They are named as task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. As independent variables, four factors were selected form positive psychological concepts, which are self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. These are the factors which compose of the concept of psychological capital. All the factors are hypothesized to positively affect job performances. From the regression analysis results, all the psychological factors in the model were turned out to have statistically significant impacts on the job performances. The importance of variable 'resilience' were dominant all three models, which might be interpreted as a behavioral response to the demands from uncertain organizational enviornments. From the marginal effect analysis, contextual performance decreases first five years, then reach peak at 20th. year. These results demonstrates that mid-level employees in the organizational hierarchy are more concerned with the overall performance of organization.

The effectiveness of training for civil servants who participated in mock jury trial learning of Suwon-si was verified using CIPP model. Participants valued the significance of the process of training rather than the conclusion that draws a certain solution, and based on the comparison and analysis of pre·post evaluations, the educational effect of mock trial training and its utilization at work in the future was higher than before the training, proving its effectiveness. In terms of the implications of training programs in addition to the program planner's evaluation, participant constitution in consideration of sex or employment period is needed for learning interaction among various learners, and information acquisition training on various local issues and conflict situations, as well as the combination of deliberation learning, are needed. in addition, it may be supplemented through customized conflict management raining related to pending projects for the effectiveness of training.

  • One of the tasks given to the hotel business is to improve ES(Employee Satisfaction) through educational training for enhancing job efficiency and service quality, not product competition. In the current domestic field, however, ES(Employee Satisfaction) based on appropriate educational training hasn't been established yet. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of educational training including recognizing the necessity of frequency, the level of lecture conscience, motivation, and internalization along with job commitment. The cohort of women(n=128, 44.4%) and men(n=160, 55.6%) was monitored by the questionnaire data from October 13th to 31st, 2007. It was assessed by (1) the recognition of educational training, (2) educational training practices, (3) organizational identification, (4) brand identification, and (5) job commitment. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science), data coding, and the data cleaning system. As a result, it was proved that frequency, the level of lecture conscience, motivation, the recognition of necessity are in proportion to brand identification and organization identification. In addition, identification through educational training can raise the efficiency of job commitment.

SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were employed for the statistical analysis (e.g. frequency statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structure equation model). Results revealed that the formulated model showed proper model fit (${\chi}^2=227.154$(df=179), p-value=0.009, CMIN/DF=1.269, RMR=0.013, GFI=0.931, AGFI=0.911, NFI=0.906, CFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.031), and confirmed construct reliability and convergent validity. Three factors (benefit package, educational training, work autonomy) were extracted based on the results of the factor analyses. Specifically, benefit package and work autonomy exhibited an effect on job satisfaction with benefit package asthe most significant factor (t-value 3.311, p<0.001), partially supporting the first hypothesis of this study. In addition, job satisfaction has found to have a positive influence in organizational commitment, confirming the second hypothesis of this study.
