The spreading of internet, combined with the computerization of industry and the life whole has created an incereased demand on the private life protection and information portection, but due to the lack of specialty manpower on the information protection industry field there are many difficulties. Therefore, in this paper a curriculum for an information protection specialty manpower training is proposed. The proposed curriculum indispensability 1,2 and classified with a selection 1,2 and classified with a selection 1,2. The information protection application field into 9 segments of domains, and to carry out the curriculum in a ring structure. The curriculum based on the information security field's 9 domains and related field practical business, and the course offered after graduation to deepen the specialty, need to be carried out by each domain in order to continuously carry out the information security deepening process.

중의학은 서양의 의료 다원주의의 한 부분이 되었다. 특히 침과 같이 서양의 개념과는 분명히 다른 의료 기법에 있어서는 두드러진다. 그밖에 뜸, 안마, 기공, 중약 및 복합 처방들도 있다. 서양에서 전문직업인화는 보건의료 관련분야에서 중심적인 인력양성 방법이 되었다. 이는 대학이 기반을 다진 중세까지 거슬러 올라가는데, 19세기에는 법인들이 전문직업인 모임으로 바뀌어 가면서 개인적 환경을 변화시키고 직업의 체계를 개발하였다. 변호사, 교사, 사제, 의사가 그 예이다. 의료에 있어서 학교교육을 통해 수련된 의사들이 조산사나 안마사들을 지배하게 되었는데 이런 경향은 1950-60년대에 극에 달한다. 그러다가 이들의 지배는 대중매체, 환자, 다른 주변 의료 보조인력들에 의해 도전을 받는다. 이와 비슷한 양상을 이단적인 의료에서도 관찰할 수 있다. 전문직업인의 우세와 시점이 비슷한 생물의학의 우월적 지배는 많은 다양한 의료에 의해 도전을 받는다. 그러나 생물의학의 우월함의 약세가 시술자들의 전문직업인화 까지를 포함하지는 않았다. 실제로 침술과 같은 치료술들을 전문직업인인 의사나 의사가 아닌 시술자들이 함께 쓰고 있기 때문이다. 이는 직능간의 분쟁을 야기할 가능성이 높다. 이단적 개념을 기존 의료계로 통합하는 것이 전문직업인들인 의사들의 노력으로 이해되었다. 이 견해는 두 가지 문제를 내포하고 있는데, 첫째 의사들을 단일한 속성으로 보고 있다는 것인데, 실제로 현대의학을 배우고 가르치는 나라들 사이에도 매우 다양한 차이가 있음을 간과하고 있다. 둘째로 의료인이 아닌 시술자들도 다양한 분야로 통합되었는데, 통합은 어쩌면 하급의 전문인들의 노력의 결과로 설명되어야 하는 것이 더 알맞을 수 있다. 그러나 이들도 전문직업인의 조직구조를 가져야 만 하고, 그렇지 않으면 파편으로 남을 것이다. 전문직업인주의는 언제나 과학과 연계하고 있는데, 독일 정부와 직업인 조직은 의료과학 집단에게 이단적 시술들의 임상효과를 검증하게 하였다. 이것은 이단 의료계에 우호적인 단체나 적대적인 단체 모두에게 적용되었다. 매우 강한 힘을 가진 냉소적인 조직 가운데 하나는 National Committee of SHI-Physicians and Sickness Funds(Bundesausschuss der Arzte und Krankenkassen).2 인데, 2001년에, 이 단체에서 출판한 자료에는 침의 효용성은 침을 시술하는 사람에 달린 것 일뿐 시술자의 수련이나 침 시술의 배경 개념에 달려있는 것이 아니다. 그러므로 침은 무작위 표본추출 대조군 실험을 통해 효과를 검증받지 못한 다른 치료법들의 범주에 머물러 있다.(cf. Bundesausschuss 2001: 8). 1990년대, 무작위 표본추출 대조군 실험은 생물의학이 아닌 의료의 효과를 검증하는데 알맞지 않고 비윤리적이라고 강한 비판을 받았다. 한편 1995년에 WHO는 침의 유효성 평가를 위해 이 실험기법을 추천하며, 이어 2001년에, the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques(ICMART)는 침연구와 시술을 위한 헌장(Acupuncture Charter Berlin an Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)3 for acupuncture)을 채택 공표한다. 독일 보험 회사들도 침의 효과와 효율성을 검증하기 위해 대규모 실험을 시작했다. 100,000 명이 넘는 환자들이 무작위 표본추출 대조군 실험을 통해 평가되고 있는데 이 실험은 병원이나 일차의료기관의 외래에서 진행되고 있다. 영국에서는 이 분야의 유력한 Edzard Ernst가 위의 개념과 비슷한 구도를 설정 공표하는데 보완의학 분야의 많은 다른 전문가들의 견해를 무릎 쓰고, 그는 증거기반 의학에 대한 그의 신념을 표방한다. "무작위 표본추출 대조군 실험이 보환의학 분야의 시술을 검증하기 위한 알맞은 방법이 아니라고 끝없이 주장하지만 우리는 거의 모든 치료법을 포괄하는 분야에 이들 실험을 발견하였으니, 이는 보완의학도 엄정한 방법으로 검증할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다고 할 수 있다."(Ernst et al. 2001: xiii). 적어도 독일에서 진행중인 효과 검증 연구가 향후 아시아 의학의 기반 마련에 중요한 역할을 하게 될 것이다. 영국에서는 이에 대한 정치적 수렴이 전문 직업인화에 달려 있을 것이다. 여기에서 나는 아시아에서 유래한 의료의 서양에서 어떻게 사회학적 관찰의 대상으로 분류되고 정의되는지 소개하고자 한다.

