지난 6월21일 94년도 건설진흥촉진대회 행사의 일환으로 우리 협회 등 12개 건설단체가 공동으로 주최한 $\ulcorner$건설산업 발전 대강연회$\lrcorner$에서 제1주제 $\ulcorner$세계경제의 환경변화와 한국의 진로$\lrcorner$ 에 대한 강연에서 김진현 한국경제신문 회장은 $\ulcorner$70년대 한국경제 성장을 뒷받침한 유일한 산업이라면 우리는 철저한 모방과 자기것의 보편화를 통한 1등이 되는 길을 가야한다$\lrcorner$ 면서 $\ulcorner$이에따라 기술집약형인 에너지 및 교통, 빌딩, 통신 등에 대한 관심을 건설업계는 가져야 한다$\lrcorner$ 고 강조했다. 또한 제2주제 $\ulcorner$개방화시대 건설산업 발전방향$\lrcorner$ 에 대한 강연에서 이남주 신화건설 회장은 $\ulcorner$국제 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 건설업체는 금융조달 능력을 제고하는 한편 선진국형 고부가가치 위주의 수주패턴으로 전환하여 기업체질을 강화하고 해외건설산업의 국제화 및 현지화를 촉진해야 한다$\lrcorner$ 고 강조한 다음 $\ulcorner$해외건설의 활성화를 위해 정부에서는 건설업에 대한 금융지원을 확대하고 대외거래규제를 완화해야하며 수출보험 확대와 해외근로자 면세점 인상 등 외교적 지원에 힘써야 한다$\lrcorner$ 고 주장했다. 끝으로 제3주제 $\ulcorner$건축설계의 국제 개방화 대책$\lrcorner$ 에 대한 강연에서 최찬환 서울시립대 교수는 $\ulcorner$건축설계개방에 대비 설계사무소의 전문화와 건축설계 체제의 확립과 디자인과 엔지니어링기술의 결합이 무엇보다 중요하다$\lrcorner$ 고 강조했다. 본지에서는 이날 발표된 주제중 최찬환 서울 시립대 교수의 $\ulcorner$건축설계의 국제 개방화 대책$\lrcorner$ 에 대한 내용을 전문 게재하기로 한다.

지난6월 1일 한국과학기술 연구소 강당에서 「과학기술과 정신문화」라는 주제로 심포지움이 열렸다. 한국과학기술진흥재단이 주최한 이 심포지움에는 국내과학기술인과 문학인 등 관심있는 인사 200여명이 참석한 가운데 주제발표에 이어 열띤 공방설전의 선투도 볼 수 있었다. 과진 김립삼 부이사장은 개회사를 통해 이 심포지움은 「엄청난 도전의 의의」를 갖는다고 말하고 장자의 천지편 「기심」,「기사」의 풀이와 아인슈타인의 인간의 alogical을 지적했다. 오늘날 근대화 과정에서 기능분화, 전문화. 세분화의 가속화 파괴와 분열 등 현대문명의 위기에서 인간이란 ,행복이란 ,아름다움이란, 문학적 해답을..과학자와 문학자가 현대사회가 지니는 고민에 해답할 의무가 있다고 했다. 이 심포지움이 공통대화의 광장을 마련함으로 과학과 문학이라는 현대문명의 양거보잉 공통의 이해를 가짐으로 새문화창조의 길잡이가 될 수 있기를 바라는 마음 간절하다. 이날 최형섭 과학기술처장관의 축사, 박종화 학술원 원장의 격려사에 이어 다섯분의 발표가 있었고 참석자 토론이 있었다. 이번에 지면 관계로 일부만 실었다

There is a strong need to develop a training program for specialized personnel called mental health librarian. The study examines the necessity of ongoing education as series of steps to be considered in actual curriculum development, by looking at the features of bibliotherapy through a literature review and through an analysis to the requirements of a qualified mental health librarian and its training system. The result shows that, in order to train librarian in mental health, it is necessary to establish courses corresponding to the bibliotherapy field within the subject of library and information sciences and to strengthen the specialization in the its curriculum. It is desirable to establish the mental health librarian educational programs in library and information science graduate programs in Korea. The results of this study, as fundamental data for future research, will promote the role of the specialized mental health librarian and guidelines for developing and expanding the qualities and training of specialized librarian to resolve the immediate problem of the Korean library scene and academia.

