Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in Children (소아의 지속적 신대체요법)

  • Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) has been used in critically ill children for more than 20 years in the world, but in Korea, although it is becoming the preferred method of acute therapy in pediatric intensive care units, there has been a few experiences and no consensus of CRRT up to now. This review describes the basic technique of CRRT, highlights the between the adult and pediatric prescription, and elaborates on the main controversies in the application of CRRT in children.

The Relation of Addiction and Sustainable Use of Social Media Service (소셜미디어 중독과 지속사용 의도에 관한 연구)

  • This study deals with the digital policy proposal through the study about the relation of the sustainable use and the addiction to social media such as facebook. Researcher tried to figure out the antecedents and consequence factors about the service addiction recognized by the social media users and to obtain the measures for the sustainable use of service and the implications for the prevention of addiction. Research results showed that 1) the individual innovation had an effect on the service satisfaction, the addiction, and the sustainable use, 2) the service satisfaction influenced on the addiction and the sustainable use, 3) the perceived service addiction had a reverse effect on the sustainable use. This is described that user's addiction recognition is the obstacle of sustainable growth in service. The proposed policy of this research is summarized as the following two. 1) When the users act the addictive using behavior, service provider has to pay attention to user's withdrawal from the service because of their addiction. 2) The government should offer healing facilities, service etc. for the addicted users and the prevention of the service addiction when they recognized their discomfort.

  • 최근에 지속적 발전(sustainable development)은 환경정책 분석뿐만 아니라 현대 환경, 생태 경제학에 있어서 중요한 개념이 되어왔으며, 이 개념은 어업에 있어서 특히 중요한 국제적 이슈(issue)가 되고 있다. 어업은 갱생자연 자원에 입각한 산업으로서 지속적 발전의 길로 가야만 한다. 이것은 1982년 UN해양법 협약(UNCLOS), 1995년 UN경계왕래성 어족과 고도회유성 어족에 관한 집행협약 (UNIA), FAO의 책임있는 어업(the Code of Conduct fer Responsible Fisheries)을 위 한 국제규범과 일련의 기술지침서에서 구체적으로 표현함으로써 국제적 합의가 이루어 지게 되었다. 지속적 발전의 개념에 대한 심층적인 이해는 어업 관리자가 어업정책의 수립과 평가에 대한 새로운 요소와 기준을 설정함에 있어서 중요한 의미를 부여한다. 이것은 특히, 어업관리자(정부와 단체 그리고 어업자)가 어업관리 목표 어종 및 비관리목표 어종과 어종의 생태, 그리고 환경을 포함한 어업 자원의 직접 사용 가치와 비사용 가치(즉, 내재 가치 )등에 관련된 제문제를 다루는 것을 그 내용으로 한다. 따라서, 이 논문은 국제사회에서 지속적 발전과 관련된 지식의 현 주소와 어업관리에 있어서 갖는 함축적 의미와 주로 관계된다. 이 논문은 지속적 발진에 대한 개념의 기원과 형성과정, 개념 구조를 상세히 고찰함으로써 어업의 지속적 발전을 위한 어업관리정책 수립을 위한 방향설정에 기여하게 될 것이다. 또 이 논문에서는 지속적 발전의 개념하에서 어업의 지속성과 지속적 발전이 어업관리에 어떠한 의미를 갖는지 고찰한다. 그 하나로 이 논문에서는 FAO에서 최근에 제시한 해양어업의 지속적 발전지표를 어떻게 설정하는지에 대한 가이드라인을 분석 고찰 하였다. 이 FAO의 지속적발전지표는 지속적 발전의 평가체계의 구성요소와 어업에 대한 지속적 평가체계[sustainable development reference system(SDRS)]를 수립하는데 있어서 필요한 관련 절차에 관해 특별한 의미를 부여해 줄 것으로 생각한다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서 는 SDRS가 지역어업 협력체계 구축에 있어 서 어떠한 역할을 할 것인가를 강조함으로써 결론을 내리고 있다.

An Effect of Gaming Behavior by Mobil Game User on Intention of Continuous Usage (모바일게임 이용자의 게임 태도가 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to determine the relationship between gaming behaviors by mobile game users and intention of continuous use of games. A behavior is a reaction against some subject or event, and in general, it brings consistent action and predictable reaction. For this study, the survey has been performed to adult mobile game users over 20 years old in Korea and China, and the collected data have been used in the hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0, the statistical package program. As a result of study, if gaming behaviors are not concerned, more male not from Korea (from China) showed higher intention of continuous use. Furthermore, as a result of evaluating the effect of gaming behaviors of mobile game users on intention of continuous use, cognitive behaviors and behavioral attitudes also showed significant positive correlation.

The Effect of Game Contents on User's Intention of Use in Mobile Social Network Games (모바일 소셜네트워크 게임에서 콘텐츠요인이 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest a guideline for direction of content design and resource allocation to make mobile social network game (mobile SNG) production more efficient. We assumed that commercial purpose of mobile SNG is to improve uses' intention of use of the game, and from previous researches we selected flow, social interaction, self efficacy, competition, and reward as the factors which have influence on the intention of use. Finally, improvement of user experiences related to social interaction, self efficacy, competition, and reward is considered as the purpose of the mobile SNG contents. We surveyed university students in Gangwon, South Korea who have used mobile SNG. It took 3 weeks and 244 survey papers were used for analysis. The method for analysis was hierarchial regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. As a result, we found that the user experiences related to self efficacy, reward, competition, social interaction provided by SNG contents are all have positive influence on the user's intention of use and weighed the influence of each factors.

