웹의 발달과 전자정부의 지향으로, 행정기관의 웹사이트를 통한 민원처리가 증가하고 있다. 게시판을 통해 이용자가 민원을 제기하면, 각 기관에서는 담당자를 배정해 처리하지만 해당 게시물을 공기록으로 보존하지는 않는다. 공공사이트를 통한 투명한 행정을 위해서는 게시물도 공기록물로 보존하는 체계가 마련될 필요가 있다. 이를 위해, 정부기능연계모델(BRM)을 기준으로, 공공사이트의 게시글을 자동으로 분류하는 시스템을 구현하였다.

Based on the theory of information ecology, this paper conducts a quantitative analysis on the research literature of e-commerce ecosystem in China, and clarifies the research hotspots and development trends, so as to provide reference for subsequent studies. With the key words related literatures collected by CNKI as the data source, and the software CiteSpaceIV is used to draw a visual knowledge map, the distribution of e-commerce ecosystem research papers in China is statistically analyzed by econometric analysis method, and literature research is summarized and evaluated. The research results show that previous studies mainly focus on the concept of e-commerce ecosystem, and there are relatively few research results on the construction and evolution mechanism of e-commerce ecosystem, so the depth and breadth of research should be expanded. Applying the concept of e-commerce ecosystem to solve the problems in cross-border e-commerce will be the future research trend.

메타데이터 요소집합이란 다양한 형식의 전자문헌 중에서 필요한 정보원을 찾아내는 데 도움이 되는 전자문헌의 가장 기본적인 특징을 기술하기 위한 것이며, 색인보다는 정보량이 많고 공식적인 목록레코드보다는 덜 완전한 레코드를 만들어 이 양극을 조정하려는 것이다. 이의 이점은 다음과 같다. 자동정보원탐색기가 데이터를 수집할 수 있는 형식으로 저자나 출판자가 메타데이터를 만들도록 장려할 수 있으며, 메타데이터레코드의 작성업무를 단순화함으로써 메타데이터요소의 템플릿을 갖는 네트워크출판도구의 개발을 장려할 것이다. 또한 만들어진 메타레코드는 필요하다면 보다 상세한 목록레코드의 바탕이 될 수 있을 것이며, 표준이 된다면 메타데이터레코드는 모든 이용자 집단에게 이해될 수 있을 것이다. 현재 이와 같은 관점에서 활발히 논의되고 있는 Dublin Core 메타데이터 형식을 중심으로 그 현황에 대하여 논한다.

This study first compared and analyzed AACR2(1998 Revision), ISBD(ER), CCM Module 31, OCLC Manual according to chief areas related to cataloging Internet-based electronic journal. Also, it analyzed the fields and characteristics related to it in USMARC. Next, it reviewed the problems of cataloging Internet-based electronic journal and suggested it's improvements. As a result, this study can be used as the basic data to develop KCR and KORMARC format appropriate to cataloging Internet-based electronic journal.

엄청난 양의 정보와 정보기술들이 만연한 정보환경이 도래함에 따라 사람들은 의식적으로 정보를 탐색하는 과정에서 원래 찾으려 했던 주제는 아니지만 유용하고, 흥미로운 정보를 발견하는 경험을 보다 자주 접할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 우연한 정보의 획득(OAI)에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내의 문헌정보학 분야에 있어 이에 대한 연구는 미비한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학생과 대학원생의 과제 수행 시 전자학술정보를 사용하는 데에 있어 발생하는 정보 조우(IE) 경험에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구 분석을 통해 과제 수행을 목적으로 가장 비중 있게 활용되고 있는 정보원이 전자학술정보임을 파악하고, 과제 수행 시 전자학술정보를 활용해 본 적이 있는 대학생과 대학원생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 설문에 참여한 응답자들은 Erdelez(2004)가 제시한 정보 조우의 기능적 모형에서 주목(noticing)과 검토(examining), 귀환(returning) 과정에 대한 경험을 비중 있게 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 중단(stopping)의 경우, 상대적으로 긍정적인 답변의 비율이 낮았으며, 획득(capturing)에 대한 물음에서는 차이를 보였다.

전자도서관 환경에서의 필요성으로 인해 이미지정보에 대한 관심과 정보로서의 가치 및 중요성이 널리 인정됨에 따라, 이를 위한 효과적인 색인방법과 검색시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구조화된 문헌의 이미지정보를 자동으로 색인하여 데이터베이스를 구축하고 WWW상에서 이용할 수 있는 이미지정보 검색시스템을 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a new curriculum for the department of library and information science of junior college. For this purpose, First, a literature study was done along with interviews with assistant librarians, second, a questionnaries survey was conducted among professors, library administrators and assistant librarians, and the survey data were analyzed by SAS packages. Results obtained by this study are as follows; 1) Work scope of assistant librarians will be consisted of conventional library works and automated library works. And it is anticipated that the library will be transformed into an electronic library in the futrue. 2) Curriculum of department library and information science of junior college is gradually changing focused on conventional subjects toward automation and computer oriented subjects. 3) Curriculum of department of library and information science of junior college should be focused on the workshop oriented education and electronic library related subjects such as electronic library workshop, information system, data fare theory information system information network workshop.

This research suggests the standard reference needed for constructing the bibliographic descriptive national science citation index(KSCI). There are several types of analysis: the APA style, the MLA style, the Chicago Manual Style, and the Korean major periodical's style in Library and Information Science. The core elements are author, title, and issue. We propose the Author-Date system, and Note and Bibliography form. For citation of books only available online, the URL must be included as a part of the citation along with its record of most recent access, and retrieval.

With the rapid and broad changes of information media and information environment the traditional libraries have been evolving into the digital libraries. An analysis for the Planning and realization of the electronic resource management system was carried out to establish the various electronic resources in the digital library, the first in Korea. The study targeted from electronic journals, web-based databases, e-books, and to open access resources. The focus of the analysis lies in the Providing practical integrated electronic resource management for digital librarian based on the framework of effective Electronic Resource Management Initiative(ERMI) of Digital Library Federation(DLF) with network and electronic resource description. The analyses included life-cycle, subscription models, coverages. types of information provider for electronic resources. and system organization for implementation of electronic resource management system.

The purpose of this study is to present a theoretical framework and practical methodology to extend the scope of Library and Information Science by incorporating the usability evaluation of e-book, which has considerably increased in proportion in the digital library. By sirveying e-book users and through statistical analysis. it was found that rebuilding a set of usabllity evaluation factors for e-books is necessary to activate e-books in the digital libraries. This study inclusively presents a conceptual model of e-book usability evaluation and suggests guidelines for usability principles.