건설산업의 개방화에 대비하고 국민편의위주의 건축행정을 구현하기 위한 ‘건축법 및 건축사법 개정방안’에 관한 공청회가 지난 5월 14일(목)에 본협회 강당에서 개최됐다. 우리 협회가 주최하고 건설교통부가 후원한 이번 공청회에는 건축사를 비롯 건축관련단체와 시민단체, 관련학계 전문가들이 참가해 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 오전 10시부터 열린 건축법 개정에 관한 공청회에서는 국민편의 위주의 건축허가 제도 개선, 지방중심의 건축제도 정비, 시대변화를 신속히 수용할 수 있는 법체계로 개편, 건축기준의 합리화 등에 대한 내용으로 발표와 토론이 있었고, 이어 14시 30분부터 열린 건축사법 개정에 관한 공청회에서는 건축사사무소의 전문화 유도, 소비자 보호를 위한 건축사공제조합 설립근거 마련, 건축사등록업무 대한건축사협회에 이관, 건설업체 소속 건축사의 자가업무용 사옥 설계 허용, 건축사 시험제도 개선, 건축사 행정처분기준의 조정 등에 대한 주제발표와 토론이 있었다. 이번 공청회 결과는 보다 광범위한 여론수렴과정을 거쳐 금년도 9월 정기국회에 상정될 예정이다. 이번 건축법 및 건축사법 개정으로 건축행정 절차나 건축 관련 각종 기준을 비롯하여 건축사제도의 미래 지향적인 합리적 기틀 마련의 좋은 기회가 되기를 바라며 본지에서는 주제발표 전문과 토론내용을 요약 정리하여 게재한다.

It still has some restrictions to collect a specialized information with only the function of existing web robot which collect an enormous of data by circulating through the internet. Therefore, in this paper the functions of the current web robot and its application areas are analyzed and the limitations of collecting a specialized information are found out. Also we define what functions are necessary for a web robot in order to collect a specialized information. Then the designed structure is described. There are two critical functions which are applied to web robot. One is a genre-based categorization that classifies the text by the type, and the other is a content-based categorization by the subject. Most of all, genre-based categorization is used as fundamental feature which enables web robot to collect the aimed documents efficiently.

Recently, the internet has seen tremendous growth with plenty of enriched information due to an increasing number of specialized personal interests and popularizations of private cyber space called, blog. Many of today's blog provide internet users, RSS, which is also hewn as the syndication technology. It enables blog users to receive update automatically by registering their RSS channel address with RSS aggregator. In other words, it keeps internet users wasting their time checking back the web site for update. This paper propose the ways to manage RSS Channel Searching Crawler and collected RSS Channels for internet users to search for a specific RSS channel of their want without any obstacles. At the same time. This paper proposes RSS channel ranking based on user popularity. So, we focus on an idea of adding index to information and web update for users to receive appropriate information according to user property.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the visitors' satisfaction with the Daegaya History Experience Festival and to provide practical implications to festival planners. Some important results of this study were as following. First, educational effectiveness had the highest satisfaction among visitors. Second, picking strawberries was founded as the most favored family oriented experience and experiencing the Daegaya vessel was perceived as the next layered program. Third, This festival provided pay experiences to the visitors including drawing bronze age rocks on the visitors' faces and Daegaya vessel making. Fourth, this festival achieved specializing of volunteers and increased satisfaction of guides. For future study, it is necessary to do empirical studies including investigating the determinant factors of festival visitors' satisfaction and behavioral intentions.

This study aims to investigate services of presidential archives in Korea for users who utilize holdings of the archives for scholarly purposes, as well as to examine users' perception of the services. For these purposes, the study analyzed the content of 13 U.S. presidential libraries' Web sites in terms of their research services. In addition, it examined the content of a Korean presidential archives' Web site regarding its research services. Telephone interviews of three staff members of the presidential archives were conducted to better understand the services. With this, three users who have written research papers by using presidential records were interviewed by telephone. It was found that federated search services, access by subjects, and related records of search results were considered necessary by users. A variety of digitized records should be provided online and the services needed should be changed from mere processing of FOIA requests to archival reference services to meet users' needs. Congruently, the presidential archives should provide specialized services to offer records relevant to users' research interests and to provide the compilation of selected records crucial for research.

Suggested reading lists in South Korea have been developing in various aspects thanks to the general understanding of importance of reading education and an increases in the number of school libraries and children libraries. A majority of previous researches consider the suggested reading lists as selection tools. However, this paper selects 17 well-known suggested reading lists and indicates their values as important information source. In this process, the research analyses the recent trends in the 17 suggested reading lists in 10 aspects: history, retrieval methods, developing institution, type of reading lists distribution methods, subject specification, participation of librarian, bibliographic information, subject classification and grouping target reader. From analysing these aspects, the paper suggests a need of unified information from authorized and children-information-related institutions.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the exercise program preference of breast cancer survivors. The qualitative data on group exercise participation experiences of ten participants was acquired through in-depth interviews, and participant observation, using the thematic analysis. As a result, 4 themes indicated the preference of breast cancer survivors: (1) Supervised Exercise, (2) Group Exercise, (3) Specialized exercise program for breast cancer survivors, and (4) Enjoyment factor. First, the participating breast cancer survivors showed a preference towards supervised exercise by responding that a exercise specialist is needed along with a personalized exercise program. Second, breast cancer survivors preferred to participate in group exercise programs. Participants preferred to exercise with other breast cancer survivors and mentioned that group exercises cause a synergy effect that promotes exercise participation. Third, the participant's responses showed anticipation of and preference for a specialized exercise program for breast cancer survivors. Lastly, an important factor influencing the preference of breast cancer survivors was the enjoyment factor. Participants preferred enjoyable exercises and the most prevalent enjoyment factors included the element of music and self-felt enjoyment.
