Ring Sector Plate Supported by Elastic Beam Although all the reinforced concrete circular ring sector plates are elastically supported, it is conventional to simplify their supporting conditions as fixed or simply-supported ones assuming that their supporting beam has infinite stiffness. However, in order to obtain a precise solution, it should be required to consider the stiffness of their supporting beam. As a methodological improvement to the precise analysis, "Reinforced Concrete Model" previously developed by the author was applied to the structural analysis of the reinforced concrete circular ring sector plates with elastically supported beam. The results of analysis in the cases under various conditions of open angle, steel ratio, relative stiffness(EI/DL) between plate and supporting beam were summarized as follows ; 1.Although the effect of relative stiffness between plate and supporting beam varies depending on the magnitude of open angle, in general, it shows the largest when not more than 5.0 and negligible when not less than 10.0. Therefore, it would be considered as fixed supporting condition :in the case of its open angle of 0$^{\circ}$rectangular plates), its stiffness ratio being not less than 10.0 and in the other case of its open angle of 30$^{\circ}$, its stiffness ratio being not less than 5.0. 2.In the rectangular plates, the effect of steel ratio is considerable in no supporting condition, but neglible in the supporting condition. So, the effect of steel ratio should be negligible in the case of the elastically supported circular ring sector plates. 3.However, the effect of steel ratio is much more considerable in the case of the fixed supported circular plates, especially, when steel ratio being not more than 1.0% and stiffness ratio being smaller. So, the effect of steel ratio should be considered in the analysis of reinforced concreate circular ring sector plates with fixed conditions. 4.The effect of open angle is greater in the case of without-supporting beam conditions. However, in the other case of with-supporting beam conditions, the effect is a little bit when open angle of not more than 300 and negligible when open angle of not more than 30$^{\circ}$.

In order to improve the structural safety and light-weight design of aircraft floats, natural frequency and static stress analysis are performed under water and ground landing conditions. A finite element mesh based on the design configuration of light aircraft floats is modeled, and simplified water and ground landing loads are applied to this model. The natural frequency and stress analysis of aluminum-alloy floats are carried out first. Then, the structural performance of the floats is re-analyzed in the case of laminated composites, and the numerical results are compared each other. It is concluded that, by tailoring the laminated composites with respect to stacking sequence and ply thickness, the structural safety of the light-weight floats can be improved.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of modified wall squat exercise after sacro-iliac joint mobilization on balance in normal adults. The total number of subjects was 34, and 17 were randomly placed in the experimental group(EG) and 15 in the control group (CG). The subjects in the EG have conducted the 3 sets of modified wall squat exercise after sacro-iliac joint mobilization per day, 3 times a week for 6 weeks and CG did not conducted the intervention. Comparing the EG's balance pre-test and post-test this study, there was a statistical significance in WDI, CD, AC and AD. In this study, it was confirmed that modified wall squat exercise after sacro-iliac joint mobilization affects balance in normal adults.
In this paper, the captive model test of a submarine using the RA test was carried out in a square basin. The target model submarine consisted of four types varying according to the position of conning tower and control planes. Hydrodynamic derivatives were acquired by multi-regression analysis. As a result, horizontal dynamic stability indexes of the four types presented positive values and satisfied dynamic stability requirements. In addition, the stability index of type 1 and type 4 - each with the same cruciform configuration of the aft planes - scored within the acceptable range of motion stability.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of lumbar mobilization combined with dual task training on balance ability in patients with chronic stroke. In this study, 30 adults who were diagnosed with a stroke were divided into 15 groups, each with a dual task training group, a dual task training group applying joint mobilization to the lumbar from July 1, 2019 to August 31, 2019, it was held for 30 minutes a day for two months, three times a week for a total of eight weeks. The clinical balance evaluation index was measured by K-BBS, and the surface area, step length and average speed were measured using Bioresque. In K-BBS, scores were increased in all groups, and the balance ability was increased in the surface area, step length and average speed using Bioresque. Therefore, the combination of dual task training for the lumbar was thought to have an effect on increasing the balance ability of chronic stroke patients.
