The objective of this study was to produce calves derived from in vitro fertilization of in vitro matured follicular oocytes. Oocytes aspirated from small antral folicles of ovaries obtained at a local slaughter house were matured and fertilized in vitro. At l8hrs after insemination with Korean native cattle semen, oocytes were co-cultured for 6~7 days by utilizing co-culture system with bovine oviduct epithelial cell. After co-culture, good or excellent quality late morulae or early blastocysts were selected by morphological criteria under stereo microscope. Selected embryos were transferred to recipients on day 6 or 7 (estrus = day 0). Recipients were monitored by observation for estrus and rectal palpation after 60 days from embryo transfer. One of them went to term with the birth of a calf. This case is the first production of calf derived from in vitro fertilization in Korea.

This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of semen and egg storage period on hatchability of Korean native chicken(KNC, 44-wk old). The body weight, volume of semen, concentration of spermatozoa, total sperm of an ejaculate, motility of sperm and percentage of fertile eggs were 2,555.89g, 0.473$m\ell$, 30.81${\times}$10(sup)8/$m\ell$, 13.14${\times}$10(sup)8 cells, 3.58 and 91.69%, respectively, in KNC. The percentage of fertile eggs were 87.9∼96.0% on storage period in KNC. The viability and hatchability were 80.2%. 74.6%, respectively, in storage period for 22 days in storage temperature of 11∼14$^{\circ}C$. The results of the trial show that viability can be get more than 80% in storage period for 3 weeks in storage temperature of about 13$^{\circ}C$.

Top music 10 is a additional service product of the A mobile telephone company. Up to now, A company is just selling it by outbound TM to customers which visit any contents of Top Music 10. In this paper, we proposed a targeting method combining two score models by data mining. The proposed combining model is to find customers more likely to respond to outbound TM. The proposed targeting method is expected to improve both from 32.8% to 44.0% in the response rate and from 54.7% to 61.4% in the retention rate.

전문가의 영역인 인공수정기술을 초보자도 용이하게 수정이 가능하도록 자궁경관 외도구의 영상을 체외에서 육안관찰하면서 수정적기 포착 및 적정부위내 정액 주입 화인이 가능한 축산기술연구소 개발 자가인공수정기의 국내외적으로 실증시험을 통하여 수태율을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 국내에서 직장질법으로 전업수정사가 수정하였을 때 72%(54/75)로써 자가인공수정기로 해당축주가 수행한 결과 67.5%(50/74)와 비교하여 1회 수정수태율이 다소 떨어지는 경향이었으며 품종별 수태율은 한우 61.7%(21/31), 젖소 60.0%(15/25)로 차이가 없었고 4개 지역의 145두에 자가인공수정한 결과 90두가 임신되어 62.0%의 수태율을 얻었다. 중국에서 중국황우를 대상으로 150두를 수정한 결과 1회 수정수태율이 84.6%(127/150)였고, 재차 수정 결과 98%(147/150)로 높은 수태성적을 얻었다.

정보통신 기술의 전으로 디지털 콘텐츠분야는 혐의의 문화산업에서 벗어나 범 산업에 공통되는 요소로써 자리매김하고 있다. 디지털 콘텐츠의 급속한 양적 팽창은 콘텐츠의 저작권 보호 문제와 직접적인 충돌을 야기하고 있다. 특히, 저장된 MP3 음악 파일 재생하는 MP3 플레이어가 확산되면서 MP3 음악 파일의 무단 복제로 인한 저작권 침해 문제는 매우 심각하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하고 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 응용 기기로써 실시간 멀티미디어 재생기, SMP(Streaming Multimedia Player)를 설계한다. SMP는 WiBro 망을 통해 스트리밍 방식으로 음악을 전송받아 재생하는 휴대용 MP3 플레이어로써 저렴한 월정액의 저작권 및 통신요금으로 언제 어디서나 원하는 음악을 서비스 받을 수 있는 유비쿼터스 단말이다. 본 논문에서는 SMP 단말을 설계하고 WiBro 망과 P2P 통신을 이용한 서비스 연결 방식과 콘텐츠 제공 방식을 제안하고 분석한다.

