  • Purpose of this study is to know what is the factors affecting in working poor household's residential ascend mobility. As a result, Working poor household residential ascend mobility is affecting from age, education, work ability, household type, child, asset, public assistance, region, house position, minimum housing facilities, housing environment, education facilities, lastingness rental apartment, nation rental apartment, the lease of a house on a deposit basis, monthly rent, loaning delay times, debt. Main implication is as following Analysis. First, When housing policies establish, Working poor household's characteristics and individual characteristics should be considered enough by welfare policies aspect. For this, Rent assistance system have to be enforced for working poor household's house loan. Second, Working poor household's guarantee of financial Accessibility for house loan. Finally, Working poor household's residential problem may be solved though efforts that can heighten enough public information and the utilization rate about various in government's house policies.

  • South Korea has more than two-thirds of the land consists of mountainous terrain. It is necessary to enable the recycling of mountain tourism policy to allow people to use. This paper studied Bukhansan where there seems to have the most economical efficiency and effectiveness as an alternative means of transportation applying user'swillingnessto pay by age based upon the Study on Introduction Bukhansan Mountain Railway which was progressed as part of the balanced national development and railway promotion strategy. The Analyisis results are shown that cost-benefit ratio is Lim 0.73 and rack & pinion 0.8. The rack-and-pinion method is selected as an applicable alternative.   • This paper proposes the TEE-BOP (Trusted Execution Environment-Based Blockchain Offline Payment) protocol for blockchain-based offline payments. TEE-BOP securely manages offline balances within a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) and efficiently verifies initial deposit proofs recorded on the blockchain using Merkle trees. Additionally, it ensures secure and tamper-proof transactions in offline environments by guaranteeing the reliability of keys and the system through TEE Attestation. Unlike previous studies, TEE-BOP enhances real-world applicability by eliminating dependence on central authorities and avoiding assumptions of ideal models. The protocol solves the double-spending problem through multi-layered defense mechanisms and addresses forgery prevention by allowing recipients to directly verify data consistency between the TEE and the blockchain. This enables reliable blockchain-based offline payments in areas with unstable network infrastructure. It demonstrates that this research can expand the application of blockchain technology and contribute to improving access to financial services in developing countries or disaster situations.

  • There is Electronic-cash system as important payment means in Electronic-commerce and the requirement of electronic cash is independence, transferability, divisibility etc. This is important requirement in DRM to provide contents as a same requirement to contents. Because contents itself can see that requirement of Electronic-cash can be transferred the control of to contents requirement as monetary concept. Can apply equally in reproduction and copy for contents, anonymity user's access etc, and several relations. In this paper, wish to put by value that is equal about Electronic-cash and contents, and apply concept of Electronic-cash through this and present DRM model after examine requirement of Electronic-cash and DRM's requirement. Concept used in this paper left copy use authority to use hierarchic tree structure and endowed anonymity for contents and anonymity about user for anonymous user. Finally, examines and compares and analyzes proposed existing methods.

Location Determinants for Newly Established and Relocated Manufacturing Firms (신설 및 이동 제조업체의 입지 결정요인 분석)

  • This study analyzes the location determinants of newly established and relocated manufacturing firms in South Korea using the National Business Survey data from 2016 to 2019. Both new establishments and relocations are concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong, Yeongnam, and Daegyeong regions, with relocated firms showing a higher degree of spatial concentration. Employing a negative binomial regression model, we find that manufacturing concentration, population density, industrial diversity, and lower wage levels positively influence both new establishments and relocations. The proportion of highly educated workers, accessibility to producer services, and average land prices only positively affect the frequency of new establishments, suggesting that firms in the early stages of their life cycle, which are more dependent on human capital and producer services, demonstrate a higher willingness to pay for land use. Conversely, increased travel time to Seoul and improved transportation accessibility enhance the probability of attracting relocated firms. This implies that cost reduction incentives associated with distance from Seoul may outweigh the benefits of proximity to the capital in relocation decisions. Our findings suggest that strengthening agglomeration economies and improving transportation infrastructure efficiency could increase the likelihood of attracting relocated manufacturing firms to non-capital regions.

