비유중기, 건유초기 및 임신말기의 C3H/HeN 마우스의 비장, 장간막림프절, 말초림프절(액와, 상완 및 샅림프절)유래 림프구에서 생산되는 lymphokine의 양을 비교하였다. 비장에서의 IL-2 생산양은 임신말기와 비유중기에 낮았지만, IL-4, IL-6와 $IFN_{\gamma}$의 생산양은 임신말기와 건유초기에 높았다. 말초림프절에서의 IL-4, IL-6 및 $IFN_{\gamma}$ 생산양은 임신말기와 건유초기에 높았지만, IL-2의 생산양은 임신말기, 비유중기 및 건유초기에 각각 감소하였다. 장간막림프절에서의 IL-4 생산양은 임신말기와 비유중기에 각각 증가하였으나, IL-2의 생산양은 임신말기에 감소하였다. 이와같이 전반적으로 건유초기와 임신말기에 IL-2의 생산양은 낮지만, IL-4, IL-6와 $IFN_{\gamma}$의 생산양이 높은 결과는 이 시기에 유방염의 발생비율이 높은 것과 연관성이 있는 것으로 추정된다.

A biological study was done on primary parasites and hyperparasites of green peach aphid, Myzus persicae, collected in Taejeon area during the period from April to September 1985 was. The results of mummification of primary parasites, host selectivity between primary parasites and hyperparasites, and longevity of important species were obtained as follows; 1. Among the 201 mummies collected in the field, adult primary parasites and adult hyperparasites were 38.3% and 44.3%, respectively. 2. Among the primary parasites, Lysiphlebia japonica and Trioxys hokkaidensis were most important species. 3. Among the hyperparasites, Prataphelinus nikalskajae, Eucoila sp. and Ardiles convexa were dominant species. 4. L. japonica was more parasitized by the hyperparasites than T. hokkaidensis. 5. T. hokkaidensis was higher than L. japonica in the ability of parasitism. 6. L. japonica had lived for 3 days by feeding glucose, the other foods had lived shorter than food.

This study was to examine the effect of exercise program on grip strength and postural balance for older adult. This study was conducted with a nonequivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. A total of 67 older adult in senior center were recruited and were assigned to the experimental group (33) or control group (34). The experimental group participated exercise program during 16 weeks from 1 Aug to 26 Nov 2019, twice a week 60 minutes per session. Data were collected before and after the exercise program. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, Chi-square test, and t-test with SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. Left grip strength(t=4.37, p<.001), right grip strength(t=5.47, p<.001), and postural balance(t=6.89, p<.001) were significantly increased in the experimental group. This study found that exercise program could be a useful health promotion method.

In this research, we aim to analyze how different external knowledge search strategies of small and medium enterprises affect technological innovation. In particular, since there has been little comparison between Korean small and medium firms, we investigated the differences of the two groups by employing the "Korean Innovation Survey 2010." As a result, it was found that "external search breadth", which refers to expanding the spectrum of external knowledge search due to lack of resources and capabilities inside small firms, spurred technological innovation. On the other hand, "external search depth", which implies seeking a long-term and close relationship with the subjects that provide outside knowledge for medium firms, catalyzed technological innovation. These results emphasize that we need to separately analyze technological innovation of small and medium firms, which was, in most previous studies, viewed as one group, i.e. SMEs. In addition, the results can be, from the perspective of a firm's growth, interpreted as follows. That is, it is more effective to formulate a "diversity" pursuing strategy in the "small firm" stage where little time has passed since its establishment, whilst it is more useful to apply a "focus" strategy on sophisticated knowledge in the "medium firm" stage where a firm has grown to some extent.
