This study was conducted to investigate the effects of implementation of the healthcare accreditation system on patient safety, quality of medical care, organization culture and management performance of convalescent hospitals. Ten hospitals were selected at random from among 36 convalescent hospitals in Daegu that had obtained accreditation until September 2015. To accomplish this, hospital staff were surveyed from 15 February to 25 March, 2016 using a questionnaire with 253 objects. We investigated how the healthcare accreditation system has influenced patient safety, service quality, organization culture and performance of hospital management. The change in the treatment support system showed the highest score of 3.93 among quality change and medical service items, while that of personnel source culture showed the highest score of 3.78 points among organization culture items, and that of internal process view, study and growth view showed the highest score of 3.71 among management performance items. Multiple regression analysis revealed that factors positively changing hospital management performance were nurses, employees and managers, basic value systems, organization culture, personnel source culture, open system culture, hierarchical culture, and production oriented culture. The quality of patient safety and medical care was positively influenced by changes in the quality of convalescent hospitals after implementation of the healthcare accreditation system. However, among the four types of organizational culture, the financial perspective was relatively low compared to other perspectives.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of healthcare accreditation on patient safety and quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. One group pretest posttest design was used. The study included 405 participants, who have worked for more than one year in a general hospital. The treatment was healthcare accreditation which was prepared from Apr. 2012 and tested by Korea Institution for Healthcare Accreditation on Nov. 2012. Data was analyzed using paired t-test and One-Way ANOVA. This study found patient safety and quality(t=7.28, p=.000), job satisfaction(t=7.13, p=.000) and organizational commitment(t=3.44, p=.001) increased significantly after healthcare accreditation. The results of this study suggest that healthcare accreditation has the potential to improve patient safety and quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

실내공기오염 문제가 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 선진국을 중심으로 고조되면서, 최근 국내에서도 이 문제에 대해 적극적으로 논의되기 시작하였으며, 정부관련기관 및 연구기관을 중심으로 대책마련을 위한 관계법령의 정비 및 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 구체적인 법령으로 작년(2003. 5. 29)에 환경부에서 고시한 "지하생활공간공기질관리법개정안(다중이용시설 등의 실내공기질관리법)"을 들 수 있으며, 이 법안에서는 실내공기질 유지기준 및 권고기준, 실내 공기질 공정시험법 등에 대해 공고하고 있다. 또한 건축자재에서 발생하는 오염물질에 관해서도 규정을 하고 있다. 이에 국내에서도 생산된 건축자재에 대해 포름알데히드, TVOC 방출강도를 평가, 등급화 하는 인증제도가 도입되어 있으며, 평가/분석을 실시하는 인증시험기관도 이미 몇 군데 지정되어 있는 상태이다. 지난 4월 23일 개최된 우수 축산물브랜드 인증위원회에서 '2012 우수 축산물브랜드 인증 평가기준'이 확정되었다. 올해에는 기존의 한우, 육우, 돼지, 육계 축종과 신규로 계란이 포함되었다. 평가기준은 품질관리, 브랜드관리, 위생 안전성의 3개 품목, 한우와 육우는 기타가 포함된 4개 부문으로 나누어 이루어지게 된다. 이에 본 정보지에서는 금년도 주요 변경 내용 및 일정을 소개 하고자 한다.

Personal verification using finger-knuckle-print(FKP) uses lines and creases at the finger-knuckle area, so the orientation information of texture is an important feature. In this paper, we propose an effective FKP verification method which extracts keypoints using SIFT algorithm and matches the keypoints by vector similarity. The vector is defined as a direction vector which connects a keypoint extracted from a query image and a corresponding keypoint extracted from a reference image. Since the direction vector is created by a pair of local keypoints, the direction vector itself represents only a local feature. However, it has an advantage of expanding a local feature to a global feature by comparing the vector similarity among vectors in two images. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the previous methods based on orientation codes.

In this paper, we propose a secure and efficient RFID-based patient authentication protocol to not only authenticate patients' authenticity but also protect patients' personal medical informations for u-Healthcare environments. Since the proposed RFID-based patient authentication protocol provides strong security and efficiency, it can be used practically for patient authentication and personal medical information protection on the high technology medical environments such as u-Hospital and u-Healthcare.

애드 혹 네트워크는 고정된 기반 구조 없이 이동 호스트들로만 구성된 네트워크 망이다. 애드 혹 네트워크는 노드의 잦은 이동으로 인한 토폴로지의 잦은 변화로 관리면에서 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 따라서 애드 혹 네트워크에서의 라우팅 경로에 대한 신뢰도를 높이는 방법의 중요도가 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Zone Routing Protocol을 응용하여 만든 Clustered Zone Routing Protocol을 기반으로 하여 라우팅 경로의 신뢰도를 향상시키고자 한다. 기존의 라우팅 프로토콜에 비해 경로상의 노드끼리의 인증을 통한 보안성을 증가시키고, 질의 제어 메커니즘을 통해 전체적인 질의 제어 메시지의 수를 감소시키고자 한다.

The accreditation system for engineering technology programs has not been carried out in this country. For need of accreditation for engineering technology programs and development of evaluation criteria, we need analyses of accreditation procedures, rules and evaluation criteria. So we researched accreditation system and evaluation criteria with countries. These are signatories to the Sydney Accord under which approved engineering technology programs. Accreditation procedures and evaluation criteria are characteristic of the each countries which carried out accreditation system. We have to introduce accreditation system and develop evaluation criteria in our manner for advancing our engineering technology education of community college.

The purpose of this study is to identify the expected effects of LOHAS certification on business management performance. LOHAS certification which Korean Standards Association adopts and operates, contributes to improve the quality of healthy and happy life through the spread of eco-friendly and social responsible products and supports company's continuous growth and development through product value and image enhancement. The object of certification is divided into products and non products which is like services and space. In this study, empirical method using Questionnaire survey is used to look through the expected effect of LOHAS certification on business management performance focused on the manufacturing companies which acquired LOHAS certification.
