A Study on Industrial Development Direction at Transitional Periods of Industrial Structure in Chungcheongbuk-do Region (산업구조 전환기 충북지역 산업의 발전방향)

  • This paper aims to clarify the change in industrial structure and industry itself, and makes suggestions for the industrial development direction at transitional periods in the Chungcheongbuk-do(province) region. Because profits of regional gross production in Chungcheongbuk-do region flow out of the region, basic industries must be brought up. For this phenomenon, main manufacturing must be developed for the industrial power of the next generation of high added values that combined with digital industry; the petrochemistry, semiconductor industry as major type of industry, and automobile industry as minor type of industry. Also for supporting industry, education service, health and welfare, research and development services that are knowledge-based service industries in Chungcheongbuk-do region, must be formated the network among corporations and constructed regional innovation system linked with educational institutions, precision chemistry industry and biology technology as major type of industry, and precision machinery and tools industry as minor type of industry.

A Study on Residents' Attitude Toward the Development and Management of Jirisan Dulegil (지리산둘레길 조성과 운영 관련 지역주민 태도에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to provide baseline information which will be useful for managing the forest trails as the outdoor recreation facility. To investigate residents' attitudes toward the forest trail construction and use, a questionnaire survey was employed in Jirisan Dulegil. As the results, 4 impact factors that are influenced to local communities due to Jirisan Dulegil construction were resulted in. Most of the respondents perceived that the Jirisan Dulegil have positive impact economically on community growth. Contrastively, a negative perception existed in the environmental aspect. Local lodging industry was selected one of preference business models. In viewpoint of community business, a more professional and systematic approach to find appropriate business model is needed because of structural vulnerability of business.

  • 텔레매틱스 서비스는 크게 주변 지역 관심 정보, 날씨, 근접 정비소, 현금 자동인출기 등의 정보서비스 분야와 교통정보 서비스, 네비게이션 서비스, 응급서비스, 고장 서비스 및 차량수리 및 차량문제에 관한 진단서비스를 중심으로 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 혹은 두 가지 분야가 복합적으로 개발되고 있다. 또한 텔레매틱스 시장은 여러 가지 기술들이 독립적으로 분할되어 다양한 제품으로 정보를 제공하기 보다는 여러 정보 및 기능 등이 텔레매틱스 시스템으로 집중 및 통합되는 형태가 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 차량 장치 정보를 열람하고 제어하기 위한 단말 미들웨어 모델을 제시/구현하고, 단말 미들웨어를 이용하는 텔레매틱스 서비스 배포를 위한 배포 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

BLE Beacon Based Online Offline Tourism and Solutions for Regional Tourism Activation (지역관광 활성화를 위한 비콘 기반의 온오프라인 관광 솔루션)

  • In this paper, it is possible to update the tourist information in real time, on/off-line tour proposes a solution(BBTS) based on a bluetooth beacon can provide tourist information without the need for wireless data network. BBTS consists of a bluetooth based data of the low-power supply system and the beacons and interoperable smart applications. Data supply system consists of the BLE & Beacon Pairing-based / non-pairing data transmission module with integral hardware. Smart application modules that provide indoor location of users information, internal server module and tourist information collection and information guide around comprised of applications. The proposed BBTS is possible that indoor service tourism tourist demand due to utilizing the beacon technology. Outdoor tourist information is designed to be downloaded to the smartphone receives the information received from the beacon APK file to provide services. BBTS system is expected to make a big impact on the smart tourism services industry.

  • This paper presents a design and implementation of U-Seum(Ubiquitous Museum) system based on the LBS(Location Based Service) and mobile augmented reality technique. The mobile services under the smart space of the ubiquitous environments have been expanded in the various fields. In this study, we introduce U-Seum which supports tourists in the museum. U-Seum is developed by use of the position tracking technique based on Wi-Fi and mobile augmented reality. The GPS which is widely used in the position tracking has a difficulty to be utilized in the inside of the building because it requires the Line-of-Sight between a sender and a receiver. Therefore, in this paper, we develop a realtime tour-supported service through experience and evaluate the performance of the system in the world famous UNESCO's Hwa-Seong Museum by measuring the distance from the Wi-Fi signal which is suitable to track the position interior of the museum. U-Seum provides various push services such as mobile augmented reality service for explanation of the artifacts of the museum, game services and the statistics information of the tourist when the tourist approach a specific AP. U-Seum is developed in the Haw-Seong Museum by the support of the Swon Haw-Seong Cultural Foundation. With a field test, we prove that the excellence and expandability of the system.

A Study on the Perception of Public Library Users on Multi-cultural Services (공공도서관 이용자의 다문화서비스에 대한 인식 연구)

  • This study aims to investigate the perception of public library users, who are local residences, on the multi-cultural services in public libraries using a series of statistical analyses on a questionnaire survey. The objectives of multi-cultural policies by Korean government are to foster assimilation of the multi-cultural people, social unification of Korean (local) communities, and cultural diversity in the communities. The results from the analyses show that the multi-cultural services in public libraries are understood from the unification and assimilation point of views, and that the perception of the multi-cultural services in public libraries is affected by the libraries' marketing activities, such as advertisements and participation. For the sustainable provision of the services, we suggest that the libraries would better consider 1) multi-oriented services with cultural diversity, assimilation, and social unification, 2) relationship with other multi-cultural agencies in a community, and 3) the perception of local residences on the services in public libraries.

  • SIMS manages data for various spatial and non-spatial as integral management system to support space information administration environment and support several application works. Without being limited to spatial data that existent spatial Data Mining question language advances handling in this paper, did so that can find useful information from various data connected with automatically data collection, artificial satellite side upside service, remote sensing, GPS. National SFN Composition Method based on T-DMB considering Local Broadcasting Station (지역 방송국을 고려한 T-DMB기반 전국 SFN 구성 방안)

  • The broadcasting of the analog TV was terminated in 2012 and was converted into the broadcasting of the digital TV, so methods for arrival of DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) are planned recently. Thus, with digitization of analog broadcasting and appearance of new service, it takes effort to improve efficiency of broadcasting frequency. T-DMB which came in 2005 uses existing analog TV band and its channel is allocated inefficiently in order to avoid interference between mutual services. However, the foundation which can afresh reorganize T-DMB channel is building up because the broadcasting of the analog TV was terminated. So, this paper proposes the method for national SFN composition of T-DMB considering existing local broadcasting in order to provide better service to users as well as improve efficiency of broadcasting frequency.

  • There are various ways for expressing map on android system. The typical method is to use the API provided by Google, called geocoding although simple display of location of GPS is possible, but node expression of road or the detail information on map for various location service are not available. And it is difficult to express a location in shadow area. In this paper, to solve these problems, we propose a map expression method for location service in specific area based on geocoding and apply the method.

  • 무인화 로봇 연구는 정해진 환경에서 빠른 속도로 반복적인 작업을 수행하기 위한 산업용 로봇을 이용하는 무인화 공장 등으로 발전되었다. 최근에는 정해진 환경에서 작업을 수행하는 것이 아닌 사람이 생활하는 공간에서 사람 대신 작업을 수행하는 무인화 로봇 시스템 연구가 증가하고 있다. 청소 로봇은 이미 많은 가정에 보급되었으며, 홈 로봇이나 안내 로봇에 대한 연구도 진행되고 있다. 또한 전쟁 지역이나 심해, 방사는 누출 지역 등 재난 지역에 사람 대신 투입되어 인명 구조나 탐사, 시설 복구 등의 역할을 수행하기도 한다.
