Electrical construction cost index is composed of the cost of albor and material. The producer price index is used to the cost of material. The Bank of Korea restructured the formation method and the basic period of the producer price index in 2013. Because fixed-weighted method can't faithfully reflect industrial structure changes. The weighted value and price index of fixed-weighted method is fixed on the basicp eriod. Electrical construction cost index is changed from fixed-weighted method to chain-weighted method in september 2014, because of these on the need. But the change of organization in formation method changes the weighted value. So there is the need of analysis about the statistical continuity of electrical construction cost index. This study is focused on the time series analysis between fixed-weighted and chain-weighted electrical construction cost index. We uses unit root test, cointegration test, regression analysis of long and short term equation, fitness for the estimation of static forecast as time series analysis. We verify that chain-weighted electrical construction cost index can be replaced to fixed-weighted construction cost index accounting analyses result. So users of it recognize that chain-weighted electrical construction cost index has statistical continuity.
In this study, uptake rates of internal organs and daily urinary excretion rates were measured to get more reliable estimation results for Korean. Radioactive iodine($^{131}I$) of $100{\mu}Ci$ was administered by ingestion to 28 adult males for the experiment and then the radioactivity in thyroid gland, liver, stomach, small intestine, kidneys, and urine was measured after time intervals of 2, 4, 6 and 24 hours. Uptake rates of each organ and daily urinary excretion rates were calculated on the basis of these experimental results. As a result, uptake rates of 19.70% for thyroid and daily urinary excretion rates of 71.12%, on the average, were indicated. The maximum of uptake rates and daily urinary excretion rates were recorded after 2 hours of administration of $^{131}I$, but those rates were decreased gradually later. It was also found that uptake rates were the highest in stomach, followed by the left kidney, liver, small intestine and right kidney except for thyroid gland. In this experiment, the calculated uptake change rate in thyroid gland after 24 hours of administration of $^{131}I$ was different from that of ICRP-54/67(30%) and ICRP-78(25%). Thus, it is necessary to apply more reliable approach, reflecting the characteristic of Korean physiology and to obtain the basic data of results using this approach for calculation of the internal adsorbed dose. In the future, this approach can be helpful for the internal dose assessment of radiation workers in a nuclear power plant or in a hospital.

This Study Investigates Whether R&D Capabilities and Market Orientation have Significant Effects on Product Innovation Performance in Order to Enhance Customer Value and Technology Innovation Competitiveness Considering the Characteristics of Rapidly Changing Semiconductor Industry. In other Words, as in the Research Model, the Purpose of this Study is to Investigate the Causal Relationship between the Independent Variable, R&D Capability and Market Orientation, on Product Innovation Performance, which is a Dependent Variable, through the Moderating Variable of Technological Innovation Orientation. For this Study, we Conducted a Questionnaire Survey on the Employees of Development Companies in the Semiconductor Industry and Finally Collected 118 Valid Questionnaires. The Collected Data was Analyzed by Multiple Regression Analysis with Demographic Characteristics as Control Variable and Hierarchical Regression Analysis was Conducted with the Moderating Effects of Technological Innovation Orientation. The Results Showed that the Higher the R&D Intensity and the External Network Capacity, the Higher the Product Innovation Performance. Also, the Product Innovation Performance was Higher than the Customer Orientation and Competitor Orientation Among the Market Orientation. In Addition, only R&D Capability Confirms that Technology Innovation Orientation is Moderated. The Result of this Study is to Improve Understanding of R&D Capability and Market Orientation in Creating of Product Innovation Performance of Semiconductor Companies and to offer Valuable Research Data in Empirically Supporting that Technological Innovation Orientation is an Important Moderating Factor in Creating Firm's Product Innovation Performance and Sustainable Competitive Advantage.
This study is about the impersonal behavior of the supervisor, which is the root cause of 'Workplace Harassment [bullying]', which becomes familiar to Korean workers. For the purpose of the study, characteristics of supervisors are classified into three situations such as personal situation (authoritarian propensity), organizational situation (job insecurity), and personal and organizational situation (self-defensive ambivalence). Then the effects of those propensities on the organizational commitment of their subordinating workers through abusive supervision were analyzed. To this end, separate surveys for team leader and team members were composed. The subjects were male and female workers in large enterprise in Korea. The major results of the study are as follows. First, the three predisposing factors related to the abusive supervision (authoritarianism, job insecurity, and self-defensive ambivalence) made positive (+) effects on the abusive supervision of the supervisor. Second, in the hypothesis 2 regarding the effects of the abusive supervision of the supervisor on the organizational commitment of the subordinates, it was found that the abusive supervision of the supervisor made negative (-) effects on the organizational commitment of the subordinates. Third, in the verification of the hypothesis 3 regarding the mediating effect of the abusive supervision, the three predisposing factors partially mediated the abusive supervision and made negative (-) effects on the organizational commitment of the subordinates.

