Small and medium-sized Korean companies are currently changing their industrial structure faster than in the past due to various environmental factors (such as securing competitiveness and developing excellent products). In particular, the importance of collecting and utilizing data produced in smart factory environments is increasing as diverse devices related to artificial intelligence are put into manufacturing sites. This paper proposes an artificial intelligence-based smart factory model to improve the process of products produced at the manufacturing site with the recent smart factory. The proposed model aims to ensure the increasingly competitive manufacturing environment and minimize production costs. The proposed model is managed by considering not only information on products produced at the site of smart factory based on artificial intelligence, but also labour force consumed in the production of products, working hours and operating plant machinery. In addition, data produced in the proposed model can be linked with similar companies and share information, enabling strategic cooperation between enterprises in manufacturing site operations.

The main purpose of this paper is to study on the relation between utilization types of internet and performance at the small and medium firms in Korea. To accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively, first of all, theoretical background of the characteristics of chief executive officer are reviewed briefly. Second, research methodology is discussed with the following topics: (1) variables and operational definitions (2) research model and hypotheses (3) data analysis methods Third, research results are discussed with following topics: (1) characteristics of the sample (2) validity and reliability of variables (3) frequencies of the variables (4) resells of hypotheses tests Finally, this paper is summarized and future research areas are suggested briefly.

기존에 개별 기업들이 사용중인 고객/서버 모델의 6 시그마 프로젝트 관리 시스템들은 각 기업의 업무와 밀접하게 결합되었기 때문에 다른 기업에는 적용될 수 없는 한계를 갖고 인터넷을 통해 접근할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 능력이 부족한 중소기업에서도 적은 노력으로 6 시그마의 도입을 가능하게 하기 위하여 각 기업의 업무 환경에서 공통적으로 사용되는 기능들을 일반화시킨 웹 기반의 6 시그마 프로젝트 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 웹기반으로 설계되었기 때문에 인터넷을 통해 언제 어디서든지 접근 가능하여 시간적 공간적 제약성이 없으므로 기업의 업무 효율성을 제고하였을 뿐만 아니라, 상세한 검색 기능을 제공하여 전사적인 지식 자원들의 공유를 통해 비용 절감 및 프로젝트 수행 기간 단축 등 경제적 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between high involvement Human Resource Management and organizational effectiveness in small company. High involvement Human Resource Management practices include training, incentive, performance appraisal, participation, proposal, communication, job description. This research approached organizational effectiveness using internal process and goal. Internal process approach measured internal organizational health using aggregate organizational commitment, turnover intention, job search. Goal approach measured organizational growth using sales growth rate per employee and net income growth rate per employee. Using the collected data from 267 employees at 27 small-sized firms located in South region in Korea, this research tested and confirmed the construct validity regression analysis at the organizational level. This research came to the conclusions to as follows: First, high-involvement HRM had the positive effect on the organizational commitment. Second, high-involvement HRM had the negative effect on the turnover intention. The findings suggest that high-involvement HRM is a valuable construct to understand internal process approach of organizational effectiveness in small firms.

정보화 시대의 급속한 진행에 따라 하드웨어에 기반한 기간망의 구축과 함께 다양한 형태의 정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 정보보호 서비스 시스템의 구축이 매우 중요한 시점이다. 세계 시장 경제의 기본 패러다임을 바꾸는 전자상거래 등의 새로운 서비스가 발달함에 따라 정보의 안전과 신뢰를 보장할 수 있는 정보보호 시스템의 필요성은 매우 강조되고 있다. 아직까지 국내의 정보보호 산업은 중소기업 및 벤처기업을 중심으로 제품이 개발되는 초기 단계로 볼 수 있다. 지식과 정보를 보호하기 위한 여러 선진국의 노력을 고려할 때, 국제공도연구를 통한 경쟁력 있는 첨단기술을 확보하는 것은 불가능하다. 따라서 지식과 정보 자원의 유출을 막기 위해서 국자적 차원에서 기업, 연구소, 학교가 함께 범국가적인 차원의 독자적인 기술확보가 필요하다. 전자상거래 등의 인터넷에 기반한 다양한 서비스를 위한 정보보호기술의 표준, 정보보호의 핵심 및 기반 기술, 차세대 통신망 정보보호 기술, 시스템 정보보호기술, 해킹 방지 기술 등을 국가적인 차원에서 추진하고 응용서비스 등의 분야는 민간부문에서 추진하는 것이 바람직하다.

