Impacts of Information Security Culture and Management Leadership Styles on Information Security Behaviors (정보보안문화와 경영진 리더십이 조직 구성원의 정보보안 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This research investigates the impacts of information security (IS) culture and management leadership styles on employee's security behaviors (IS policies compliance, IS participation) in financial institutions. This study use the survey data collected from 236 employees of financial institutions. This research shows that IS culture has a positive effect on both behavioral intentions to comply with IS policies and the intentions to actively participate in information security activities. Transactional leadership has a positive impact on the IS policies compliance intentions and to participate in information security activities. In contrast, transformational leadership has a positive impact on the intentions to participate in information security activities, but not on the IS policies compliance intentions.

  • This paper deals with the future role of Korean National Assembly in regulatory policy making, Implementation, and evaluation. For this purpose, the author developed the logic for NA's intervention to the regulatory policy making by the executive branch and presidency. Five models of regulatory initiative between National Assembly and the executive branch are also developed by the author. Lastly, new organizational alternatives for the National Assembly to initiate, to participate and to evaluate national regulatory reform policies.

대학교육서비스 마케팅모형 구축에 관한 연구

  • WTO체제의 등장과 더불어 전세계는 단일 시장화를 지향하면서 경쟁에 입각한 생존경쟁 이 치열해지고 있다. 이러한 세계적 조류는 국내적으로 영리조직뿐만 아니라 비영리조직까 지도 경쟁력 향상을 통한 생존과 발전을 추구하게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 대학교육서비스 질의 개선을 통한 대학발전을 위해 마케팅모 형을 구축하는데 그 주요 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존의 대학발전을 위한 학자 및 평론 가 등의 국내외 문헌과 연구논문을 참고하여 오늘날 대학교육환경의 변화양상을 살펴보고 이러한 환경변화 속에서 교육서비스 마케팅의 필요성을 고찰하고 대학교육서비스 마케팅모 형 구축의 결정요인을 도출하였으며 이들 요인에 의한 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 부산과 경남지역의 국 공립대학 및 사립대학을 합쳐 10개 대학의 교수(216명)와 학생(356명)을 대상으로 설문조사하고 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석의 결과를 롱하여 본 연구는 대학교육서비스 마케팅모형의 발전적 시사점을 도출하여, 대학의 교수와 교직원이 고객지향성, 시장지향성을 견지하면서 교육서비스 질을 개 선하고 나아가서는 고객만족과 재구매 의도를 강화하여 대학의 생존과 발전을 위한 대학의 경쟁적 발전방향을 제시하였다.

  • 최근 기업에서 고객만족 차원의 대고객만족 활동으로써 고객접점센터를 운영하고 있으며, 고객만족은 기업의 이미지와 궁극적인 수익 창출로 연결되는 전략적 차원으로 비약적인 발전을 도모하고 있다. 또한 고객만족의 경영의 일환으로 고객감동은 지속적인 고객 관계 관리를 통해서 가능하며 이것은 고객접점센터 종사자원들이 고객과의 일대일로 직접 만나는 고객응대 서비스 품질에 의해서 좌우 된다. 그러나 대고객접점센터 종사원들은 이직률이 높고 직업 만족도가 낮아 기업의 조직성과에 부정적인 요소로 보고되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 대고객접점센터 종업원들을 대상으로 직무스트레스와 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 개인 특성별 요인들에 대한 스트레스의 차이와 스트레스가 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적으로 분석하기 위한 개념적 모형을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of organizational trust and its effect on organizational effectiveness in the public organizations. This study examined five factors of organizational competencies, consideration, fairness, organizational morality and organizational social responsibility as the determinants of organizational trust and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intend to leave as the indicators of organizational effectiveness. For this study, data were collected from 323 public officials in Gyeonggi Province with structured questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modelling technique. This study found that organizational competencies, consideration, fairness, organizational morality and organizational social responsibility made significant contributions to the formation of organizational trust and that organizational trust impacted positively organizational effectiveness measured in terms of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intend to leave.

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of institution trust on customer-orientation of hotel practician. Comparison between two types of governance structure demonstrated that the relationship between institution trust and customer-orientation were significantly different each other. As hypothesized, influence of organization trust on customer-orientation was much stronger in privately owned organizations than that of public ownership organizations. In the test of mediating effect of job engagement between two variables were statistically significant Based on the results from SEM model, we can suggest that improvement of institution trust need to be emphasized through the rational introduction of customer-oriented system, establishing priority task system according to individual business criticality, admission and enhance of fault. Empirical evidences from structural equation model support the governance type positively influence the job attitude in service organizations.

  • 본 연구는 산업조직이론과 자원기반관점을 통합하여 사업 다각화에 대한 산업환경요인과 기술역량의 결정요인들로 구성한 통합모형을 설계하고, 제안한 모형을 스마트공장 ICT융합기술(애플리케이션 및 플랫폼 분야) 특허 출원기업 272개사의 6개년(2010년~2015년) 특허 및 재무데이터를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고정효과 패널모형을 분석한 결과, 기업의 사업다각화 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 가운데 기술경쟁력은 사업다각화 수준을 높이는 긍정적 효과가 검증되었다. 추가적으로 2단계 최소자승 고정모형을 분석한 결과, 출원특허수 보다 특허의 기술융합수준이 기술경쟁력을 증대시키는 유의미한 긍정적 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 기업의 ICT융합기술자원 및 역량을 바탕으로 한 사업 다각화 전략기획방향과 정부 R&D 정책과 관련하여 융합기술자원의 사업화 지원방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

  • This study examines how the president's transformative leadership in community child-care centers influence organizational effectiveness through the mediation of teachers' self-efficacy. Survey has been conducted on teachers who work in community child-care centers in the Kwangju and Jeonnam region. The data is analyzed using Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and structural equation Modeling in order to test the relationship among the president's transformative leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and organizational effectiveness. The results indicate that the transformative leadership of the president has a positive and significant effect on both teachers' self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness. Moreover, teachers' self-efficacy mediates the relationship between transformative leadership and organizational effectiveness. The results have implications for the importance of the president's leadership and suggest that governmental support should be directed towards the enhancement of the president's leadership in community child-care centers.

  • The purpose of this study is to find empirically the effect on start-up performance and organizational trust of receptiveness for balanced scorecard in tenant companies of business incubator. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, we collected survey data for 216 employees in order to verify the research model and the hypothesis, we performed structural equation model analysis by using AMOS 18.0. Results of this study are as follows. First, receptiveness for balanced scorecard in tenant companies of business incubator has positive effect on organizational trust significantly. Second, receptiveness for balanced scorecard in tenant companies of business incubator has positive effect on start-up performance significantly. Third, organizational trust for business incubator has positive effect on start-up performance significantly.

  • This study on the (employment) women's leadership competencies was tested with career paths development and job and organizational life satisfaction. The hypotheses and research model were set based on previous studies. To the total 250 samples(;employed and married women) were on survey about leadership competencies, career paths development, and job and organizational life satisfaction. And then, Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and structural equation modeling were carried out of the validity verification. Amos7.0 and Spss15.0 were used for statistical processing of results on surveys. One of the major results in this study, the (employment) women's leadership competencies in both job and organizational life satisfaction and career paths development had positive influence. In particular, it was found that job and organizational life satisfaction was operated as a parameter into career paths development.