A Study on User Acceptance Model of uTradeHub Service Based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (통합기술수용이론(UTAUT) 기반 uTradeHub 서비스의 사용자 수용모형에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines whether the variables used in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions) is applicable to continuous usage of uTradeHub at a time of expansion in the use of uTradeHub. In addition, the role of user satisfaction(mediating effect) and CEO support(interaction effect) in the relationship is identified attempting to provide basic data to help uTradeHub management strategy establishment. A total of 101 valid responses collected through questionnaires were used for empirical analysis(using SPSS 24.0), and the results are as follows. First, for the effect of the integration technology acceptance factor on user satisfaction(H1), only performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence were significant, but facilitating conditions was not significant. Second, for the effect of user satisfaction on the continued use of uTradeHub(H2), there was a significant result. Third, the mediation effect on verification of user satisfaction(H3) was full where performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence prompted continuous usage through user satisfaction. Fourth, for interactive effect verification of CEO support(H4), an interaction effect was shown only in the influence relationship of performance expectancy and social influence on user satisfaction.

A Study on Continuance Usage Intention of ChatGPT (ChatGPT의 지속 사용 의도에 관한 연구)

  • This study categorizes the factors that affect the intention to continue using ChatGPT into positive motivational factors (personalization, social influence) and negative motivational factors (privacy concern, perceived risk) and investigates whether they affect the intention to continue using ChatGPT through information trust, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy. To this end, a survey was conducted among 265 adults in their 20s and above who have used ChatGPT service. The results showed that personalization and social influence had a defining effect on information trust, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy. For privacy concern, we found a negative effect of wealth on performance expectations, but not on effort expectations. Perceived risk had a negative effect on performance expectancy and effort expectancy. In addition, information trust, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy have a defining effect on continuance intention. This study extends the scope of existing research that focuses on positive factors, deepens our the understanding of ChatGPT. It also provides useful suggestions for continued use of ChatGPT.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자는 장소의 이동에 상관없이 지속적인 서비스를 제공받아야 한다. 이동 중에 서비스 지속성을 보장하려면 대체 서비스를 검색하는 기술뿐만 아니라, 새로운 대체 서비스의 사용을 위한 서비스 인터페이스 간 불일치를 해결할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 인터페이스 불일치 문제를 해결하는 대표적인 방법은 인터페이스 어댑터를 사용하는 것이다. 하지만, 어댑터 개발의 부담이 크다는 단점이 있어, 이를 보완하기 위한 방법으로 어댑터의 반자동 생성이나 어댑터 체인 기법에 대한 연구들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 적응 손실 측면에서 최적의 어댑터 체인을 생성하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 기존의 어댑터 제인 기법에서 고려하지 못했던 단일 인터페이스 내의 메소드 의존성을 고려하여 적응손실을 측정하는 방법과 이를 반영하여 어댑터 체인을 생성하는 어댑터 제인 생성 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 기법이 비교적 짧은 시간 내에 최적의 어댑터 체인을 생성할 수 있음을 보인다.

Impact of the User Experience on OTT services on Continuous Use Intention: Mainly focusing on the Use Satisfaction Mediating Effect (OTT 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험이 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향: 이용 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Generally, people act to use Information Technology on the premise of their experience in using various Information Technology. Namely, users perceive Information Technology through their User Experience, and these User Experiences can be said to impact Continuous Use Intention of the Information Technology. Based on this condition, the present study was proceeded to investigate the User Satisfaction's Mediating effect in the relationship between User Experience and Continuous Use Intention of the OTT services. For this purpose, 195 male and female college students' survey data were used for analysis, verified through the SPSS Process Macro. As a result of the analysis, not only the Reliability experience for the OTT services but also the Usability, Convenience, and Pleasurable experiences' User Experiences were verified that Use Satisfaction was Fully Mediating in relation to Continuous Use Intention. This result gives an implication that the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in maintaining customers through continuous use of OTT services are worth noting. Overall, the present study increased the customer utility for OTT services and confirmed the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. Also, it proposed a direction for an in-depth future research to develop this study.

The Effect of Communication Media Richness on Continuous Intention to Use: The Moderating Effect of User Experience (커뮤니케이션 매체의 풍부성이 지속적인 사용 의도에 미치는 영향 - 이용경험의 조절효과)

  • Although multimedia messaging services (MMS) are becoming increasingly popular, and companies are maximizing the use of their content, few systematic studies on MMSs exist. This study examined technology acceptance factors for MMS in 398 young people aged 10 to 39 to identify MMS users' continuous intention to use (CITU) via a questionnaire and SPSS21 and PLS-Graph 3.0. The results showed that perceived media richness (PMR) had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and most importantly, CITU. Furthermore, PMR had a positive effect on perceived ease of use as a moderating effect on experience. To increase use efficiency in MMSs based on these results, media richness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user experience may serve as important variables affecting users' CITU and provide a basic reference and development direction for MMS users. Future studies should include more variables and examine additional factors when analyzing the structural model.
