지식경영의 실천 : LG-EDS시스템

  • 지식경영(KM)은 기존의 여타 혁신활동과는 달리 조직문화 및 제도의 변화를 기반으로 하여 새로운 지식이 창출, 공유, 활용되도록 하자는 한 차원 발전된 개념임. 따라서, 지식경영의 추진은 필연적으로 기업의 총체적 변화를 요구하게 되고 이것을 뒷받침하기 위한 프로세스의 변화 및 정보시스템의 구축, 변화관리 등이 필요하게 됨. 금일 강의에서는 LG-EDS시스템이 지식경영 도입과 실행을 위해 구체적으로 어떤 활동을 전개하였고 이를 통해 어떤 변화를 이루었는지에 대해 소개하고 그간의 경험으로부터 얻게 된 know-how 등의 암묵적 지식(Tacit Knowledge)\`을 공유코자 함.

  • Information center represents an important source which seems very well suited for knowledge management investigation. Information center is knowledge intensive and the use of advanced technology may transform the knowledge of business processes for delivering an unique capabilities in an organization. To exam knowledge management, organization culture, importance of knowledge, and support of information technology were identified as potential predictors of knowledge management support in information center. Three hypotheses have been tested with 43 database management specialist surveys. This study presents that the level of information sharing and knowledge exchange is significantly influenced by the extent support of information technology.

  • To creation of the competitive power have an effect on the competitive mind, the practical experience, know-how based knowledge share, and an organizing culture. Here gets accomplished a cognition and the way of thinking conversion about the importance of knowledge information management. This study aims to grope a role of bank and an improved plan to what one of knowledge information management in the bank. The research and analysis consist of knowledge information share and the influence on knowledge information management and a variety of cognition level in the case of Korea.

  • Regional innovation cluster is closely related to promoting innovations through activities for knowledge sharing and exchanges among organizations in an adjacent regional context. However, performance of activities for knowledge sharing and exchanges are basically influenced by cultural characteristics of the industries or regions where the organization belongs to. Therefore, knowledge management strategies in a unit of a regional cluster need to consider the cultural characteristics of an industry or region and in turn different activities need to be adopted according to cultural characteristics. This study explores the relationship between cultural differences and the performance of the activities to promote knowledge exchanges in a regional innovation cluster. For this study, factors reflecting cultural characteristics of diverse industries and regions were extracted and the relationships with the performance of the activities promoting inter-organizational knowledge exchanges were analyzed through statistical method.

  • In this study, we analyzed knowledge management cases of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and examined knowledge management vision, promotion organization and knowledge management activity system. This study aims to clarify implications for successful knowledge management in government sector. In the case of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, which was the subject of the study, it was evaluated as having performed well in the management activities of the government department in the evaluation of "Knowledge Target for 2018" jointly hosted by Maeil Economic Daily and the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. In this study, we conducted an in - depth interview with the knowledge management staff of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and analyzed the success factors of knowledge management in the government sector. First, the vision of knowledge management and the role of dedicated organization were very important. In addition, knowledge management system was used to effectively acquire, share, and accumulate knowledge and utilize it. In addition, appropriate compensation systems for knowledge management activities are also important success factors. Therefore, in order to encourage knowledge management activities, it is necessary for public institutions to establish an incentive system such as an economic compensation system for personnel sharing activities and HR personnel.

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 환경에 따른 정보의 지식화현상과 지식경영 추세에 따라 새롭게 등장한 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티 기반 지식관리에 관한 연구이다. 아직까지 지식검색커뮤니티에 대한 연구를 거의 찾아볼 수 없는 상황에서, 본 연구는 네이버의 ‘지식 iN’, 야후의 ‘지식검색’, 엠파스의 ‘지식거래소’를 대상으로 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티를 살펴보았다. 지식의 개념을 통해 지식 순환과정을 고찰하였고, 순환과정의 각 단계별로 지식관리를 연구하였다. 더불어 커뮤니티 기반의 지식창출과 지식공유단계에 대한 이용자연구를 하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 보다 건전하고 활발한 지식공유문화조성을 위한 지식검색커뮤니티의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

The Effects of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance in Nursing Homes (노인요양시설에서의 지식경영이 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this was to analyze the effects of the knowledge management(human capital and structural assets) on organizational performance in nursing homes. The survey was conducted 299 workers in nursing homes in Chungcheongnam and Chungcheongbuk provinces. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation, and regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that structural assets(shared culture and process) were most significantly influential factors on organizational performance and the effects of age, position, operating entities were significant. But the impact of human capital was not significant. From the above results, the cooperation between organizations is needed to actively share knowledge in order to increase the shared culture. In addition, the institutions should try to develop a variety of programs and to provide an environment where the members talk freely in order to increase the process level.