The purpose of this study is to validate the Confusion, Hubbub, and Order Scale (CHAOS), developed by Matheny et al. (1995), in South Korea. Data of 189 parents with children under the age of 5 acquired by online survey were used for the analysis. Descriptive statistics, item-total correlation, internal consistency, confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity were examined. As a result, 13 items were confirmed and the reliability was .881. By validating K-CHAOS, it became possible to consider the effect of physical environment, that are known to affect psychological and social development of individuals, as one of micro-systems in future studies.
The purpose of this study was to validate the Korean version of autonomy preference index (K-API) for chronic patients. Participants were 569 chronic patients. Construct validity and reliability of K-API were examined using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and Cronbach's α test. Original API was translated to Korean, and we conducted contents validity test, and pilot test. The K-API consisted of 10 items divided into two domains: (i) Decision making preference (DMP); (ii) Information seeking preference (ISP). K-API explained 53.4% of autonomy preference; the two-factor structure showed an acceptance fit. Cronbach's α was. 77 for DMP, and. 75 for ISP. Validity and reliability of the K-API were established, and this study provides additional evidence for the usage of the API in Asian region.
This study examines the effectiveness of semi-occluded vocal tract exercise (SOVTE) conducted through telepractice for 10 female teachers who have experienced vocal discomfort while working in early childhood education facilities (childcare centers, kindergartens). The effects of SOVTE conducted through telepractice were evaluated based on the Korean voice handicap index (KVHI), the Korean version of the voice activity and participation profile (K-VAPP), vocal effort, and auditory perception evaluation by using the grade, roughness, breathiness, asthenia, and strain (GRBAS) scale. The results show that total, functional, and physical scores of KVHI significantly reduced after SOVTE. The total score in K-VAPP significantly reduced after SOVTE. Moreover, vocal effort significantly decreased after SOVTE. However, statistically significant differences were not noted in GRB scales before and after SOVTE. In conclusion, early childhood teachers experienced reduced vocal discomfort SOVTE conducted through telepractice. The study results indicate that voice therapy conducted through telepractice is an effective method for reducing vocal discomfort in early childhood teachers.

In this paper, numerical analysis method to perform linear dynamic analysis of bridge considering the road surface roughness and bridge-vehicle interaction when vehicle is moving on bridge is presented. The vehicle and bridge are modeled as three-dimension where contact length of tire and pitching of tandem spring are considered and single truck with 2-axles and 3- axles, and tractor-trailer with 5-axles are modeled as 7-D.O.F., 8-D.O.F., and 14-D.O.F., respectively. Dynamic equations of vehicle are derived from the Lagrange's equation and solution of the equation is obtained by Newmark-${\beta}$ method. The surface roughness of bridge deck for this analysis is generated from power spectral density (PSD) function. Beam element for the main girder, shell element for concrete deck and rigid link between main girder and concrete deck are used. The equations of the motion of bridges are solved by mode-superposition procedures. The proposed procedure is validated by comparing the results with the experimental data by Whittemore and Fenves.
Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) is a communication and data tracking system that standardizes and controls the quality of reporting by presenting lexicon descriptors, assessment categories, and recommendations for managing breast lesions. Using standardized terminology recommended by BI-RADS, radiologists can concisely and reproducibly communicate breast imaging results to clinicians. They can also provide the estimated malignant probability of the lesions found and guide management for them by determining the final assessment category. The limitations of BI-RADS 5th edition currently in use are that there are some areas for which standardized terminologies still need to be established, and that the diagnostic criteria of MRI assessment categories 3 and 4 are ambiguous compared to those for mammography or ultrasound. The next revision of BI-RADS is expected to include solutions for overcoming current limitations.