ERP supports the automation and integration of business processes of enterprises and records voluminous data about the business activities of enterprises. The academe and business enterprises are focusing on process mining, which improves the performance of business processes and strengthens compliance. However, these studies focused on analysis of the business process of large companies, which adopts foreign ERP, such as SAP ERP or Oracle ERP. In comparison with foreign ERP, domestic ERP lags behind in terms of logging and managing of event data. Therefore, the application of process mining to domestic ERP is a challenging task. The present study aims to analyze domestic ERP based on process mining to overcome this challenge. This study discusses the lessons learned from a case study in a Korean cosmetics manufacturing company. Our results are expected to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises that adopt domestic ERP and realize the outcomes of the large investment of the Korean government on the ERP implementation of enterprises.

Recently, Internet services via various devices including smartphone have become available. Because of the development of ICT, numerous hacking incidents have occurred and most of those attacks turned out to be APT attacks. APT attack means an attack method by which a hacker continues to collect information to achieve his goal, and analyzes the weakness of the target and infects it with malicious code, and being hidden, leaks the data in time. In this paper, we examine the information collection method the APT attackers use to invade the target system in a short time using big data, and we suggest and evaluate the countermeasure to protect against the attack method using big data.

This study is intended to look into the structural relationship between SCM activity, process innovation and quality performance in small and medium sized enterprisers(SMEs). To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 354 SCM operating officers and managers who perform the SCM activities in small and medium sized manufacturing firms. The results are summarized as follows. Overall, the SCM activity and process innovation had a significant effect on the quality performance, having a structural relationship with the quality performance in SEMs. This implies that the strategic alliance of the SCM activities and competence concentration based on technology development in SEMs can organize the unity through organizational members' information sharing. In other words, when the information integration supports the compatibility and reliability of shared information system by raising technological competence through this, the process innovation can lead to non-financial cost reduction, product quality, delivery compliance and inventory cost reduction as quality performance of the structured process, management and distribution.

오늘날 BI(Business Intelligence)시스템 다차원 데이터를 다루는 많은 방법들이 제안되어 TB 이상의 데이터를 다룰 수 있다. 하지만 IT 전문가 및 IT에 대한 투자여력이 충분하지 않은 중소 제조 기업들은 발 맞춰가기 힘들다. 또한 생산관리시스템(MES)을 미 도입한 기업이 대다수이고, 존재하는 현장데이터의 대부분도 수기데이터 또는 Excel 데이터로 보관 되어 있어, 수작업에 의한 데이터 분석과 의사결정을 수행한다. 이로 인해, 불량 요인 파악이나 이상 현상 파악이 불분명하기 때문에 데이터 분석에 어려움을 겪는다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소제조기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 제조 기업현장에서 사용되는 데이터를 자동으로 수집하여 정제 및 처리하여 저장이 가능하도록 하는 빅 데이터 분석 시스템 모델을 개발하였다. 이 분석 시스템 모델은 ERP, MIS 등에 존재하는 데이터들이 각 시스템의 DB 기능을 활용하여 데이터를 추출하고 정제하여 수집하는 ETL(Extract Transform Loading)과정을 통한다. 현장에서 비정형으로 기록되고 있는 정보들(ex. Excel)은 ODE(Office Data Excavation)모듈을 통해 문서의 패턴을 자동으로 인식하고 정형화된 정보로서 추출, 정제되어 수집된다. 저장된 데이터는 오픈소스 데이터 시각화 라이브러리인 D3.js를 이용하여 다양한 chart들을 통한 강력한 시각효과를 제공함으로써, 정보간의 연관 관계 및 다차원 분석의 기반을 마련하여 의사결정체계를 효과적으로 지원한다. 또한, 높은 가격에 형성되어 있는 빅데이터 솔루션을 대신해 오픈소스 Spago BI를 이용하여 경제적인 빅 데이터 솔루션을 제공한다. 본 연구의 기대효과로는 첫째, 현장 데이터 중심의 효과적인 의사결정 기반을 마련할 수 있다. 둘째, 통합 데이터 기반의 연관/다차원 분석으로 경영 효율성이 향상된다. 마지막으로, 중소 제조기업 환경에 적합한 분석 시스템을 구축함으로써 경쟁력과 생산력을 강화한다.

Due to the development of various information systems and PC, usage of Internet has rapidly increaced which lead to malicious codes rapidly spreading throughout the Internet. By the increasing use of the Internet, the threat by malicious codes has become a serious problem. In particular, Small businesses which lack investments in security personnels makes it impossible to verify and measure the servers and PC infected with malicious codes. We have analized malware infection types by using malicious code detection technology of security monitoring service and proposed countermeasures in small businesses.
