Green-Tea Purchase Choice Attributes in Metropolitan Area (수도권 차(茶)소비자의 구매선택속성)

  • 차는 세계에서 가장 오랜 역사를 가지고 있는 음료로 건강에 대한 관심증가와 함께 음용량이 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나 국내 차 산업은 중국이나 일본 등에 비해 가격 품질경쟁력, 상품개발 면에서 크게 뒤떨어져 있는 실정이며, 향후 차시장도 전면적인 시장개방의 위협에 직면해 있어 차 산업의 발전을 위해서는 경쟁력 있는 수출전략과 함께 국내산업 유지를 위한 전략도 모색해야 한다. 본 연구는 차 소비자의 구매 선택속성을 분석한 것이다. 수도권에 거주하는 20세 이상 남녀 소비자를 대상으로 총 220부의 질문지를 배부하여 최종적으로 189부를 분석하였다. 전체 조사대상자는 여자가 155명(82.0%)이었으며, 연령은 20대가 29명(15.3%), 30대가 52명(27.5%), 40대가 56명(29.6%), 50대 이상은 52명(27.5%)이었다. 교육수준은 대학교졸/재가 91명(48.2%), 으로 가장 많은 비율을 차지했으며, 직업은 회사원/공무원이 59명(31.2%), 주부가 59명(31.2%)으로 가장 많은 비율을 차지했다. 월평균 소득은 200만원~300만원 미만이 57명(30.2%)으로 가장 많은 비율을 차지했다. 조사대상자의 차 소비 특성으로는 잎차와 티백, 가루차를 포함해 연평균 차 구매량이 '1~3통'이라고 응답한 사람이 73명(38.6%)으로 가장 높게 나타났고, '4~6통'이 39명(20.6%), '1통 미만'이 32명(16.9%), '6~10통'은 24명(12.7%), '10통 이상'은 21명(11.1%)으로 나타났다. 차를 마시는 장소는 '사무실이나 학교'가 100명(52.9%)으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, '집'은 83명(43.9%), '녹차전문점이나 찻집'은 6명(3.2%)으로 나타났다. 차를 마시는 상황은 '혼자 마신다'가 72명(38.1%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. '친구와 만날 때나 사교모임 시'는 68명(36.0%), '가족과 함께 대화 시'는 31명(16.4%), '사업상대를 만날 때'는 18명(9.5%)으로 나타났다. 차를 음용하는 이유는 '편안한 대화를 하는데 도움이 되기 때문'이 65명(34.4%)으로 가장 높게 나타났고, '건강에 좋은 웰빙 음료이기 때문'은 53명(28.0%), '기호음료로서 맛과 향이 좋기 때문'은 42명(22.2%), '정신을 맑게 해주기 때문'은 21명(11.1%), '갈증해소에 좋기 때문'은 8명(4.2%)으로 나타났다. 차 구입 시 정보를 얻는 곳은 '주위사람들'이 77명(40.7%)으로 가장 높았고, '신문이나 잡지, TV 등'은 66명(34.9%), '판매원이나 시음을 통해서'는 33명(17.5%), '인터넷'이 13명(6.9%)으로 나타났다. 차소비자들이 가장 중요하게 여기는 속성은 맛(4.31)이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 다음이 향(4.12), 브랜드(3.84), 가격(3.76), 생산지역(3.75), 발효정도(3.72), 색(3.68), 채엽시기(3.69), 포장(3.66), 제조방법(3.56) 순으로 나타났다.

A Fundamental Study on the Development of the Fusion Education Curriculum in the Field of Architecture and Urban: based on Practitioner-oriented Survey (건축·도시 분야 융복합 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초연구 -실무자 중심의 설문조사를 기반으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify demand of fusion education in the field of architecture and urban, according to architecture and urban market changing, product changing, increasing fusion education demand. We conducted online surveys targeting construction and non construction field practitioners so that we want to identify consumer's needs about fusion education in the field of architecture and urban. Research findings can be summarized in three parts. First, practitioners need to fuse business-related majors (Frequency changing ratio : financing(716.7%), management(633.3%), planning(454.5%) etc.) and traditional majors. Second, the survey results show that 79 percent of those questioned were in favor of switching the cyber and off-line operation methods for fusion education. They require the complementary education system between off-line and cyber education based on education accessability. Third, the survey results show that 70.9 percent of those questioned were in favor of limited freestyle(Freedom of choices without required subjects). The curriculum should be arranged according to the flow of construction business process including fusion subjects.

