This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of delivery food service, identify the mutual importance of delivery food service quality studied in the preceding study, and derive the order of importance of each factor. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of quality of delivery food service, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and carried out the process of quantifying the mutual evaluation. This process allows us to view the relative importance and priority of the selection factors. Through a prior study, the main factors of quality of delivery food service were classified and the main people of high importance were selected. According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver service is the main factor for the quality of delivery food service, and the quality of order service and food service is the key factor of the quality of delivery food service, which should take the upper hand in importance. This study results in how important specific factors are by giving relative self-weights to the lower factors, showing that convenience and accuracy always have the first and second place weight priorities in the lower factors, despite differences such as gender age and frequency of making them more convenient and accurate.

소프트웨어 위기 극복으로부터 시작한 소프트웨어 공학이 최근 가장 경쟁력 있는 소프트웨어 개발 기술로 지목하고 있는 컴포넌트 기반 개발(CBD; Component Based Development) 기술은 높은 생산성과 고품질의 소프트웨어의 개발을 가능하게 되었다. 소프트웨어 Component를 조립해 새로운 Application을 만들 수가 있어 개발기간을 단축할 수 있으며 기존의 Component를 재사용할 수 있어 생산성과 경제성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 특정물품의 주문 관리시스템을 대상으로 하여 컴포넌트기법을 활용 분석, 설계, 구현을 하였다. 분석과 설계는 UML을 활용하였으며, 구현은 EJB를 이용하여 Component를 생성하였다.

철강제품의 품질설계란 제품의 주문요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 제품의 성분 및 생산공정을 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 품질설계업무를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 설계업무의 특성을 고려하여 과거사례를 설계에 이용하기 위해, 사례기반추론(Case-based Reasoning)접근방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 유사사례의 효율적 검색을 위해 품질설계 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 지식관리 방법 및 설계조정 방법을 개발하였다.

전자상거래는 ‘제3의 산업혁명’이라는 별칭이 무색하지 않을 만큼 유통구조 뿐만 아니라 산업 전반에 걸쳐 일대 변혁을 가져오고 있다. 전자상거래 중에서도 인터넷 쇼핑은 가장 활성화가 빠르고, 성장 가능성이 무한한 분야이다. 사이버 쇼핑 시대가 다가옴에 따라 소비자가 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 이용할 때, 어떠한 요인들이 소비자의 만족에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는가에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 이를 따라 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 소비자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석 하였다. 설문조사 내용을 다중회귀모형을 통해 분석한 결과, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 인터넷 상품의 품질, 제공 정보의 종류, 제공 정보의 품질, 주문 시간의 편리성, 주문 취소의 편리성이 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 만족과 유의적인 정의(+) 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이와는 반대로 인터넷 상품의 가격 요인, 개인 정보 누출의 위험성은 유의적인 부의(-) 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

배합사료 가격해제에 따라 양축가에게는 품질면이나 가격면에서 하등의 손실을 볼것이 없으며 이제까지 효율적인 사료를 주문하는 등의 번거로움이 없이 희망하는 대로 공급받을 수 있기 때문에 양축가축에서는 합리적 경영이 가능하게 될 것이다.

현재 금형공장에서는 변화하는 시장에 빠른 반응을 보이고, 생산하고 있는 제품의 높은 품질과 낮은 가격을 보장하기 위하여 기존 시스템과 인터넷을 접목하려는 많은 시도를 하고 있다 금형공장에는 ETO(Engineering To Order) 방식의 제조방식과 사출금형의 특수성으로 인하여 표준견적 시스템의 개발이 어렵다. 그리고 영업과 수주에 반영할 객관적인 정보가 없으며 고객의 요청 시 실시간으로 확인가능한 정보가 존재하지 않는다. 이러한 금형공장의 특징을 반영하고, 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 협업적 전자주문 처리 시스템의 프레임웍(framework)을 설계하고, 또한 각 세부 모듈인 견적가격 산정기능(Cost Estimation Tool), 납기 가능일자 산정기능(Leadtime Tool), 주문상황 응답처리 기능(Order Status Tool), 작업상황 파악기능(Shop Status Tool)을 설계한다. 그리고 현장 적용이 가능하도록 하기 위하여 금형공장의 업무 프로세스를 분석한다. 그리고 주문처리 프로세스의 UMM 방법론 모델링을 통하여 원형(prototype) 시스템을 설계 및 개발하고자 한다.

In some industries, manufacturing firms' distinctive competences include not only product superiority but also service excellence. For example, in a highly volatile and dynamic market, flexibility and responsiveness are more valued than just the product cost. And sales order processing, in that respect is a very important process. However, previous studies on sale order processing have considered only due-date assignments or dealt with production scheduling to minimize production cost or delivery lead time. Due to recent advances in information technology, a new approach is possible in dealing with sales order processing. For example, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and ubiquitous computing technology adds real time visibility and traceability to supply chain. In this study, we develop a new due-date re-negotiation process for sales order management and propose a new business integration model to support the re-negotiation process based on RFID, ubiquitous computing technology and RosettaNet's PIPs.

This paper deals with probabilistic order level inventory system which the quantity ordered at the end of the scheduling period is dependent on lead times. To find an optimal solution, pearson system of distributions is used to approximate the probability density function of the on-order quantity. An example is solved and sensitivity analysis is performed to examine the relation between lead times and the ordering quantity.

This study was attempted to find out the result of the comparison between participant group and absentee group of electronic commerce lecture in internet shopping mall. To find out difference among the burden for ordering, convenience for ordering, uneasiness for goods and service and satisfaction for goods and service, experimental approach was adopted. The finding were that burden for ordering, convenience for ordering and uneasiness for goods makes no difference, but satisfaction for goods and service make a difference. The result of the analysis in the research shows as following. First, they showed no difference between participant group and absentee group on the feeling burden during the ordering process. Second, they showed no difference between the two groups on the feeling of convenience during the ordering process. Third, they showed no difference between the two groups on the feeling of unstable for goods and service. Fourth, they showed no difference between the two groups on the feeling of convenience for goods and service.
