For Optimization technology Was Developed in 1960, the Optimization Technology have grown into a full-featured, robust, highly rated and highly used. And Optimization techniques, having reached a degree of maturity over the past several years, are being used in a wide spectrum of industries, including aerospace, automotive, chemical, electrical, and manufacturing industries. With rapidly advancing computer technology, computers are becoming more powerful, and correspondingly, the size and the complexity of the problems being solved using Optimization techniques are also increasing. But Optimization techniques with analysis solver have many problems. For instance, the difficulties that a particular interface must be coded for each design problem and that the designer should be familiar with the optimization program as well as the analysis program. The purpose of this paper is Optimal Design Framework for Mechanical systems design. This Design Framework has two Optimizers, ADS (local optimizer) and RSM(Response Surface Method), and graphic user interfaces for formulation and optimum design problem and controlling the design process. Current Design Framework tested by two analysis solver, ADAMS and ANSYS. First this paper focused on the core Framework and their conception. In the second of the paper, I cover subjects such as Design Framework Operation. Next, The validity and effectiveness of Design Framework are shown by applying it to many practical design problems and obtaining satisfactory results. Finally, if you are an advanced Operator, you might want to use Response Surface Method, so that cover the result applied by RSM. here.

Intelligent service robots leading the future market are robots which assist humans physically, mentally, and emotionally. Since intelligent service robots operate in a tightly coupled manner with humans, their safe operation should be an inevitable consideration. For this safety, real-time capabilities are necessary to execute certain services periodically. Currently, most robot components are being developed based on Windows for the sake of development convenience. However, since Windows does not support real-time, there is no option but to use expensive third-party software such as RTX and INTime. Also since most robot components are usually execute in user-level, we need to research how to support real-time in user-level. In this paper, we design and implement how to support real-time for components running in user-level on Windows using RTiK which actually supports real-time in kernel level on Windows.

This study was conducted to identify the organizational commitment to health centers in the city of G from September 1, 2018 to September 29, 2018, and empowerment, which is the output of the organization, and to examine organizational diagnosis using the Six-Box Model. In the organizational diagnosis of the health center using the Six-Box Model, the support area was 3.62 points, and the attitude toward change was 3.62 points, which was higher than other areas. In the organizational diagnosis according to gender, the scores of women were higher in males than in males. In the organizational diagnosis according to the type of jobs, the purpose, relationships, rewards, and area scores of nursing jobs were higher than those of other types of jobs. In the future, the public health center is a public institution that provides health administration and medical services to residents of the community, and it is necessary to improve the capacity of the organization through continuous health center organizational diagnosis.

In 2008, the National Archives of Korea initiated the Archive Village project for the purpose of protecting valuable private records and enhancing the awareness of archival culture. To justify the expense of the government-supported project and determine its future direction, it is necessary to analyze the current status of the project. To do that, the researchers visited an Archive Village in I county and examined its accessibility, exhibition contents, facilities, equipment, etc., through observation. Interviews were also conducted with the person in charge of the project in the National Archives of Korea, as well as eight residents and three persons who were involved in building and managing the Archive Village in I county. Based on the results of the observation and interviews, the study suggests recommendations to improve the operation of the Archive Village in I county. The findings of the study will help other villages plan acquisition and management, as well as how to make important private records in local areas available.

Since the enactment of Social Enterprise Promotion Act in 2007, the December 2012 was now 801 organizations certified as social enterprise. Social enterprise in urban areas are much more activated, in order to social enterprises in rural areas be activated, what you need to improve and what measures will need to be applied by the practitioners and researchers is a challenge to be reflective. In this study, We searched for ways of social enterprise activation in rural areas, conducted by case study of social enterprise transition probabilities diagnosis and demand survey of local people based in Boseong. For research purposes, this study selects 41 corporate and non-profit organizations in order to examine social enterprise transition probabilities, the potential social enterprise certification, social enterprise-related demand, awareness of sustainability, and local issues.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of public health center's Integrated Health Promotion Program for the public officials who provide health promotion services to local residents. The survey was conducted from September 10 to October 5, 2015 using a structured questionnaire. Each of the 254 public health centers were sent two questionnaires but I only received 348 and 339 were used for the final analysis. As a result of this study, the all subjects were showed the average level of efficiency, autonomy, accountability, and the support of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the related organizations. Also, the evaluation of all the variables were positive when there was a dedicated department for integrated health promotion program within the health center and when the proportion of essential program was high. However, after the Integrated Health Promotion Program was included in the Health centers, the workload has increased and the implementation of the essential program does not fully reflect the regional health problems or local conditions. Based on these results, it is necessary to find a plan for the successful operation of the Integrated Health Promotion Program.

As interest increases in health promotion through sports, demand for public sports facilities is steadily growing. However, there is a lack of research on operation and management compared with the supply plan of public sports facility. In this context, the aim of this study is to address problems of management of public sports centers and suggest strategies for vitalizing the facilities through the big-data. The data are collected from web such as news, blog, and cafe for one year in 2015. From the big-data, We can find that the national sports centers and the open gyms showed similar users' behavior but showed different needs. Both facilities have been used as sports and leisure area and have a high percentage of visitors for other purposes such as walking, picnics, etc. However, while the national sports facilities which were used for more specialized programs, the open sports center were used as leisure space.

Gas energy facilities which are located in urban areas have been shown as terrifying objects to the people who live nearby, because of increasing recent disastrous accidents. So, it is essential to develop a integrated safety management system including quantitative risk assessment in order to predict and to reduce the effect of gas accidents. In this study, the framework of synthesized QRA(Quantitative Risk Assessment) considering the recent situation and condition was established in order to provide proper models for analysing gas accidents. The deviation of LPG storage facilities was described and then supposed incident scenarios were provided. Procedures which could assess the risk of facilities according to incident scenarios were showed and the practical application of individual risk was suggested in order to represent the quantified risk. And, a user-friendly computer program was developed to implement these methods at the same time.

The purpose of this study is to examine the experience of case management practice for residents of low - income housing. The importance of the house for the vulnerable residents with homelessness is absolute, and case management that supports them to live as residents in the community is also very important. Nevertheless, the research so far has focused on the supply of affordable housing, the residential environment, the quality of life of the tenants, and the health, but there was a lack of interest in case management practices. In this study, we investigated the experience of case management practice by listening 10 case managers's experiences through FGI interview. As a result of the study, the case manager's experience is divided into four themes: 'Dilemma of support for the independent housing life after the facilities', 'Role competition between rent management and case management', 'Lonely practice for linkage and cooperation with the mainstream community support system', 'Double employment relationship and poor working environment' respectively. Based on their experiences, this study suggests practical and practical suggestions for case management of rental housing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and content of the Ordinance on Job Support for the Elderly, and to verify whether the Ordinance has formal validity and effectiveness. For this purpose, the 13 local ordinances of the municipal governments in Seoul were selected for analysis and the contents and composition of each ordinance were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, no major difference was found in the main form of the regulations such as the purpose of enactment of ordinances and contents of business. However, the scope of the policy application and the provision related to the delivery system were confirmed to be different by each regulation. In particular, residents' rights to services did not exist in all ordinances, and the obligation of local governors to provide jobs for the elderly was lacking in specificity and needed improvement. In terms of effectiveness, there are no provisions related to the delivery system or the mandatory nature of the regulations. Based on this analysis, this study proposed the directions of improvement and supplement of the ordinances.
