Design and Implementation of Local Forest Fire Monitoring and Situational Response Platform Using UAV with Multi-Sensor (무인기 탑재 다중 센서 기반 국지 산불 감시 및 상황 대응 플랫폼 설계 및 구현)

  • Since natural disaster occurs increasingly and becomes complicated, it causes deaths, disappearances, and damage to property. As a result, there is a growing interest in the development of ICT-based natural disaster response technology which can minimize economic and social losses. In this letter, we introduce the main functions of the forest fire management platform by using images from an UAV. In addition, we propose a disaster image analysis technology based on the deep learning which is a key element technology for disaster detection. The proposed deep learning based disaster image analysis learns repeatedly generated images from the past, then it is possible to detect the disaster situation of forest-fire similar to a person. The validity of the proposed method is verified through the experimental performance of the proposed disaster image analysis technique.

  • In RFID system, Tag's Identification data is processed in host computer by application program. Example of application program is parking administration program, library state program etc.. Tag's ID that is recognized in reader is inputted to the Host computer. Application program of computer searches data in DB of computer such as Tag ID. After finding the same ID, host computer send to control command to driver H/W in accordance with application purpose. But, It need to confirm in long distance whether achievement process is acted normally. There will be the 2 methods, when we monitors the process in long distance. One is wired monitoring system, another is wireless monitoring system. Among wire method, internet communication network is useful. RFID system manufacture first in this treatise. RFID system Embody using EM4095 chip that is doing 125KHz by carrier wave. Tag's characteristic ID is sent in remote place through module that use W3100A chip. This system Manufacture, and data send-receive confirmed using simple application program. Reception confirm by result, and pictures show by whole system and each part. And a control program explained of each part.

  • In this paper, we implement a viewer program that can monitor effectively using omni-directional images. The program consists of four modes: Normal mode, ROI(Region of Interest) mode, Tracking mode, and Auto-rotation mode, and the results for each mode is displayed simultaneously. In the normal mode, the wide angle image is rendered as a spherical image to enable pan, tilt, and zoom. In ROI mode, the area is displayed expanded by selecting an area. And, in Auto-rotation mode, it is possible to track the object by mapping the position of the object with the rotation angle of the spherical image to prevent the object from deviating from the spherical image in Tracking mode. Parallel programming for processing of multiple modes is performed to improve the processing speed. This has the advantage that various angles can be seen compared with surveillance system having a limited angle of view.

  • The non-intrusive load monitoring(NILM) algorithm can infer the power usage of the individual electric devices by the total electric power consumption of the main line. To develop such an algorithm, power usage pattern data of individual devices as well as those of various combinations of these devices are required. In this paper, we propose a method to develop a power usage pattern data acquisition system for developing a NILM algorithm for a smart farm. The data acquisition system is capable of simultaneously measuring the power usage of individual electrical devices and the power usage according to various combinations of scenarios every second. The measured data can be remotely monitored from the outside of the smart farm through the LTE network, and the measured data is stored in an external server.

  • RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)는 사물에 ID태그를 부착하여 정보를 제공하는 것을 기능으로 하여 점차적으로 센싱 기능을 추가하여 발전하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 배전 공가설비인 통신케이블을 관리하기 위하여 RFID를 이용하여 감시 및 순시 정보를 기록, 관리하며 봉인을 위한 지그비 센서태그를 이용하여 무단으로 설치되는 통신케이블을 실시간으로 감시할 수 있는 공가관리시스템을 구현하였다. 570만 전주에 달하는 공가설비를 관리하는 것은 안정적인 전력 공급을 위하여서도 필요하며 공가설비 관리의 IT화를 도모하여 RFID 비즈니스 모델로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 전주나 통신케이블에 전자태그를 부착하여 RFID 미들웨어를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 정보시스템에 접속하여 실시간으로 공가시설물 정보를 취득할 수 있는 정보시스템을 구축함으로써 무단 공가설비 설치 감시 및 공가설비 순회 점검 결과를 관리할 수 있도록 데이터베이스에 반영하여 현장의 공가설비내역과 정보시스템의 데이터베이스를 동기화시켜 실시간으로 현황을 파악할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

