최근의 정보시스템 업체들은 e비즈니스 분야의 IT프로젝트로 특수를 누리고 있다. 이런 새로운 분야의 IT프로젝트는 급변하는 기술의 추세와 연봉제로 활성화된 인력의 이동이라는 어려운 관리적 요인들을 접하고 있다. 즉, 단지 재무적 관점뿐만 아니라 시간적, 자원적, 품질적, 그리고 새로운 환경에 적웅해야하는 위험적 요인등 그 관리요소가 증가하고 있다. 그래서 프로젝트조직이나 관련기업의 경우 eIT분야의 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 새로운 개념이나 방법론의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근의 정보시스템 업체들이 직면하고 있는 프로젝트관리의 어려운 점을 살펴보고, e비즈니스 환경의 정보기술프로젝트의 환경적 특성을 고려한 프로젝트 관리의 새로운 접근법을 엔트로피 이론에 기반 하여 설명하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 사례에 근거한 예제를 제시하여 엔트로피에 의한 프로젝트관리의 적용가능성을 제시하였다.

수도 서울의 정중앙 중구. 이곳엔 서울시청을 비롯해 주요 대기업 본사와 유명 호텔, 복합 쇼핑몰 등이 대거 밀집해 있다. 때문에 중구에는 비즈니스의 중심지, 쇼핑의 천국 등의 호칭이 늘 따라붙는다. 하지만 앞으로는 이런 중구에 또 하나의 호칭이 더해질 것으로 보인다. 바로 '주거문화 중심지'가 그것이다. 현재 중구 곳곳에선 뉴타운, 재개발사업 등이 추진 중인 가운데 미래형 주상복합 건물들이 속속 들어서고 있다. 이런 변화의 중심에는 두산중공업이 시공하고 있는 '청계천 두산 위브 더 제니스'가 있다. 이곳은 신당역을 옆에 두고 있는 것은 물론 거대 쇼핑 단지인 동대문도 지척에 두고 있다. 또 일품 산책로인 청계천과도 가깝다. 실로 문화와 환경이 어우러진 일등급 주거지의 탄생이 예고되고 있는 것이다. 그래서일까? 이곳을 시공하고 있는 두산중공업의 자부심은 남다르다. 모든 현장 임직원이 빈틈없는 안전관리로 최고의 작품을 만들겠다는 의지를 불태우고 있는 것이다. '안전'으로 중구의 신 주거명작을 빚고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

The oxidizing species are generated from the radiolysis of groundwater in the pore of buffer material around the canister used for the disposal of spent fuels. A mathematical model was introduced to calculate the cathodic current density induced by the oxidant around the canister, which determined the corrosion of carbon steel. An analytical solution was derived to get the cathodic current density in the cylindrical coordinate. The cathodic current densities from both the rectangular coordinate and cylindrical coordinate were compared with each other. The source terms and absorbed dose rate for the calculation of the radiolysis were calculated using the ORIGEN2 and MCNP computer code, respectively. The radius of the canister was determined with the new model in order to prevent the local corrosion. The results showed that the new solution made the cathodic current density around 25 % lower than the Marsh model.

Using aqueous solution of 60% ethanol, the isoflavones contained in the Soybean (Chungsun, Korea), Tawon (Suwon, Korea), Jackbean (Hongsung, Korea), Soybean (Jilin, China), Black Soybean (Jilin, China), Kidneybean (Jilin, China) and Soybean (California, U.S.A.) were extracted. In this work, the pretreatment step was composed of agitation extraction, filtration, concentration, ultracentrifuge, and membrane filtration. The analysis by $C_{18}$ column was performed, and the mobile phase applied was linearly changed with A/B of 85/15-65/35 vol% for 50 min (A water/acetic acid, 99.9/0.1 vol%, B acetonitrile/acetic acid, 99.9/0.1 vol%). Among the soybeans tested, the total amounts of the four isoflavones (daidzin, genistin, daidzein, and genistein) extracted by the soybeans from Korea, China and U.S.A. were 1.37, 1.60, and 2.25 mg/g, respectively. It was also found that the total amount of aglycone of daidzein and genistein from soybean (American California) was $144{\mu}g/g$, which was the largest for the soybeans experimented.

Recently, having many studies have reported that positive psychology in the workplace have a positive relation with performance, organizations have been trying to develop and main the positive psychology and emotion. The companies have started to support the systematic health promotion program which was considered the individual domains. Also, the company has emphasized the importance of leaders' health promotion behavior. Therefore, we have conducted the empirical analysis for the relationship between leaders' health promotion behavior perceived team performance. Additionally we have analyzed the moderating effect of team climate between leaders' health promotion behavior and perceived team performance. For this analysis, we have collected the 253 data from business people of IT manufacturing firm and did hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, wellness leadership showed the positive relations on perceived team performance. Team climate for the health promotion moderated between wellness leadership and perceived team performance. Finally. we have proposed the academic and practical implications in terms of business.

In accordance with importance of the economic value of forests and forest use, the paradigm of development and use has emerged as the dominant paradigm of forest policy. As forests are recognized as an important means of Wellness, the government pursues a policy convergence between forest use and conservation. So, this article analyzed whether the change of forestry convergence paradigm is reflected in policy or not. The purpose of this study was to analyze through content analysis and network analysis, whether the new combined text value are fused in how forest policy. According to the results, the function of utilization which is off the traditional forestry industry and recreation, wellness are acquired a greater importance in the 5th plan than 4th plan. But the 5th plan is insufficient to establish of foundation for forestry management and welfare functions. The evidence suggest a sign of sustained paradigm convergency in forest policy of Korea. As the policy implication in establishing national forest master plan, it is necessary to strengthen policy capability to pursue sustainable forestry utilization, which can converge forest use and conservation.
