Underground parking lot planning study for electric vehicle charging and parking (전기자동차 주차 및 충전을 위한 지하주차장 계획연구)

  • As the use of electric vehicles perspectively increases, infrastructures for charging car batteries need to be properly planned for satisfying new requirements. This study aimed at theoretically investigating the relative laws, size of existing parking lots, and diverse car sizes for suggesting parking places for electric vehicles. In addition, potential problems for changing existing parking lots to new parking lots for electric vehicles were thoroughly considered. Based on the problem recognition, the feasibility, in particular, of the change of existing parking place to new place equipped with electricity charging systems was investigated. The comprehensive reviews and surveys revealed that additional systems for charging electricity need to be developed to be suspended on the ceiling for existing parking lots in order to prevent changing current layout of the space. This system will alleviate the perspective problems when the charging systems are located on the floor such as contamination, electric shock, and damage by cars. Further study will be followed for testing performance of the suggested systems in the actual parking lots.

A Plan for the Application of CPTED to the Developed Apartment Complex (기 개발 아파트단지의 범죄예방 환경설계(CPTED) 적용 방안)

  • Most CPTED have currently applied to newly developing apartment complexes. but developed apartment complexes are relatively vulnerable to crime due to lack of CPTED considerations. This study has examined both crime prevention preferences space and facilities considering the cost of CPTED. This study suggests plans of the CPTED application to the developed apartment complex without changing existing physical environment. The entrance of apartment complexes, underground parking lots, parks and rest areas, elevators, stairs and aisle in side of the buildings should be given top priority. The next are pedestrians roads, fences, main entrance on the first floor. Lastly, shopping store facilities and the ground parking lots are among the last ones.

A System of Guiding Path for Parking Lots based on RFID to Consider Real-time Constraints (실시간 제약을 고려한 RFID 기반 주차 경로 안내 시스템)

  • There have been many studies and technologies that define a current location of a moving vehicle with GPS(Global Positioning System). However, the navigation system with GPS has troubles to search an optimized route considering data such as realtime parking status and road conditions. Moreover, the GPS systems show malfunction in the downtown with very tall buildings, underground parking lot and the inside of buildings. On the contrary, the RFID systems are able to reflect real-time status of parking lots and roads in the downtown. This paper proposes a system of guiding path for parking lots to consider real-time constraints based on RFID. The results obtained from the implemented system show smooth guiding of a new route after immediately sensoring the change of the information of parking lots and roads: if a parking lot that a vehicle is heading to is fully occupied, the system re-searches a new route for a neighbor parking lot and immediately transfers it to customer's mobile, and if the designated route is under construction, the system guides a detour path. The proposed method will be useful for advanced integrated parking control system.

Leakage Situation and Main Leakage Areas of Domestic Residential Building Underground Parking Lots (국내 공동주택 지하주차장의 누수 실태 및 주요 누수 부위 조사)

  • This paper studies the leakage situation of domestic residential building underground parking lots and main leakage areas. 18 complexes were studied and the results showed that 80% of buildings with exterior waterproofing had no leakage, but all buildings with interior waterproofing had leakage. According to a survey among professionals, water leakage problems are considered to be severe in underground parking lots and a preventative measure is required by the government. By comparing the survey and the actual situation at hand, the results showed that the lowest floor slab, wall construction joints, and floor expansion joints were the most prone to leakage. Based on the results, further study to develop a design manual for the appropriate prevention of leakage is deemed necessary.

  • Because of the supply-demand problem of aggregate, recently, the construction sites using 100% crushed sand are increasing and the use of low quality aggregate such as farmland sand is increasing too. When the low quality aggregate is used, the various quality defect of concrete such as the strength reduction, the increase of shrinkage and bleeding can be occurred. Therefore, in this study, the performance improvement PC admixture was developed to minimize the quality defect of plain concrete of basement parking area, when the low quality aggregate was used at the plain concrete of basement parking area. The slump loss to elapsed time test, the compressive strength test, the bleeding test and the drying shrinkage test were carried out.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시공원 조성시 물리.생태적 여건과 이용을 고려해 건강한 도시공원을 조성하는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울 서초구 양재시민의 숲(공원)을 대상으로 조성된 공원의 물리.생태적 여건과 이용의 관련성을 조사해 나타난 문제들을 GIS와 설문조사를 통해 분석했다. 조사항목으로 과거토지이용, 현토지이용(성토지역, 동선, 나지, 시설물), 식생(수고, 지하고, 최근색재지, 유실수, 불량식재지), 배수상태, 야간조명, 소음, 이용현황(이용밀도, 이용행태, 접근동선) 등이며 수고+소음, 지하고+이용밀도, 과거토지이용+배수불량, 이용행태+접근동선 등을 중첩해 문제점을 분석했다. 그 결과 본 공원은 식재, 배수, 소음, 이용(주차, 야간이용)등의 문제를 앉고 있으며 이에 대한 해결방안으로는 숲내 공지확보, 수로나 연못설치, 방음벽 설치, 주차장 확보 등이다. 설문조사에서 제안된 시설과 대안으로는 공원주변의 양재 화홰단지와 연계한 화단 및 화훼전시공원(43%), 현공원의 잠재력을 활용한 식물원 혹은 수목원(58%), 과일나무 공원(32%) 등을 들 수 있다. 결과적으로 이공원과 같이 규모가 큰 공원을 조성시에 위와 같은 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 조성기간중 다양한 문제를 수용할 수 있는 유연한 단계별 계획이 필요할 것이다.