Wearable Technology with Future Fabrics (웨어러블 테크놀로지와 미래 소재)

  • The wearable technology takes the concept of clothing over its limits -integrating software, communication devices, and sensors into the garments to enable them to 'think' for the wearer. A dress is no longer just a dress, but a dress as well as a wearable computer interface. This wearable computer network transports the data power and control signals within the wearer's personal space. The purpose of this thesis is to explore the wearable technology from a commercial perspective. On this theme I made a survey and interviewed 20 men and 20 women in London to find out if many people are familiar with the concept of the wearable technology. The main results of this study include: Firstly, according to the survey, people are not familiar with the concept of the wearable technology, and further people thought negatively about the wearable computer rather than positively they worried about hish prices, inappropriate technology and side effects. Secondly, people are especially interested in items related to health and security, so in this area there are huge potential opportunities for the wearable technology, Finally, wearable technology needs to be a simplified set of interactive devices, which are in a user friendly format for marketability because convenience was one of the biggest concern for consumers. Therefore, development of the wearable computer should be promoted not only through computer engineering but also through the connection with human lift.

Quality Analysis of Viscera of Alaska Pollack Treated on Vessel for Raw Materials of Changran-Jeotgal (선상에서 처리한 창란젓갈 원료에 관한 연구)

  • The study was attempted to detemine the ratio of stomach and intestine to viscera gathered on catching vessels, the critical level of VBN content as a freshness quality of viscera of Alaska pollack for raw materials of Changran-jeotgal. It also examined the changes of VBN values, pH and viable tell counts during the fermentation. Then sensory evaluation of the fermented products, Changran-jeotgal, was done according to the freshness of raw materials used. The ratio of stomach and intestine to the gathered viscera on the vessel was about $72\%$, while that of round state of Alaska pollack was about $18\%$. There was no significant relationship in VBN content between fish muscle and viscera. It suggests that VBN content is not a reasonable freshness criteria in viscera but in fish muscle. However, if we use the VBN content as a freshness criteria of viscera for raw materials of Changran-jeotgal, less than $70mg\%$ of VBN value could be recommended. According to the experimental results, the product yields and sensory evaluation scores were no good not only for economical evaluation but also for consumption.

Growth characteristics of Wild vegetables by shading treatment (차광처리에 따른 산채류 생육특성)

