the leisure class. The superiority which feels belong to reference group, that was able to purchase high price product and the competence which can afford a high price goods are effective in housing estate. The study had been researched for Veblen effect according to residence estate. The partial least squares path modeling was used for Veblen effect affected by various psychological attributes, housing patterns and demographics for analysis. As a result, the conspicuous consumption from tenants was higher than residents, the social face sensitivity affected positively for self esteem and housing pattern, therefore, it caused conspicuous consumption. Moreover, we found conspicuous consumption had been increased followed by more spacious housing and higher income.

Influences of Enneagram Personality Types on OPAC Searching and Satisfaction (에니어그램 성격 유형에 따른 OPAC 탐색 성향과 만족도)

  • This study examined the relation between personality types and users' searching trait and satisfaction when interacting with OPAC system. In this study, personality type was measured by the KEPTI Enneagram tools. Data was collected through four questionnaires, pre-test, TaskA, TaskB, and post-test survey. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference in perceptions on the expected ease of search, completion time, adequacy of search time, usefulness of search results, and performed ease of search within the Three Triads of Enneagram. Also a statistically significant difference was found on familiarity and interest in the selected queries within the Hornivian group.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of positive psychological, emotional intelligence, and cultural orientation on conflict management in college students majoring in applied music. The research hypotheses were verified by correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 283 college students majoring in applied music. The findings are as follows. First, respondents with more positive psychological capital have chosen to use integration and compromise in conflict managements. In particular, self-efficacy has been found to have the greatest influence on integration and compromising, optimism on avoiding and obeying, and hope on dominating. Second, respondents with more emotional intelligence have chosen to use more integration and compromising, however they have chosen to use less avoiding and obeying in conflict managements. Particularly, others'emotional appraisal has been found to have the greatest influence on integration, obeying and compromising, self-emotional appraisal on avoiding, and regulation of emotion on dominating. Third, respondents with horizontal/vertical collectivism and horizontal individualism have intended to use integration and compromising in conflict managements, additionally horizontal individualism of cultural orientation has been found to have the greatest influence on integration and compromising, horizontal collectivism on obeying, vertical individualism on dominating, vertical collectivism avoiding.

A Study on the Impact of Perceived Benefits of Subscription Services on Attitudes toward Subscription Services and Continued Intention of Subscription Services: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Innovativeness (구독 서비스의 지각된 혜택이 구독 서비스 태도와 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 혁신성향의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study sought to determine the influence of perceived benefits of subscription services on attitudes toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. For this purpose, the perceived benefits of the subscription service were composed of perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, and the personal variable, innovativeness, was set as a control variable to examine its influence. As a result of the study, perceived benefits, such as perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, both showed a positive influence on attitude toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. The moderating effect of innovativeness on perceived usefulness was also confirmed. The influence of perceived usefulness on attitudes toward subscription services was found to be greater in groups with low innovation propensity than in groups with high innovativeness. These results provide implications about the value of personal characteristics for the continued use of subscription services.

Comparative Analysis on Learning Strategies, Motivation, Beliefs in Ability, and Problem Solving Patterns of the Gifted Achievers and the Gifted Underachievers in Elementary School (성취영재와 미성취영재는 어떻게 다른가?: 학습전략, 동기, 능력신념, 그리고 문제해결성향의 차이분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether gifted achievers and gifted underachievers differ in their learning strategies, motivation, beliefs in ability, and problem solving patterns. The sample for the study consisted of 68 gifted achievers and 34 gifted underachievers who were in 5th and 6th grades in elementary schools in the metropolitan area. Gifted achievers and gifted underachievers showed statistically significant differences in all aspects using the independent sample t-test. In addition, the discriminant analysis correctly classified over 77.5% of the sample as either gifted achievers or gifted underachievers using the variables used in the study, indicating factors related to learning strategies can be effective measures to identify gifted achievers and underachievers. Especially, extrinsic motivation and problem solving patterns were the most discriminant factors in these two groups. The implications of the study related to the identification and education of the gifted underachievers were discussed in depth.

The Third-Person Effects of Online Hate Comments (혐오성 댓글의 제3자 효과 댓글의 속성과 이용자의 성향을 중심으로)

  • This paper aims to examine the third-person effect(TPE) of hate comments on online news, and analyze how the issue-relevant audience factors as well as the characteristics of the online message have influence on the TPE. More specifically, based on the distinction between hateful and logical comments regarding the issue of illegal immigration, the authors have conducted an online experiment that compares how the message-related features, i.e., ways of expressing the ideas, lead to the difference in TPE. Analysis was also conducted with regards to how political orientation and discriminatory predisposition to immigrants among the audiences, have different impacts on the TPE. The 479 participants in the experiments were randomly assigned to experimental group(exposed to hate comments) or control group(exposed to logical comments). The results reveal that the TPE of hate comments is higher than that of logical message. The same message proved to be more effective for news users with liberal orientation and discriminatory predisposition. The significance of this paper lies in that it has examined the effect of online hate comments in a rigorous experimental setting. Also the research further elaborated on the audience-related variables, for which the previous studies tended to focus those on the general psychological level rather than relate them more specifically to the issues.