  • A hybrid information service may include local and/or remote distributed services, both and electronic. Also, a hybrid information service can be described as one which an appropriate range of heterogeneous information services is presented to the user in a consistent and integrated way via a single interface. The purpose of this study is to suggest high-level requirements and logical architecture to design hybrid library. High-level requirements analysis for hybrid library need to contain baseline requirements, basic system requirements, searching, location, requesting, delivery and payment. A logical architecture need to consider logical architecture for hybrid library management system including user access points, hybrid library management system and hybrid library components and 5 layered architecture including presenter, coordinator, mediator, communicator and provider to achieve local simplicity while still supporting complex functionality of hybrid library.

  • With the development of information and communication technology, we have been able to access and manage documents containing corporate information anytime and anywhere using smart devices. As the work environment changes to smart work, the scope of information distribution is expanded, and more efforts are needed to manage security. This paper proposes a file sharing system that enables users who have smart devices to manage and share files through mutual cooperation. Proposed file sharing system, the user can add a partner to share files with each other when uploading files kept by spliting the part of the file and the other uses an algorithm to store on the server. After converting the file to be uploaded to base64, it splits it into encrypted files among users, and then transmits it to the server when it wants to share. It is easy to manage and control files using dedicated application to view files and has high security. Using the system developed with proposed algorithm, it is possible to build a system with high efficiency even for SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) that can not pay much money for security.

Estimating the Economic Value of the Online Marketplace for Legal Services (변호사검색상담 플랫폼의 경제적 가치 추정)

  • This study examines the usage status of legal services provided by lawyers targeting domestic consumers and investigates empirically how much online platforms that facilitate lawyer search and consultation can increase consumers' utility, and how much the lawyer legal service market will expand through this. To this end, this study applies a discrete choice demand model to the data collected through a conjoint survey to estimate the value of the lawyer search and consultation platform perceived by consumers, and estimates the effectiveness of the platform in expanding the market for lawyer legal services through a simulation method. As a result of the analysis, the relative value that consumers place on finding and consulting a lawyer using the online platform instead of being introduced to a lawyer by an acquaintance or searching for a lawyer offline is estimated to be about 70,414 won. It was found that the existence of lawyer search and consultation platforms could increase the market size of legal services by as little as 18.9% to as much as 70.2%. In particular, the platforms are expected to increase the accessibility of legal services to vulnerable groups.

Value Evaluation on the Experience Space of the Age-friendly Product (고령친화용품 체험공간에 대한 가치 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the value of the center of age-friendly goods to confirm the public value of the center. 152 elderly participants, either who have utilized the center themselves or who have experienced the center indirectly through the image have participated in the study. The experience of age-friendly product center was evaluated by the contingent valuation method, which is widely used in the public services. A double-bounded dichotomous choice (DB-DC) log-logistic model and a log-normal model were conducted. As the result of the estimation, the truncated mean of the log-logistic model was 3,401 Korean won, with the mean of 4,937 won. In addition, the truncated mean of the log-normal model was 3,433 won, with the mean of 4,144 won. Elderly who have not experienced the center placed a higher value on the center, compared to the experienced elderly. The results imply the necessity to enlarge the opportunity for future suppliers to experience the center for age-friendly products, in order to improve their objective understandings. In addition, the necessity of expanding exhibition products and applying age-friendly designs is proposed, to offer various attractive experiences to elderly.

A Critical Assessment of the Economical Value of Road on Housing Prices Using Contingent Valuation Method - focus on the road construction plan of 47th of Suwon si - (조건부가치추정법을 이용한 도로의 경제가치 추정에 관한 실증적 연구 - 수원시 47번 도로건설계획을 중심으로)

  • The Purpose of this study was to assess the willingness to pay(WTP) for the new road construction plan(slip road of urban highway which was advertising extensively to reduce the time to the core of metropolitan area) on housing prices using contingent valuation method(CVM). And this study was an empirical study which was based on the consciousness of residents whose apartment was within the Suwon Si's new plan of 47th road construction zone. In this study, it was revealed that the resident's WTP for the plan of new road construction which was built on the neighborhood of apartment was within the 10 percent of housing prices that was similar to the standard declared price of MLTM(Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs). And also revealed that the difference of sale prices of real estate company was 24 percent. The statistical assessment results show that both the resident's characteristic variables such as gender, incomes, size of apartment and the accessability variables such as distance to parks, schools, department stores, living facilities were positive effects on the prices of apartments significantly. Finally, the house has depreciated than that of MLTM and WTO since torpedoed the road construction plan. These results imply that, we have to take capital appreciation of the property into account due to road construction since the accessibility was very significantly positive internal effects on the apartment housing prices.