  • 산채는 주로 산지에서 자생하는 것을 채취하거나 자생지와 비슷한 환경의 임간에서 재배하여 수확을 한다. 본 시험은 차광처리를 통해 산지가 아닌 노지에서 산채 재배 가능성을 검토하고자 하였다. 대상작목은 개미취(Aster tataricus), 눈개승마(Aruncus dioicus var. kamtschaticus), 단풍취(Ainsliaea acerifolia), 박쥐나물(Parasenecio auricudatus var. matsumurana), 산마늘(Allium microdictyon), 어수리(Heracleum moellendorffii), 우산나물(Syneilesis palmata)이다. 시험작목을 전북 남원시 허브시험장(표고 500m) 포장에서 2017년 4월에 종묘를 정식하여 약 2년간 재배하였다. 고온기인 5월부터 9월까지 35%, 55%, 75%, 95% 차광정도를 달리하여 설치 한 후 시설 내의 기온, 상대습도 등 환경조건 및 재배작물의 고사율, 출현율, 생육특성 등을 조사하였다. 시설 내부의 평균 기온은 차광정도가 높아질수록 다소 낮아졌으며, 상대습도는 점차 높아졌다. 차광정도별 고사율을 조사한 결과 개미취, 어수리, 우산나물의 경우는 차광비율에 상관없이 각각 3.6%, 5.7%, 9.8%로 낮게 나타났다. 반면 단풍취와 산마늘의 경우 차광 비율에 따른 편차가 크지는 않았지만 최대 고사율이 각각 20.0%, 36.8%로 다소 높게 나타났다. 또한 눈개승마 75% 차광에서 50.0%, 박쥐나물 35% 차광에서 100% 고사율을 보여 적정 차광비율 선정 필요하다고 판단된다. 정식 2년차 4월 평균 출현율은 개미취 100%, 눈개승마 86.2%, 단풍취 84.3%, 박쥐나물 77.9%, 산마늘 97.5%, 어수리 88.9%, 우산나물 96.3%이었다. 다만 단풍취, 박쥐나물은 차광정도가 높아질수록 출현율이 높아졌고, 어수리는 차광정도가 높아질수록 다소 출현율이 낮아졌다. 또한 생육특성 조사 결과 초장은 단풍취를 제외하고 차광처리별 경향성이 뚜렷하게 나타나지 않았으며, 엽장과 엽폭은 산마늘을 제외한 작목들은 차광이 강할수록 커지는 경향이었다. SPAD 값은 개미취와 산마늘은 처리구역별 차이가 없었으나, 나머지 작물은 차광이 높아질수록 SPAD 값도 커졌다. 시험결과 표고 500m지역에서 개미취, 산마늘, 어수리, 우산나물은 차광수준에 따른 생육의 차이가 크지 않거나 차광이 낮아도 생육이 비교적 양호하였다. 그러나 단풍취와 박쥐나물은 차광정도에 따라 생육의 차이가 분명하였으며, 차광이 높아질수록 생육이 좋아졌다. 이를 바탕으로 산채류 노지재배를 위해서는 연차 간 작목별 생육특성, 수량성, 상품율, 경제적 분석 등의 추가적인 조사가 이루어져 할 것으로 여겨진다.

A Survey on the Consumer Preferences for Korean Rice Cake Packaging in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (떡 포장 개선을 위한 국내 수도권 지역 소비자의 기호도 조사)

  • In this study we surveyed the packaging preferences of consumers for Korean rice cakes as current commercial products in Korea. The questionnaire was developed from a preliminary investigation of typical rice cake packaging patterns and sent to 2332 residents in Korea by random sampling mail. The questionnaire contained questions on the preferences of interior design in packaging, opening methods, individually separated types, printing position, packaging methods, and packaging materials such as paper and plastic. There were responses from 304 residents. The collected data was analyzed by an SPSS package program. Most of the packaging used for Korean rice cakes was plastic (58.9%) which was used for packaging materials and stretch wrap (42.9%) as packing methods. The results showed the preference was the perforated line type used by hand for opening a packaging and interior packaging design with 2~3 partitions. Most respondents expressed an interest in using individual packaging and having printing directly on the packaging. Also, the respondents preferred the packaging design that let them see the contents of a package. Based on the results of the questionnaire, this paper suggested that most consumers would prefer to choose a packaging system with a partition design in a plastic container, individually separated products, and a transparent container for Korean rice cakes. The results of packaging preferences could provide important information for suitable packaging development for Korean rice cakes. Further research should be conducted to improve the shelf life of Korean rice cakes with functional packaging systems such as modified atmosphere packaging or anti-microbial packaging.

