  • This study "The advance Study of human resource development Program Object for community Peoples in Information Society." that is too much important in Information society and IMF times. Human resource development is the process by which a community insures that it has the right number and kinds of peoples, in the right places at the right time, doing the things for which they are economically most useful. In the IMF season, an ever increasing number of cooperations are appointing executive level positions responsible for the re-enpoloyment, advancement, development of teaching, and growth of human resources. As a result, the field is being viewed as an important strategic approach to improved productivity efficiency and profitability in information society. Also, human resource development is a dynamic and evolving field in the world business.   • 본 연구에서는 증권사 정보시스템의 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업특성적 변인에 대해 파악하고자, 아웃소싱 수혜기업인 증권사의 조직 및 부문적 특성이 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 통해 아웃소싱 성과(업무효용성, 업무능률성, 업무생산성, 예산감소율)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 검증하였다. 증권사의 조직적 특성(경쟁전략, 재무능력)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 1과 증권사의 부문적 특성(업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 2를 실증분석한 결과, 경쟁전략, 재무능력, 업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량의 요인들이 아웃소싱 정도를 통해 업무효용성과 예산감소율에 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 재무능력, IT 역량 등이 업무효용성, 예산감소율과 같은 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성과에 상대적으로 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Today's professional sports teams are in a highly competitive environment with no prospects in sight. A that was considered the favorite to win a championship can suffer from a severe slump, a team that was expected to be at the bottom can achieve victory. This unexpected situation is continuing to repeat. It is also a sign of the need to look at the use of human resources and strategies in the sports industry. Accordingly, this study looks at Daegu FC soccer team, Korea's first team for citizens. A case study on human resources innovation was done. This study introduces an argument for ordinary resources (AOR) from Frey et al. (2015) for a theoretical review and a case analysis of domestic professional football. This study determines the direction of how Daegu FC should proceed. The results of the research are as follows: first, the success of harmonizing strategic and mundane resources, and second, belief in coaches. The main contribution of this research is that it presents the importance of human resources, which is one of basic tactics that sports teams should utilize. In the sports industry, where the temporality is underlined for its clear beginning and ending, teams are more likely to use diverse sports tactics to obtain superior grades, which enriches the basis of their tactics.

  • After the IMF bailout, the Environment of Domestic Construction Industry had changed dramatically. Before the IMF, Domestic Construction Firms are secured by the government regulations and some traditional practices. However, due to the following reasons: a decrease in public works, an increase in uncertainty of market prediction, the change of bid system, and increase in construction firms, recently the competition among construction firms has became keen. Under the serious competition, in order that medium-size construction firms survive in the construction market, it is need to establish the strategy that could increase productivity. In order to establish the strategy, firstly, construction firms should set up an appraisal standard of construction firms. Consequently, This study will introduce companies' objective appraisal in domestic construction market as well as basal data for setting-up strategy through adaptation industry structure analysis of business administration for strategic group analysis and a company which has lagged behind competitive power among the competitive companies can choose a target strategic group which should be pursued it in the future through being classified according to a group taken analogical strategy.

  • Managers are required to adopt and implement the human resource management practice that fit firm's strategy the most, so that optimize overall performance. However, the time and relative resources that any firm has are limited, which demands managers to understand the relative importance of all sorts of HR practice and promote them in an order of their relative importance. This study follows the universal perspective and contingency perspective(according to firm size and strategy type), try to identify the most effective HR practice on performance as well as their relative importance by "CART Ensemble" analysis. The results are as follows. From universal perspective, firms always need to high level of integration between strategy and HR department, decision making participation, autonomy of speed of working, and autonomy of way of working. Contingency perspective also suggested the importance of integration between HRM and strategy. But others are different case by case. This study suggests useful implications for managers.

Design of An Effective Resource Allocation System in the Satellite Network using MF-TDMA DAMA Method (MF-TDMA DAMA 방식 위성 망에서 효율적인 자원할당 시스템 설계)

  • In this paper, I designed the satellite system, using the MF-TDMA (Multi Frequency-Time Division Multiple Access) DAMA (Demand-Assigned Multiple Access) method, that allocates the satellite resources more effectively to prevent a large quantity data discard when Earth Terminals (ETs) request their satellite network resource to Network Controller (NC) by using their history information, such as traffic pattern or traffic class which have been receiving, and the network controller allocates the satellite network resource and send to earth terminals by using his history information that earth terminals have been requested already. The U.S. Military Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) community has selected the L-3 Linkabit MF-TDMA DAMA Network Centric Waveform (NCW) as the networking standard for full-mesh IP over SHF satellite communications. In the MF-TDMA DAMA satellite network, network controller allocates the satellite network resources and enables maximum 255 earth terminals to communicate each other for periodic satellite network resource requests of earth terminals.

생물자원정보 네트워크 구축 전략

  • 현재 국내에는 약 10만여종의 생물자원 종을 보유하고 있고, 이중에서 3만여종이 파악이 된 실정이다. 그러나 지리적인 특성상 국내에서 알려지는 종들 대부분 일본이나 중국에서도 존재하는 것이 대부분이기 때문에 고유한 생물자원 정보는 미약한 실정이다. 이러한 현실 속에서 데이터베이스 구축 뿐만 아니라 정보의 가공을 통한 지식화 및 범세계적인 정보 공유를 이끌어내야 한다. 왜냐하면, 정보는 데이터들의 속에서 얻어지는 것이며, 지식은 정보들 속에서 얻어지는 것이기 때문에 독립된 생물자원 정보를 구축하여야 하고, 또한 경쟁력 우위를 확보하기 위해서는 표준화를 기반으로 정보화를 추진하고 구축된 정보들을 분석하여 지식화하는 과정이 필요하다.