  • 미래 전쟁은 과거의 재래식 전쟁과는 판이하게 변화된 환경 속에서 새로운 전투 형태와 방법으로 전개될 것이다. 특히, 첨단 기술의 급속한 발전은 전장에서 싸우는 방법을 변화시키는 주요 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 전장에서 적을 먼저 발견하고 타격하기 위해서는 실시간 표적 획득 및 첩보 수집과 정확한 상황판단 및 적시적인 지휘가 요구되기 때문에 정보 수집 자산이 부족한 사 여단급 부대를 대상으로 감시 정찰 센서 네트워크 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 평시 체계와 전시 체계의 운용 개념이 부족한 상태에서 실 세계에 적용하는 것은 유지비용의 증가, 감지 오류, 야전 환경과의 부적합 등을 야기한다. 따라서, 이러한 문제점의 해결 대안으로 이 논문에서는 지상군 작전에서 적의 조기 발견과 전장 가시화에 필요한 전장감시 센서 네트워크 시스템을 위한 상황 인식 프레임 워크를 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문은 360도 전방향을 찍을 수 있는 Omni Directional Lens를 장착한 카메라 로봇에 대해 소개한다. 이는 여러 대의 안드로이드 폰으로 원격에서 접속하여 360도 전방의 파노라마 영상을 받아볼 수 있으며, 마스터 권한을 가진 안드로이드 폰의 경우, 카메라 로봇을 원격으로 제어할 수 있다. 이 로봇은 원격에서 무인 감시 시스템 등 여러 가지 영역에서 활용될 수 있다.

  • 현재 우리나라는 미래형 첨단도시, U-City구현을 현실화 하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 기반기술이 총망라되는 U-City의 건설은 우리에게 편리하고 윤택한 삶을 약속하지만 U-City속의 수많은 유 무선 단말을 통해 수집되는 개인이나 사물, 환경에 대한 정보는 전자감시에 대한 우려와 이용자 프라이버시 침해를 유발하는 원인이 될 수 있으며 그에 심각성은 작금의 정보화 사회에 비할 수 없이 클 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 U-City에서 발생할 수 있는 개인정보 침해위협을 통합적으로 살펴보고 개인정보보호 향상을 위한 보안 기법을 연구하였다.

  • As urban infrastructure is aging, the possibility of accidents due to the failures or breakdowns of infrastructure increases. Especially, aging underground infrastructures like sewer pipes, waterworks, and subway have a potential to cause an urban ground sink. Urban ground sink is defined just as a local and erratic collapse occurred by underground cavity due to soil erosion or soil loss, which is separated from a sinkhole in soluble bedrock such as limestone. The conventional measurements such as differential settlement gauge, inclinometer or earth pressure gauge have a shortcoming just to provide point measurements with short coverage. Therefore, these methods are not adequate for monitoring of an erratic subsidence caused by underground cavity due to soil erosion or soil loss which occurring at unspecified time and location. Therefore, an alternative technology is required to detect a change of underground physical condition in real time. In this study, the feasibility of a novel magnetic resonance based monitoring method is investigated through laboratory tests, where the changes of path loss (S21) were measured under various testing conditions: media including air, water, and soil, resonant frequency, impedance, and distances between transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX). Theoretically, the transfer characteristic of magnetic field is known to be independent of the density of the medium. However, the results of the test showed the meaningful differences in the path loss (S21) under the different conditions of medium. And it is found that the reflection coefficient showed the more distinct differences over the testing conditions than the path loss. In particular, input reflection coefficient (S11) is more distinguishable than output reflection coefficient (S22).

  • Smart care surveillance system can take the position information of the user and monitor by controlling neighbor CCTVs using GPS receiver built into smart device. But because the position information contains a significant error, in general smart device, it is necessary to be corrected for precise monitoring. In previous smart care system, this error is corrected by using a plurality of CCTV. But it has disadvantage that two or more CCTVs pointed toward the same point at the same time. In this paper, we propose the method to correct error of the GPS location information by using only one CCTV. With experiment result, we find that the accuracy of GPS location information corrected with only one CCTV is as improved as two CCTVs.