The Brand Identity Design Evaluation Using EEG Measurement (뇌전도를 활용한 브랜드 아이덴티티 디자인 평가)

  • Brand identity (BI) is a key asset that affects consumers' psychological cognition of products and services. In the initial planning stage of the BI design development for a company, a unique approach strategy is required. In the final evaluation stage, a reasonable design evaluation method involving potential consumers needs to be prepared. However, conventional brand identity design evaluation processes tend to depend on the results of surveys, and in many cases it is impossible to be free from the distorting phenomenon of survey respondents' psychological manifestation which is often revealed in the process of the surveys. In this context, this research has explored whether the method of utilizing EEG data of the subjects along with the conventional survey method of preference could be helpful in the process of evaluating the brand identity design. To achieve that, we correlated the subject's preference survey results with the subject's EEG data. 'Attractiveness' and 'concentration' were used as variables. As a result, it was found that there was a high correlation between the results of preference survey on 'attractiveness' and the results of 'EEG' on 'concentration'. Therefore, in addition to the existing conventional qualitative evaluation methods, we confirmed that design evaluation methods using EEG are useful for evaluating tacit knowledge objects such as the BI design.

Indonesian Halal Food Consumers' Perception, Attitude and Use of Ginseng and Red Ginseng Products (인도네시아 할랄식품 소비자의 인삼·홍삼제품에 대한 인식과 태도 및 이용 실태)

  • Understanding muslim consumers' needs and behaviour is an essential process for strategic product development in the Halal food market. For our study on Indonesian consumers of Halal food, we conduct a survey of 200 Muslims residing in Indonesia on awareness of ginseng (G) and red ginseng (RG) products, eating experience, like or dislike reasons, cognitive level on the efficacy of G and RG products, purchase behaviors, satisfaction and repurchase intention through a web-based questionnaire methodology. This study reveals that 58 % and 51% of the participants indicate an awareness of G and RG products. In particular, awareness amongst medium- and high-income male consumers in their 20s and 30s is relatively high. This group of participants is also more likely to consume eat G and RG products for health promotion, refreshment, and disease prevention, and positively evaluated product efficacy. They are also aware of the efficacy claims of these products with regard to enhancement of immunity, fatigue, and stamina. While Indonesian Muslim consumers express satisfaction with the health claims, packaging specifications, and design of the products, they are dissatisfied with product types, price, taste, and aroma. The results also found that participants would recommend G and RG products to acquaintances, and are willing to purchase them in the future. Therefore, the segmentation of Halal-certified G and RG products for Muslim consumers and analysis on their product needs could be advantageous for strategic product development.

Recognition of Residents in Gangwon-do Natural Forest Revitalization Study -Focusing on Community Awareness- (주민인식을 통한 강원도 자연휴양림 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -지역주민 인식중심으로-)

  • This study will analyze the economic impact on villages adjacent to recreational areas in natural forests with the goal of creating a forest development plan. The area of study has been limited to the National Natural Recreation Forest and the twelve adjacent villages around the area. The collected data used a SPSS. 12.0 frequency and cross, t-test and ANOVA analysis was performed. To questions regarding increase in income and employment due to recreational areas in natural forests, there were some in all three areas that responded that it did not contribute to increases in income or employment. In all areas, there were respondents who think that these recreational areas do not help increase awareness of their nearby towns. Facilities, in order from most used to least used were tourist sites, lodgings and then food and meals. The level of satisfaction of customers in all areas was low with reasons being low quality of goods, not knowing the village(s) well, a lack of specialty items, and poor roads. In conclusion, this study presents a development plan based on the derived research results.

The Influences of the Tourists' Action Orientation on Satisfaction and Post Intention of Action of the Tourists who Attended a Food Festival: Focusing on 2011 Korea Food Festival (음식축제 관람객의 관광행위지향성과 만족도, 사후행위의도의 영향 관계: 2011년 대한민국 국제요리 경연대회를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influences of the tourists' action orientation on satisfaction with a festival and post intention of action of the tourists who attended a festival. The survey were conducted to analyze the tourists' action orientation, aiming at the tourists who attended 2011 Korea Food Festival, and 213 samples were collected The result of this empirical test indicated that the tourists' action orientation had influence on satisfaction with the festival and post intention of action. And among the tourists' action orientation factors, 'self-extension' had more influence on satisfaction with the festival and post intention of action. In addition, satisfaction with the festival and post intention of action were found to be positively correlated. Finally, theoretical and practical implications of this study were suggested in order to build a series of festival maketing strategies for tourist satisfaction.