SW 개발 프로젝트 시, SW 품질 및 생산성 향상에 저해 되는 SW공학 가이드 부재가 존재한다. 그 중에서 SW공학 발전과 전문 SW공학 인력 양성의 필요성 인식이 존재하고 있다. SW공학 인력의 역량과 전문성을 강화시킬 수 있는 지속적 성장 체계 확립과 인력 활용 가이드 제시를 위하여 본 논문에서는 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼 개발을 소개한다. 프로젝트 수행 시 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼은 SW공학 전문 인력 확보를 위한 기준을 제시 하여, 조직 SW 공학 역량 강화를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SW 프로세스 분야 표준 교육과정을 소개하고자 한다.

Although GIS technology has been developed rapidly, the education system for GIS technology and its utilization has not been well facilitated in our society. Consequently, the economic value in GIS application system is not estimated properly in the public sector. On the other hand, industries currently suffer lack of technocrats or researchers to develop GIS. In addition, the demand for GIS education on its concept and know-how has increased drastically as GIS analytic technology has come to be applied to more varified fields. Under these circumstances, this study researched and analyzed the current state of GIS education in the public, private and academic sectors in Korea. Furthermore, it recommended improving the educational environment for GIS experts training based on the results of the questionnaire used in the survey. Most of all, the national investment should be conducted systematically in order to improve quality of education in the public, private and academic sectors.

A national program for GIS Training had been established by a feasibility study which was performed during the period of from July, 1995 through April, 1996 initiated by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). Systems Engineering Research Institute (SERI), one of government-supported institutes in the fields of software development, have taken in charge of Korean GIS training program with emphases on short courses since July, 1996. To distinguish these national programs from those of major commercial GIS software vendor, GIS training programs by executing staffs within SERE have been established with the basis of its own educational paradigm; therefore, they was composed of several specific training curricular developed by executing staffs. In this paper, the practical aspects during execution and progress of these programs are described, and all courses named after decision maker course, GIS manager course, and user course in the first year of GIS training program are evaluated with questionnaire result riven to the trainees. As results, the satisfaction-rate after the decision maker, the GIS manager, and the user course is 84.8%, 81.2%, and 66.7% respectively These whole results are shown as more affirmative ones than expected, and each result, as a kind of feedback of this executing program, plays an important role to flourish Korean GIS training project in future.

기계 및 설비관련 학과는 모든 산업의 기초가 되는 기계를 다루는 기술인이 반드시 알아야 할 기계관련 이론과 작업분석에 대한 다양한 실기를 통해 산업현장에 필요한 전문직업인을 양성하는 것에 교육 목표를 두고 있다. 또한 기계 및 설비관련 학과에서는 오늘날의 첨단 기계 산업의 발달 및 다양화에 발맞추어 생산 및 생산시설 관리, 제품의 설계 및 제작, 엔지니어링 마케팅, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 관련 업무를 충실히 담당할 중견 전문가 양성도 담당 한다. 2009년 현재 전국 13개 대학에서 기계 설비분야의 미래를 책임질 기계설비 전문인 양성에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 본지는 지난 3월호부터 전국의 기계 및 설비관련 학과를 소개한다.

공정거래위원회는 소비자보호를 위한 각종 사업을 추진하기 위해 2000년 예산(안)에 전문자격사의 보수수준에 관한 실태조사비 등으로 480백만원을 반영하였다. 동 사업은 소비자의 입장과 이해를 대변하고 소비자와 관련된 정보를 보유하고 있는 소비자단체의 조직과 인력을 주로 활용할 계획으로 있으며, 동 사업의 추진으로 광고분야, 약관분야, 전문자격사의 수입료 등 국민생활과 밀접한 관련이 있고 소비자 피해가 가장 빈번하게 발생하고 있는 분야에 대한 소비자의 피해사례 등을 조사하여 소비자의 입장과 권익을 반영함으로써 소비자피해를 예방하고 소비자의 합리적 선택을 지원하는 계기가 되도록 하겠다고 밝혔다.

PSS는 향후 장기적인 전력공급 안정화를 위한 기술개발이나 기술력 향상에 전자계산기 이용기술과 더불어 상호 보완적으로 크게 이용되어야 한다. 더불어 전력회사 뿐만 아니라 관련 산업계, 학계까지를 망라한 우리나라의 전력기술 기반구축과 전문 기술인력의 양성을 위하여 PPS의 이용은 필수적인 것으로 생각된다. 기본적인 PSS의 기능 및 이용분야를 종합적으로 다시 한번 요약하면 아래와 같다. - 전력 계통 특수 기술현상 해석 - 현장 실증시험의 대체 및 신규 도입기술의 사용전 성능시험 - 고급전문 기술인력의 확보(교육훈련, 유치 및 양성) - 홍보 및 이해증진(전력계통 관련기술의 역할 및 중요성)

The importance of Industrial Security is continuously growing along with the rapid development of convergence technologies. Accordingly, it is expected for the gap between the supply and demand of industrial security professional personnel to grow every year. In order to reduce the supply and demand of industrial security, it is important to not only train professional qualifications but at the same time, secure a professional qualification acquisitor. In this regard, South Korea has introduced the Industrial Security Expert qualification as a non-governmental qualifications ince 2010. From 2017, promoted as nation-certified qualification and has supported activities as expert in industrials ecurity field. However, it is reality that Industrial Security Expert qualification has not yet to be recognized as professional qualification in the field of industry, have low rate of utilization as academic research is also shown the sign of stagnation. Based on these background, this research set goal in deducing a activation method for industrial security professional qualification concentrating on Industrial Security Expert qualification. The analysis on operation condition of Industrial Security Expert qualification and related precedent research was conducted and raised four types of activation method, which are organizational aspect, certification system improvement and operation aspect, certification acquisitors' utilization aspect and professionalism enhancement aspect.