The purpose of this study is to develop basic data for the prevention of shipboard disasters and measures to improve the safety and health of seafarers by using a survey on the safety and health activities of seafarers. The questionnaire was administered to 437 people who have worked on a ship in the last six months. According to the results from the analyses (t-test, crosstab, and ANOVA), the level of safety and health activities of seafarers averaged at 68.82 points. The workplace clearance was the highest at 76.08 points, and the safety and health management system were the lowest at 62.78 points. As a result of the differences in the level of safety and health activities, the number of marine workers was higher than workers on land, and higher education was higher than lower education (p<0.01). It was higher for workers in coastal zones than for those in pelagic areas, and special cargo ships were higher than other ship types (p<0.01). Larger ships had a higher number of activities than small ships, and ships that were less than five years old had more activities (p<0.01). Therefore, in order to raise the level of safety and health activities of seafarers, it is necessary to develop safety and health education programs that take individual, job, and ship characteristics into consideration, and promote active safety and health activities on ships.
The research focused on plastic surgery clinics in Seoul, which recently responded to foreign patients who wanted to get plastic surgery, to recognize the need for the use of mobile healthcare applications to promote medical tourism and to see the expected effects in the future. For the analysis of data, SPSS 21.0 was used. Based on personal characteristics and medical institution characteristics, the future expected effects of using mobile healthcare applications were analyzed to find ways to help vitalize medical tourism. The result showed that the more mobile applications they wants to use in the future and the higher the number of foreign patients of the medical institutions, the more positive the expectation on the use of mobile healthcare application in the future. Also, the higher evaluation on the need for mobile healthcare application, the more helpful in vitalizing the medical tourism in the future, and the higher the positive awareness. I hope that this research will provide an IT foundation for the and expansion of mobile service app on demand analysis and service utilization of medical workers in order to promote medical tourism.

The COVID-19 pandemic has so far given the world a great shock and fear that cannot be compared to other infectious diseases, and local economies are experiencing a serious economic crisis accordingly. This paper examines the regional characteristics of economic recession and resilience due to the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the employment fluctuations in 85 cities nationwide. Although the overall trend is in line with national employment indicators, there are some differences in the shock response and the recovery of employment in individual cities. The difference between cities is somewhat greater in the resilience of the recovery stage than the resistance, which is the shock-response stage. In terms of resilience, cities in the capital area have relatively good condition compared to cities in the non-capital area. The weak resilience of large cities such as Seoul, which has a high population density, can be explained to be the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic of infectious diseases. Regarding the economic structure of the city, the ratio of service and sales workers, wholesalers and retailers, and food and lodging businesses are analyzed as valid explanatory variables for the resilience of cities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the job satisfaction of hospital workers according to the type of hospital and to provide basic data for successful hospital management. For data analysis, frequency analysis and chi-square analysis are performed for general characteristics, and Kendall's tau correlation analysis is performed to see the correlation between statistically significant factors among job environment, value realization, organizational characteristics, and individual ability factors. did A total of 241 people working at primary, secondary, and tertiary medical institutions were surveyed. Among the value realization factors in the research results, self-esteem and rewarding (p<0.05), autonomy and creativity (p<0.05), and among personal competencies factors, workload (p<0.05) were statistically A significant difference was seen. Value realization and personal competence factors were found to influence job satisfaction (p<0.001). In conclusion, the most basic for the qualitative and quantitative growth of the hospital should be the job satisfaction of the internal members, on the basis of which positive medical services should be provided to the patients.

The shipping and port industries have traditionally been male-centered, and although the scope of entry for female mariners is increasing, the proportion of female workers is still low. However, research on career barriers and career decision levels in this industry has not yet been conducted. This study can explain the dif iculties in career development experienced by women in this industry and comprehensively explain the socio-cultural context or environmental factors to which the individual belongs in order to improve it. The purpose of this study was to derive career barrier factors and investigate how they affect career decision levels among female students enrolled in M University's Maritime College. The career barriers perceived by female students at Maritime College were derived from gender discrimination (GD), career undecided and lack of preparation (IOU), work-family conflict (WFC), lack of individual characteristics (LPQ), and lower-than-expected job prospects (LOE). As a result of analyzing how the derived career barrier factors af ect the career decision level, it was found that IOU had a significant negative effect on the career decision level. GD, WFC, LPQ, and LOE did not have a significant effect on career decision level. The study conclusions can be used as important data for career guidance and counseling for female maritime college women who want to overcome career barriers and improve their career decision-making levels.
This study is an empirical study to examine the factors that influence the intention to use artificial intelligence (AI) technology for SW engineering-related tasks, and the purpose of the study is to understand the key factors that influence the use in terms of AI augmentation characteristics and interactive UI/UX characteristics. For this purpose, a survey was conducted among information and communication workers who have experience in using AI-related technologies and the collected data was analyzed. The results of the empirical analysis showed that perceived usefulness was positively influenced by the factors of expertise, interestingness, realism, aesthetics, efficiency, and flexibility, and perceived ease of use was positively influenced by the factors of expertise, interestingness, realism, aesthetics, and flexibility. Variety had no effect on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived immersion, which positively influenced intention to use. These findings are significant in that they provide an academic understanding of the factors that influence the use of AI-enhanced tools in SW engineering-related tasks such as application design, development, testing, and process automation, as well as practical directions for the creators of tools that provide AI-enhanced development services to develop user acquisition strategies.
