국내 서보업계 관련 홈페이지 소개

  • 서보 모터 및 드라이브는 일반산업기계, 반도체 장비, 공작기계, 산업용 로봇 등 산업 자동화 기술의 핵심요소이다. 국내에서는 1990년을 기점으로 대기업을 주축으로 서보 장치 개발이 시작되었으며, 일부 대학과 중소기업의 참여가 이루어져왔다 하지만 IMF이후 국내 서보기술 투자여건 변화와 선진제품의 꾸준한 시장잠식에 의해 외국산 서보제품이 국내시장의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 〔그림 1〕. 이에 국내제품의 품질 및 기술력 향상을 통해 산업기반요소인 서보 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖춘 고 정밀 서보 시스템 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본고에서는 회전형 서보 모터 및 드라이브에 국한하여 국내 서보관련 제조업체 및 서보기술의 현황을 파악하여, 국내 서보 시스템의 발전 방향을 모색하는데 일조 하고자 국내 서보 제조업 체들의 홈페이지를 소개하고자 한다.(중략)

  • 오늘날 노사분규로 인한 인건비 상승, 무역마찰등의 경제환경이 변화하고 시장환경의 특성이 다품종소량생산, 시장다변화에 따른 생산계획의 빈번한 변화, Life Cycle의 단축, 단납기화, 품질의 고신뢰성 등의 추세를 따르고 있어 이에 대응하기 위해서는 생산기술과 관리기술면에서 일대 혁신이 필요합니다. 자재, 공정, 설비, 재고, 원가, 납기등을 유기적으로 연결하고 이를 하나의 체계로 관리함으로써 얻을 수 있는 생산성의 향상은 생산기술의 진보에 의하여 얻어지는 것에 비해 결코 적지않을 것입니다. 또한 생산자동화를 위한 선행조건 으로 제조관리 업무의 개선이 필요하므로 제조관리의 중요성은 아무리 강조하여도 지나침이 없다.

  • 회사에서 사원 평가 항목에서 다면 평가가 활용되는 경우는 많지만 대부분의 중소기업들은 자체적인 인사관리 시스템이 부재로 인해서 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 하면서 효율적이지 못하면서 공정하지 못한 평가로 이루어지지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 회사에서 원하는 다면 평가 시스템 구축에 관해서 자동화로 이루어 질 수 있게 한다.

  • The Smart Factory level of manufacturing factories of SMEs now lacks a system for grasping the accurate inventory amount associated with inventory movements in managing warehouses at the basic level. Also, it is difficult to manage accurate materials for loss of data due to worker manual work and production method due to experience. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, automatic acquisition of inventory to minimize manual work to grasp workers' Inventory and improve automation is done. In the smart warehouse management system using the IoT-based autonomous mobile module, the autonomous mobile module acquires the data of the inventory storage while moving through the line. In order to grasp the material of the Inventory storage, The Camera module recognizes the name of the inventory storage. And Then, If output matches, the data measured by the sensor is transferred to the server. This data can be processed, saved in a database, and real-time inventory quantity and location can be grasped in a web-based monitoring environment for administrators. The Real-time Automatic Inventory (RAIC) systems is reduce manual tasks and expect the effects of automated inventory management systems.

  • It has been constantly demanding for effective way to improve software development productivity and automation. In this paper, we did research to configure the component assets to reuse design information from the design phase domains based on the DMI. It is necessary abstracted information architecture of an independent platform development environment to reuse design information on the design stage. Also, It should be based on a well-designed to support the design architecture of the application domain. Therefore, in this paper, I want to use the DMI architecture that can be represented by formal level of architectural design information platform and application domain area. It is able to decomposition architecture asset with the part design information from the design phase composition or a high level of abstraction on DMI. Therefore, the metadata structure of the asset architecture will support a structure which can reuse the structure-based design of the domain areas.

  • At past, but smaller enterprises had operated each business automation system about office, at present, are making use of integration ERP information system that take advantage of accessible web technology in outside environment. In this research we took smaller enterprise's example, constructed ERP system that real-time processing is available to supply ERP information to customer by real time and to handle business in outside site. With construction result of this system, we verified efficiency of system and customers' satisfaction etc of customer's complaint solution, business productivity elevation, economical curtailment and so on through various kinds quantitative estimation.

Design and Characteristics of 6-60 Lens for CCTV (CCTV용 6-60 렌즈의 설계 및 특성)

  • It was difficult to verify the car number or face of inspector in the closed circuit television because of low CCD pixels and low brightness of lens. So CCTV lens should have higher pixels and brightness. In this paper, the design of zoom lens for mega pixel Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) was introduced. We applied aspheric lens in order to reduce the spherical aberration and distortional aberration. And we applied focal length of 6-60mm, F number of 1.2, 3 million pixel resolution and magnifying power of 10 times. Also we applied infrared correction in order to use the CCTV camera in day and night effectively. These norms are the most powerful in CCTV zoom lens of focal length of 6-60mm. And if we apply this lens to the box style CCTV camera, we can verify the car number or face within 50m. Auto controlling system will be continued.

  • Recently, In line with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution, many companies and institutions have been increasingly applying automated technologies using artificial intelligence to various tasks. Particularly, due to the government's 52-hour workweek system, companies are increasingly struggling with manpower management. Therefore, they are interested in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for office environment automation for efficient manpower management. It is being introduced in the back-office business in credit card companies, bank, insurance. These RPA solutions require AI-based recognition technology, scripting technology, business software API-related technologies, and various solutions such as Automate One, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism are provided. This paper analyzes and describes the technology of RPA solution, the market trend, and the efficiency of RPA adoption.

  • In general, the introduction of information technology to domestic small and middle size firms is depending on the governmental supporting policy. However, even under this situation there is also a case that the building up of information technology is initiated by the management of small and middle size firms. An accumulated know-how for information technology and powerful leadership in such firms are considered as success factors. This study attempts to analyze a case for 'THEFACESHOP', in which MIS is successfully built. To achieve corporate goals, the CEO of THEFACESHOP based on the extensive knowledge of information technology drove to build up information system. Also, the board of directors supported him, and employees committed to their organization. Through the strong leadership of the CEO, the information system of THEFACESHOP became sufficient and efficient. And it led the organization and the information system to be competitive. In particular, the systematic approach of THEF ACESHOP reinforcing its competitiveness can be summarized as follows: First, it tried to construct basic information systems as like ERP etc. to increase work-efficiency. Second, it completed CRM related systems for analysis to maximize its customer orientation and marketing effect. Third, the last step can be stated as the building up of operation related CRM systems to improve the responsiveness of target marketing activities and the profitability of its agencies. Such endeavors of THEFACESHOP contributed to increase productivity and performance of the organization. As a result, THEFACESHOP has had its own 'Natural Story' and price competitiveness. For that reason THEFACESHOP became the best of brand-shop cosmetic firms. This success based on the strong leadership and the systematic investment on the information system.

  • 중소기업 현장에서 운용되고 있는 재고, 제품 관리 시스템을 기반으로, 숙련공의 경험적 지식(암묵지)를 형식지화 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하기 위해 기존 자료를 기반으로 하는 데이터 수집 및 가공 설계 파이프라인을 제시. 또한 해당 데이터를 기반으로 GA, AI기술 적용을 도모하여 기존의 업무지원시스템(Warehouse Management System, WMS / Manufacturing Execution System, MES)에서 제시할 수 없었던 "업무 지식의 자동화된 승계"의 기초를 마련하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.