  • 이동통신 시스템에서 지하 주차장, 지하상가, 터널, 빌딩내부등과 같이 기지국에 의한 신호의 커버리지가 충분하지 못한 지역들이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 영역의 경제적인 해결 방안으로 중계기가 널리 사용된다. 그러나, 중계기의 수가 증가할수록 역방향 링크의 기지국으로 유입되는 잡음 전력이 중계기의 숫자에 비례하여 증가하기 때문에 채널 용량이 감소하게 된다. 수십, 수백개의 중계기가 하나의 기지국에 연결되는 상황에서 이러한 채널 용량의 감소는 더 이상 무시할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 커버리지 내에 통화중인 사용자가 없을 때에 자동적으로 동작하지 않는 스위칭 중계기를 제안하였다. 스위칭 중계기를 사용하면 중계기의 커버리지 내에 통화중인 사용자가 없을 때 불필요한 잡음 레벨을 줄일 수 있다. 스위칭 중계기를 사용한 이동통신 시스템의 역방향 링크 채널 용량을 수학적으로 분석하여 스위칭 중계기를 사용하지 않는 상황과 비교하였다. 그 결과 스위칭 중계기를 사용할 때 충분히 채널용량이 개선되었음을 알 수 있었다.

  • Energy efficiency and indoor air quality have become main issue to develop healthy and sustainable building in these days. As an effort to reduce the energy consumption in multi-residential building, many attempts as like passive design strategies and renewable energy as well as active control method are tried. However, underground parking lot in multi-residential building seldom adopt the sustainable strategies and only mechanical system is installed as usual. Moreover, the mechanical system installed in underground parking lot is rarely operated due to the electric demand for operation after completion. In this study, as an energy efficient measure, natural ventilation system using stack effect as a driving force for underground parking lot will be proposed and the performance of the suggested system will be analyzed by simulation method.

  • 최근 범 지구적인 기후변화로 인해 집중호우가 빈번히 발생하고 침수피해가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따른 침수 피해 위험이 큰 지하상가, 지하 주차장, 반지하 주택 등의 침수 발생이 잦아지며 인명 및 재산 피해 발생이 커지고 있다. 이러한 지역은 인근 하수관로의 수위에 따라 침수 영향을 크게 받게 된다. 이에 따른 강우·유출 관계는 침수피해에 대해 대처하기 위해 시공간적 강우 특성이 반영된 하수관로 수위 예측이 중요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서 수위 자료는 서울시 하수관로 수위 현황 자료를 활용하였으며, 강수량 자료는 서울 내 서초구 일대의 강수량 자료를 활용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 대상 지역은 저지대에 위치해 침수가 잦은 서초구 서초동으로 선정하였으며, 분석에 사용된 기간은 2012년부터 2021년까지의 수위 자료를 화용하여 이를 바탕으로 순환 신경망인 RNN의 일종이며, 다른 모델의 구조와 비교하여 더욱 간단하고 효율적인 ESN(Echo State Network) 알고리즘을 사용하여 수위 예측을 진행하였다. 분석을 위해 대상 지역의 강수 사상이 발생하여 하수관로의 수위의 변동이 큰 기간을 선정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 2012년부터 2018년까지의 자료를 학습(training) 자료로 활용하였으며, 모형의 검증 위해 통계분석을 실시하여 검증하였다.

  • With the rate of spread of motors rapidly increased, but parking difficulties in an apartment complex was aggravated due to an insufficient parking lot. Visual interference on residential environment, various kinds of pollution and noise, decrease of open space in an apartment complex are also causes of parking difficulties. Therefore, this study is to suggest a theory of desirable direction for planning of the parking space by studying psychological characteristics of users' behaviors by the type of the circulation of motors and pedestrians. Consideration on the present situation, real conditions of underground parking space and the consciousness and parking habit of residents, the most important problem is required in this study.
