As the remarkable achievements of generative artificial intelligence technology become increasingly visible, the issue of 'controllability' in artificial intelligence is emerging as a prominent global keyword. This comes at a time when existential threats, such as the possibility of machines dominating humans, are being raised. Accordingly, this study aims to establish the groundwork for shaping a social public sphere by closely examining the concept of control, the current status, and the global landscape of artificial intelligence. It seeks to address the innovative changes anticipated in future society, with artificial intelligence technology at its core. The study aims to derive implications for preparing countermeasures against social problems and unpredictable variables that may arise from the evolution of artificial intelligence technology. It also aims to present guidelines and strategic insights for the establishment of government regulations. Furthermore, the study seeks to uncover implications for the formation of social public discourse.

The aim of this study is to explore the paradigm shifts in culture and system related to life in terms of AI and the present point of view in which creating human values together are important. An approach that focuses on how AI-related phenomena work in modern society forms the basis of this research. Therefore, to clarify the meaning of "AI phenomenon" converging it as a part of social culture, this study was intended to find out the value incorporated in the social system such as ethics and equality together with the literature review. Inferring the technical culture that are combined with the AI that the members of society can do together is as important as technical understanding in the functional aspect. Therefore, this study was intended to suggest new culture that the cultural imagination and the social system create harmonizing each other, that is, the possibility of "AI culture". So, this article has a characteristic of a preliminary study, too.

The poor welfare level of social workers is a big social problem in direct proportion to the ongoing need for social welfare service. In particular, the emotional work of social workers is a serious situation. This Study examines the effect of emotional labor(EL) on customer orientation(CO) of social workers with case management. Also this paper investigates the moderating effect of emotional intelligence(EI) and leader-member exchange(LMX). The major results from the study are as follow: First, we found that surface acting(SA) of EL had a negative impact on CO and deep acting(DA) of EL had a positive impact on CO. Second, EI showed a moderating effect on the correlation between SA of EL and CO. Also, EI had the moderating effect that weakening the negative impact of SA on CO. Third, LMX showed a moderating effect on the correlation between DA of EL and CO. Also, LMX had the moderating effect that strengthening the positive impact of DA on CO. In particular, this study presented with implications for future research, limitations of this study.

This study was conducted to revalidate CQS and to examine the factors influencing cultural intelligence among Korean students studying abroad. 143 Korean students in USA and Canada were participated in the survey. Confirmatory factor analysis identified a model with four factors and CQS has negative correlation with acculturation stress and academic stress but positive correlation with subjective wellbeing. This findings suggest that CQS is a reliable and valid scale. Hierarchical regression analyses confirmed that personality is more significant predictor than cultural experiences for CQS. Discussion focuses on the importance of the findings, limitations and future directions.

This study propose to develop artificial intelligence liberal arts courses for college students in the humanities and social sciences majors using the entry artificial intelligence model. A group of experts in computer, artificial intelligence, and pedagogy was formed, and the final artificial intelligence liberal arts course was developed using previous research analysis and Delphi techniques. As a result of the study, the educational topics were largely composed of four categories: image classification, image recognition, text classification, and sound classification. The training consisted of 1) Understanding the principles of artificial intelligence, 2) Practice using the entry artificial intelligence model, 3) Identifying the Ethical Impact, and 4) Based on learned, team idea meeting to solve real-life problems. Through this course, understanding the principles of the core technology of artificial intelligence can be directly implemented through the entry artificial intelligence model, and furthermore, based on the experience of solving various real-life problems with artificial intelligence, and it can be expected to contribute positively to understanding technology, exploring the ethics needed in the artificial intelligence era.

본 연구는 노인복지관 사회복지사들을 대상으로 LMX, TMX를 높이기 위하여 조직문화 감성지능의 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 150 노인복지관을 대상으로 총 315부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 우편으로 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지는 총 33개 기관 189부이다. 조사기간은 2016년 1월부터 두달간 이루어졌고 요인분석, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 관계문화와 사회복지사의 감성지능이 LMX, TMX에 정적인 영향을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인복지관의 구성원들의 수평적, 수직적 상호관계를 증진하기 위하여 관계문화의 형성이 필요하며, 구성원들의 감성지능의 중요성을 확인하였다.

This study attempted to identify the information gap about Internet of Things (IoT) devices and services in the era of digital transformation. To this end, we analyzed differences in perception of predicting future issues about IoT devices and services, and analyzed differences in the need for digital technology and help in life according to perceptions and experience of using IoT devices and services. Also, the level of education and demand for education were analyzed. A survey was conducted from February 15th to March 7th, 2021 for residents in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do, and 232 respondents responded. Analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0, and all statistical values were presented as average values. The results of the study are as follows. First, the future issues of the intelligent information society according to the recognition of the intelligent information society, the help of life provided by artificial intelligence devices and services, and the need for intelligent information technology were presented. Second, the difference in Life help provided by artificial intelligence according to the recognition and use experience of artificial intelligence devices was presented. Third, the difference in life help provided by artificial intelligence according to the recognition and use experience of artificial intelligence service was presented. Fourth, the difference in necessity according to artificial intelligence technology recognition and use experience was presented. Fifth, the educational level and educational demand of the intelligent information society were investigated and presented. Through the results of this study, a suggestion for resolving the information gap in the era of digital transformation was suggested.

This study examined the emotional intelligence and social support in relation to resilience in order to identify the factors influencing resilience in student nurses. The participants were 228 student nurses from two colleges in B City. The data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Scheffe test and multiple regression analysis by SPSS ver. 21.0. The mean score for emotional intelligence, social support, and resilience level was 5.36 out of 7 points, 4.13 out of 5 point, and 2.68 out of 4 points, respectively. Resilience was positively correlated with emotional intelligence (r=.665, p<.001) and social support (r=.495, p<.001). The results of this research suggest that social support is an important variable affecting resilience in student nurses. The factors affecting resilience were social support (${\beta}=.464$, p<.001), emotional intelligence (${\beta}=.169$, p=.004), and aptitude (${\beta}=.162$, p=.006). Resilience explained 50.4% of the variance in social support, emotional support, and aptitude. To increase the resilience of student nurses, managers need to develop resilience programs and training for managing social support, emotional intelligence, and aptitude.