기본급(基本給) 비중(比重)을 높여 임금체계(賃金體系)를 단순화(單純化)시켜야 한다는 의견이 많이 제시되고 있으나, 수당(手當) 및 보너스 등이 기본급(基本給)과는 다른 고유한 기능을 갖고 있고 합리적(合理的)인 존재이유가 있는지에 대환 분석(分析)이 선행되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 관점(觀點)에서 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 임금항목별(賃金項目別)로 임금유연성(賃金柔軟性)을 비교해 보았다. 임금유연성(賃金柔軟性)은 고용안정성(雇傭安定性)을 제고하여, 대량실업(大量失業)을 방지하고 장기근속(長期勤續)에 바탕을 둔 '기업특수적(企業特殊的) 숙련(熟練)의 다능공(多能工)' 양성을 가능하게 한다. 실증분석(實證分析) 결과(結果), 보너스는 정액급여(定額給與)보다 경기변동(景氣變動)에 더 유연하게 변화하는 임금항목임을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 보너스를 기본급화(基本給化)하는 방식은 바람직하지 않다. 도리어 87년 이후 보너스의 임금유연성(賃金柔軟性)이 점차 약화되는 경향을 보이므로, 현행 보너스 결정방식(決定方式)의 개편을 통해 이윤분배제(利潤分配制) 성격을 강화하는 방향으로 임금체계(賃金體系) 개선(改善)이 있어야 할 것이다.

These experiments were conducted to develope the artificial insemination methods of wild duct (Anas platyhychis platylyachos) . The characteristics of erect phallus and semen collected by the abdominal massage method were investigated in wild duck. The erection and withdrawal time of phallus were 50.70${\pm}$18.66 and 92.58${\pm}$51.95 sec. , respectively, in wild duck. The length, long and short diameter of erect phallus were 3.98${\pm}$0.49crn, 1.53${\pm}$0.15cm and 1.05${\pm}$0.04 cm, respectively, and the spiral grooves of erect phallus were 4 in wild duck. The volume of semen, concentration of spermatozoa and total sperm of an ejaculate were 0.18${\pm}$0.06 ml, 2.84${\pm}$0.03 x 10 9 /ml and 0.52${\pm}$0.21 x 10 cells, respectively, in wild duck. The motility of sperm and pH of semen were 49.06${\pm}$14. 35 and 7.6${\pm}$0.14 in wild duck.

Equine semen was analysed for its survival after storage under different conditions. Total 12 ejaculates from 2 Thoroughbred were analysed for general characterisitcs and preservation at low temperature. The sperm fraction, concentration, nd the rate of motile spermatozoa were 57.91ml per ejaculate, 2.18$\times$108/ml and 74.1%, respectively. The survival rate of spermatozoa was highest when diluted semen with E-Z Mixin was stored at 7~8$^{\circ}C$. The optimum survival rate(>54%) can be obtained upto 24h at 7~8$^{\circ}C$. However only 10% spermatozoa survived after 5h storage at 7~8$^{\circ}C$ without use of E-Z Mixin. Other ranges of temperature(15$^{\circ}C$ and room temperature) gave less survival rates(<25%). These results indicate that the extender could be used as a basic solution for the preservation of equine spermatozoa at low temperature. It also provides a practical method for short-term storage of collected equine semen in a simple manner.

There is a controversy on Internet pricing, flat-rate vs. usage-based. This study gives a comparative analysis between flat-rate and two-part tariff which is realistic alternative of usage-based pricing. In a basic economic model, two-part tariff based on ISP's cost structure satisfies allocative efficiency and relatively expand the number of subscribers. But the characteristics of Internet service like consumers' uncertainty on cost, measurement cost of traffic and network externality induce increase of cost or decrease of marginal utility. The analysis shows that small impact of these can make flat-rate more efficient.

This study was undertaken in an effort to select the sire bull in Hanwoo through in vitro fertilization of proven bull semen. It was used for in vitro fertilization that of the 20 proven bull semen with follicular oocytes derived from slaughterhouse ovaries of Hanwoo. The stage of maturation on the time course of bovine cumulus-enclosed oocytes incubated for 24 hours was found the highest(96.4%) than hose of other maturationi time. In vitro fertilization rate of bovine oocytes with proven bull sperm showed from 61.5 to 88.9%. Polyspermy of in vitro fertilized oocytes according to proven bulls were the highest KP 491(61.5%) nothing but KP 486, KP 491 and KP 497.
