This paper aims to define Kang Jeungsan's Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth through the Hegelian concept of 'labor (arbeit),' which is the fundamental medium in which humans substantialize their own absoluteness in an existentialist context. The Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth performed by Jeungsan enabled Heaven, Earth, and Humanity to communicate with each other through the harmony of Sangsaeng (Mutual Beneficence). As Hegel found the possibility of freedom and emancipation of human subjects through labor and Jeungsan exercised His will to free and emancipate human beings, comparative thinkers are led to recognize a relationship between His Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth and the Hegelian concept of labor. The key point of this paper centers around articulating the meaning of the precise situation wherein labor occurs for the Supreme Being. Labor is a concept that occurs for real-live humans. Human beings can be said to exist between the ideological world and the natural world, or between Heaven and Earth, and this dichotomy creates a specific product given the interplay of infinitude and finitude that it entails. In other words, labor is not a passive deployment but is instead a subjective development. From the point wherein this labor occurs for the Supreme Being, a paradigm shift towards unity begins throughout the universe. The occurrence of God's labor happens at a time of great transformation. These occurrences of God's labor form the communication among Heaven, Earth and Humanity and form a qualitative equality. In other words, the fact that God is far from the world of ideology and has come into the world of finitude means that God conveys His absoluteness to the world of finitude. Therefore, the work of God on Earth builds the world of Heaven on Earth. This can also be seen as the Sangsaeng of Heaven, Earth and Humanity.

For driving a sinusoidal type permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum continuous torque, a $120^0$ delayed three phase sinusoidal current input which matched with the absolute rotor position is needed at a stator coil. So, the detection of absolute rotor position is required inevitably. Thus the right angle relationship between stator magnetic field and rotor magnetic field has to be preserved at a stator by this commutation action. The detection of a absolute position for the commutation can be made generally by the output signal analysis of the encoder attached at a motor shaft. This study purposes to design signal processing logic circuits which can detect the absolute position of motor with a modem encoder system and generate the three reference wave for making sinusoidal current input at a stator coil.

기존의 절대위치 감지 방식은 초기위치를 알기 위하여 이동자의 위치를 초기화해야 하고 생산 단가가 높다는 단점을 보완하기 위해 MR 센서를 이용하여 비접촉 방식으로 선형모터 이동자 절대위치를 판별하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 센서값을 이용하여 절대위치를 판별해야 하기 때문에 ADC 기능과 실시간 연산 기능이 필요하다. 때문에 8bit MCU(Atmega324PA)를 이용했다. 본 논문에서 이용한 MR 센서의 출력 변동폭이 작기 때문에 Instrumentation Amplifier를 이용하여 증폭된 출력을 MCU로 읽어 사용했다. 제안 시스템의 회로 및 알고리즘을 구현하였고 이를 이론적, 실험적 분석을 통해 동작 및 타당성을 검증하였다.

비반전성 (acentric)공간 군에 속한 화합물에 변칙 산란자(anomalous scatterer)가 포함되어 있을 때, 변칙 분산(anomalous dispersion)효과가 나타나며, 이로 인하여 X-ray회절 강도들 사이에 Friedel법칙이 깨지게 된다. 이러한 현상이 이용되면, 화합물 내의 중원자(heavy atom)의 위치를 찾은 후 나머지 원자의 위치를 찾아 구조를 밝힐 수 있다. 키랄성 (chiral) 화합물의 결정들은 230개의 공간군들 중에서 65개 거울상(혹은 광학 활성적인, enantiomorphic) 공간들 중 하나에 속하며, 그것들의 절대 배열은 따로 확인되어야 한다. 다시 말하면, 키랄성 화합물의 결정이 키랄성 결정 격자들의 공간 군들 중에 속한다면, 우리는 화합물의 절대 배열을 확인하여야한다.

본고에서는 차세대 보안통신기술인 양자암호통신에 대해 기술한다. 양자암호통신은 양자키분배와 암호통신으로 이루어지는데 양자키분배란 양자역학적 원리에 의해 비밀키를 송/수신자가 절대 안전하게 나누어 갖는 방법을 일컫는다. 나누어진 비밀키를 이용하여 현대암호 기법을 이용한 암호통신을 수행하면 도청으로부터 절대 안전한 보안통신 구현이 완성된다. 해외에서는 양자암호통신의 가능성과 중요성을 인식하고 집중적인 투자를 통해 연구개발을 진행하고 있으나 아직까지 국내에서는 체계적인 연구개발 활동이 미약한 상황이다. KIST는 2013년 25km 떨어진 송/수신자가 비밀키를 나누어가질 수 있는 BB84 양자키분배 프로토콜 기반 시스템 하드웨어를 구현하여 해외학회에 전시 및 시연 했다. 추후 현대암호와의 융합연구 병행 기술개발을 추진한다면 조기에 양자암호통신 실용화가 가능할 것이라 기대된다. 절대 안전한 차세대 보안통신의 실현은 직접적으로는 국가적인 보안통신망의 확보를 가능하게 하고 간접적으로는 미래 초연결사회에서 활발한 지식 정보 교류를 가능하게 하여 새로운 사회 문화적 변화를 이끌어 내는 기반 기술이 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study was initiated based on the notion that the logic regarding case selection and a perspective for case analysis has never been discussed in previous studies on immigration policy despite its significance. Given the idea, this study investigated levels of integration of immigrants which were operationalized as 1) differences in general conditions of economic, labor, social, and political life between native born and foreign born and 2) level of quality of economic, labor, social life for immigrants. For that purpose, this study analyzed the secondary data set which was a combination of several secondary data sets. Results showed that the countries that belong to traditional immigration regime including Australia, Canada, and US showed higher levels of immigrant integration at various sub categories of integration. Countries that belong to new immigration regime such as Ireland revealed relatively high levels of immigrant integration. The findings from this study implied that integration of immigrants needs to be analyzed with consideration on characteristics of social security policy of each country along with immigration policy and cultural diversity of each country.
