The current study investigated the factors influencing the buyer's repurchase intention for second-hand products. This study first identified perceived risk and purchase value as the two primary influencing variables. Additionally, some exogenous variables influencing these two variables were examined. Statistical analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) revealed that product uncertainty, seller uncertainty, and site trust had statistically significant relationships with perceived transaction risk. However, while economic benefit showed a significant impact on purchase value, product scarcity and resale value did not exhibit a significant relationship with purchase value. Perceived transaction risk was found to have an insignificant relationship with repurchase intention, but indirectly influenced repurchase intention through purchase value. Purchase value was identified as having a significant influence on repurchase intention. Therefore, it was concluded that purchase value is the most important factor influencing repurchase intention in the purchase of second-hand products, while transaction risk indirectly influences repurchase intention through purchase value. The study indicates that product uncertainty and economic benefit are the most significant exogenous factors influencing transaction risk and purchase value, respectively.

This study empirically explores the relationship among knowledge management success factors (leadership, organizational culture, information technology, measurement, incentive, knowledge quality), knowledge management activities(knowledge creation and knowledge use), and task performance in disaster management area. Findings suggest that (1) organization culture, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge creation activities while leadership, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge use activities, (2) higher level of knowledge creation is related to high level of knowledge use, and (3) the level of knowledge use activities seems to be significantly related to task performance in disaster management, while knowledge creation activities are not.

인터넷의 보급과 국제화의 확산으로 영자 인터넷신문의 활용방안에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다 인터넷 신문이 기존 활자 신문의 보조매체의 한계를 뛰어넘어 독립매체로서의 위상을 확보해 감에 따라 인터넷의 특성을 살린 영자인터넷 신문의 제작 전략이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 국내에서 서비스되고 있는 영자 인터넷 신문의 현황을 파악하고 영자 인터넷 신문의 특징과 장단점을 분석하여 영자 인터넷 신문의 제작방향을 제시한다. 또한 현재 영자 인터넷 신문의 부가서비스와 컨텐츠를 기반으로 부가서비스의 다양화와 컨텐츠의 지식기반화를 통하여 국내 컨텐츠의 국외 접근성에 대한 정성적인 분석을 실시하였다. 국내에서 만들어지는 영어 컨텐츠라는 장점을 최대한 활용하여 외국인에 대한 국내 포탈 사이트로의 확대 전략과 온라인 상거래 기반의 영문종합쇼핑몰 구성방안을 제시한다.

대학은 국가 경쟁력을 좌우할 수 있는 70% 이상의 고급인력을 가지고 있는 거대한 지식제공처이다. 이런 대학의 도움 없이 산업경쟁력을 갖추어 세계 시장과 경쟁을 한다고 하는 것은 한계가 있다 따라서 대학은 가지고 있는 연구결과나 지식을 통하여 경제적인 가치를 만들어야 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리나라의 산학협동을 통한 연구와 그 성과를 실시했던 기간에 비해 낮다고 볼 수밖에 없다, 그 이유를 체제나 제도의 미비보다는 그 체제를 운영하는데 필요한 거래 비용이 높아서라고 보고 이것을 낮추므로 활성화가 될 수 있다는 사회과학적 측면에서 접근해 보았다.

This case study shows constructing the knowledge-based system using a rule-based approach for detecting illegal transactions regarding money laundering in the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU). To better manage the explosive increment of low risk suspicious transactions reporting from financial institutions, the adoption of a knowledge-based system in the KoFIU is essential. Also since different types of information from various organizations are converged into the KoFIU, constructing a knowledge-based system for practical use and data management regarding money laundering is definitely required. The success of the financial information system largely depends on how well we can build the knowledge-base for the context. Therefore we designed and constructed the knowledge-based system for anti-money laundering by committing domain experts of each specific financial industry co-worked with a knowledge engineer. The outcome of the knowledge base implementation, measured by the empirical ratio of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) reported to law enforcements, shows that the knowledge-based system is filtering STRs in the primary analysis step efficiently, and so has made great contribution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the analysis process. It can be said that establishing the foundation of the knowledge base under the entire framework of the knowledge-based system for consideration of knowledge creation and management is indeed valuable.

The purpose of this study is to find factors affecting knowledge sharing activities which have two aspects-quantity and quality. We surveyed the members of a virtual community of practice called "UPOW.com". It is dedicated to sharing knowledge about job related problems, questions, experience of educational official. This study derived factors from social cognitive theory and social capital theory. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows; first, quality of shared knowledge and quantity of knowledge sharing both have positive effect on knowledge utilization. Second, individual factors and social relations have positive effect on quantity of knowledge sharing. However, individual factors' effects on quantity of knowledge sharing are not significant. These results have academic implications to find factors affecting both side of knowledge sharing. Also these finding will give an insight to develop virtual community of practice for an organization's sustained competitiveness.

This study aims to identify copyright issues regarding the knowledge content currently circulated through knowledge exchange markets in the Republic of Korea. The content providers of knowledge exchange markets comprise government & public institutions, full-text database companies, publishers and individuals. It is worth noting that commercial trade of copyrighted content or material among academic journals, database companies and knowledge exchange markets essentially exclude individual authors who are the actual copyright holders. In principle, the original author owns the copyright whether it has an explicit notice or not. Unless the author/owner officially agrees to transfer the copyright including the right for so-called "derivative works", content-making based or derived from the copyrighted material, digitalization of the copyrighted work as well as its registration on full-text database and circulation through knowledge markets are illegal.
