  • Recently, the importance of creativity and problem-solving skills are being emphasized in engineering education. In particular, research is actively being conducted on learning models considering practicality or applicability in practice and education among many creative problem-solving methods. The objective of the present study is to develop a teaching and learning model and verify its effects in order to promote creative thinking and problem-solving skills using the TRIZ Contradiction Analysis. This study led the participants to obtain basic knowledge of creative engineering design through the creative engineering design course for freshmen at an engineering college, and come up with ideas and solutions using the TRIZ Contradiction Analysis. A survey was conducted and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of education using the proposed teaching and learning model, and as a result, the effectiveness of education has been proven by an average of 89 positive responses. Follow-up research is needed on improved application models so that the proposed learning model can be applied to various subjects.

  • This study is a descriptive study to identify the burden of family burden, general characteristics, and disease characteristics of patients undergoing cranial nerve rehabilitation in hospitalized rehabilitation hospitals and to identify the factors influencing the integration. The questionnaire was administered to 113 family members who were the primary care providers of rehabilitation in rehabilitation hospitals and analyzed using the SPSS statistics 22 program. The results of this study showed that the level of burden of the patient family was 3.16, the burden of the family was significantly different in the age of the caregiver, the educational level, and the relationship with the caregiver. There was no difference. Finally, the factors influencing family burden were identified as predictors of carer's age, education, religion, and relationship with the patient. It will be necessary to consider general characteristics in the development of an intervention program that lowers the burden of family rehabilitation.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing nursing performance of nurses in general hospitals. The participants were 251 nurses working in general hospitals in B city. SPSS/WIN 23.0 was used for analysis with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. The result of the multiple regression indicates self-leadership(${\beta}=.43$, p<.001), total clinical career(${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.14$, p=.010), and annual self-development activity count(${\beta}=.10$, p=.049) were associated with nursing performance. These factors accounted for 38.5% of the total variance in nursing performance. Considering the results of this study, multi-dimensional programs to improve self-leadership and job satisfaction should be developed and implemented in order to foster nursing performance in clinical practice.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the development of disaster nursing training program by analyzing disaster nursing knowledge, preparedness, core competencies of disaster nursing in hospital nurses. This study was conducted in 177 nurses in an university hospital in C area. The results of the study showed that the significant positive correlation(r=.787, p<.001) between core competencies of disaster nursing and disaster preparedness, and disaster preparedness(${\beta}=.791$) was the factor affecting the core competencies of disaster nursing, and explanatory power was 62.3%. In this way, it is necessary to develop and education program of disaster nursing education in the form of simulation training in order to improve the core competencies of disaster nursing in hospital nurses.

  • This thesis is to investigate the relationship between college students' beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction and the development impact of K-beauty. University students' beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction showed more than average satisfaction in terms of reviews, makeup techniques, makeup trends, agency empathy, and entertainment motives. In order to study the relationship between beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction and K-beauty, as a result of factor analysis of the K-beauty questionnaire, it was divided into factors affecting development and development of other industries. University students' beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) effect on the factors affecting K-beauty development, and no relationship with other K-beauty industries. Based on these research results, we expect to use reference materials for the development of K-beauty development plans using media contents along with the development of beauty YouTube contents, and we plan to continue a more extensive research.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is a relationship between COVID-19 of feelings, work values, and employment preparation behaviors of nursing student and to prepare plans for the curriculum and activities of nursing students. The subject of the study was a questionnaire for 130 students 4th grade, who are graduating grades in one region. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS Win 19.0 program and correlation was analyzed by Pearson's correlation. As a result of the study, the average score for emotions from COVID-19 was 3.61±0.62. There was significant correlation between feelings and extrinsicl values from COVID-19. There was a significant repayment relationship with intrinsic work values and job preparation behavior. Based on these studies, it is meaningful to provide an effective way to prepare for employment programs and provide educational programs related to COVID-19.

  • This study aimed to understand the factors having effects on the satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students. For the data collection, this study conducted a survey utilizing the questionnaire targeting 188 students(third & fourth year) of two nursing colleges located in a province, from September 1st to September 30th 2019. Using the SPSS WIN 21.0 Program for the data analysis, this study used the t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. In the results of this study, the satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students had positive correlation with subjective happiness, and negative correlation with perceived stress. The factors having effects on the satisfaction with clinical practice were major satisfaction, gender, perceived stress, subjective happiness, and subjective health status, and the explanatory power of those variables was 21.9%. Based on such results of this study, it would be necessary to develop the complex educational programs considering the elements like decrease of perceived stress and improvement of subjective happiness at the same time, in order to improve the satisfaction with clinical practice.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of bullying observation experience and nursing professionalism on the major commitment in nursing students during clinical practice. The survey was performed on 195 nursing students in two universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaires and analysed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Study findings revealed that bullying observation experience(ß=-.13, t=-1.99, p=.048), nursing professionalism(ß=.20, t=2.99, p=.003) and school satisfaction(ß=.31, t=4.58, p=.000) about major commitment were significant predictive variables(F=11.60, p=.000). This variables accounted for 27.1% of the variance in major commitment. The findings indicate the necessity of developing educational programs to enhance nursing students's nursing professionalism and to prevent future bullying in nursing practice.

  • The problem of determining the maintenance point which minimizes the process-related total cost is called the 'process mean shift problem'. By expanding and integrating the existing maintenance models that have been partially progressed, we present a expanded and integrated maintenance model which reflects the production site where various situations occur. To implement this, we set both the upper and lower limits of the product specification, and adopted the quality loss function for conforming items. Also, we set the process variance of the wear level as a function rather than a constant. In this study, we developed two general functions to the wear level. One is about the production volume and the other is maintenance cost. As a result, this study is expected to be a maintenance model that can be applied to various processes. In the future, this study can be developed as a profit maximization model by adding profit items from product sales, and expansion to a maintenance model that introduces failure to the model of this study can be considered.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among health empowerment and health behavior compliance on quality of life and identify the factors that influence on quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease. Participants in this study were 180 patients with coronary artery disease in the Intervention of Cardiology of a general hospital in S city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS Win. 22.0 program. The result of the multiple regression indicates the health behavior compliance, gender, health empowerment and educational level predict 23.4%(F=5.17, p=.024) in quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to develop programs a health behavior compliance and health empowerment use specific strategies to improve quality of life for patients with coronary artery disease.
