The University of Northern iowa Rod Library has mission statement that a personalized learning environment founded on the strong liberal arts curriculum and to supporting an intellectually and culturally diverse community. The Rod Library has been developing the strategic plans by 5 years since 1987 Recently, the strategy has been faced need to measure of performance how much does make it up. This study developed the BSC model and the strategy map that analyze the strategic plan 2004-2009 of the University of Northern iowa Rod library and transfer the strategy into the four perspectives of BSC. In addition, this study presented the success performance indicators measuring the strategic goals of each perspectives and the cause-effect model driving the lead indicators of performance.

This paper examines the factors affecting financial exclusion, and proposes the strategies for enhancing the role of credit unions as financing source for small business startups. Credit cooperative institutions have played an important role in assisting people and communities who suffer from social and financial exclusion such as small business owners. But many of them have closed and lost their operational grounds by financial restructuring. Accordingly people with low credit scores have faced with increased financial constraints and the government has proposed various measures to assist them. Credit unions should develop strategies more actively to ease their financial constraints, expand and reinforce the operational grounds through relationship banking, enhance competitiveness by community based specialization strategies and developing models.

The purpose of this study is to develop a instructive strategy model of cooperative learning for practical class in technical high school. To achieve this purpose, this study has conducted related literature investigation and interviewed with professionals for reconstruction of practice contents. As a result, 15 steps instructional strategy model of cooperative learning was designed and this model based on traditional 4 steps model, Jigsaw and STAD model which have been verified as effect. To complete the final project, all the team members must cooperate themselves and tutor their peers with learning guides which are constructed as a modular system. This instructional strategy model which is correlated with modular instruction, peer tutoring and cooperative learning is expected to enhance students' school work of psychomotor domain as well as cognitive domain and affective domain.

A signal optimization model is proposed by applying the Cell-Transmission Model(CTM) as an embedded traffic flow model to estimate a system-optimal signal timing plan in a transportation network composed of signalized intersections. Beyond the existing signal-optimization models, the CTM provides appropriate theoretical and practical backgrounds to simulate oversaturation phenomena such as shockwave, queue length, and spillback. The model is formulated on the Mixed-Integer Programming(MIP) theory. The proposed model implies a system-optimal in a sense that traffic demand and signal system cooperate to minimize the traffic network cost: the demand departing from origins through route choice behavior until arriving at destinations and the signal system by calculating optimal signal timings considering the movement of these demand. The potential of model's practical application is demonstrated through a comparison study of two signal control strategies: optimal and fixed signal controls.

IT강국의 선진한국으로 도약하고 있는 우리나라는 현재 웹을 이용한 학습을 넘어 휴대인터넷 (WiBro)과 UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC)를 비롯한 모바일 환경에서의 학습도 활발해지고 있다. 더불어 요즘 세대의 학생들은 일방적인 주입식 교육 보다는 상호작용하며 즉각적인 피드백을 받을 수 있는 게임적 요소에 큰 관심을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 특성을 고려하여 모바일 학습에서 학습자의 학습동기를 유발, 지속시키기 위한 방안으로써 Keller의 동기 유발 이론에 기초한 게임 전략을 접목시킨 새로운 동기 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 본 동기 모형의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주제에 맞는 장르 및 형태를 기획분석 단계에서부터 결정하여 개발 효율성을 추구하였다. 둘째, 에듀테인먼트 요소를 콘덴츠 제작 절차에 삽입함으로써 학습활동에 대한 능동적 반응과 흥미를 얻도록 하였다. 셋째, 체계적인 모바일 교육용 게임 설계를 위해 게임 시놉시스, 시나리오 작성 단계를 삽입하였으며 궁극적으로는 모바일 동기전략과의 통합을 추구하였다. 넷째, 개발된 콘텐츠를 수업안에 바로 적용시킴으로써 자연스러운 수업이 될 수 있도록 구성하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라가 경제불황으로 인하여 국내 산업전반에 걸쳐 구조조정을 실시하게 되었음에도 불구하고, 구조조정을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 구조조정 관리모형이나 구조조정 영향변수 등 선행연구가 전무한 상태였다. 그래서 우리나라 현실에 맞는 구조조정 관리모형을 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 목적올 달성하기 위해 구조조정관련 영향변수와 그리고 이들 변수와 마케팅 성과간의 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 이론적 배경으로는 구조조정 전략 영향변수로 구조조정전 성과, 사전구조조정 경험, 외부압력, 그리고 변화에 대한 저항 정도를 탐색하고, 그리고 구조조정 전략실행강도에 영향을 주는 인적자원의존도, 관리적 강도, 그리고 마케팅 성과에 대해 탐색했다. 실증분석을 통해 얻은 구조조정 관리모형은 인력감소, 사전구조조정 경험, 변화에 대한 저항정도가 구조조정전략 실행강도에 영향을 미치며, 이는 다시 관리적 강도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 관리적 강도는 마케팅 성과에 영향을 주는 요인으로 발견되었다.

2002년 한 ${\cdot}$ 일 월드컵의 성공적 개최는 우리나라가 세계의 주목을 받는데 개국이래 최고의 계기의 되었다. 그러나 당초 예상과는 다르게 실제로 월드컵 이후 경제적으로 크나큰 변화는 없었다. 현재 국가 차원이나, 기업 차원에서 월드컵 이후 효과를 극대화하기 위한 노력들을 하고 있으나 실질적이고 현실적인 전략적 대안을 도출 하는데 다소 미흡한 점들이 있다고 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포스트 월드컵 경제적 효과(IT 산업 중심)를 누리기 위한 문제점 분석 및 전략도출을 가장 큰 목적으로 삼고 이를 현실적으로 실천하기 위한 행동 지표를 도출하려 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 조사를 기반으로 마이클 포터의 경쟁 세력 모형을 활용하여 전략을 도출하였으며, 도출된 전략에 대한 실질적 검증을 위해 주요 기업들의 실무자들로부터 설문과 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 크게 다섯 가지 측면에서의 활성화 방안을 도출하였다.

The aim of this study is to develop and suggest a reading strategy to learn for integrating reading and writing. The reading and writing strategy could be divided in directed strategies related to the cognitive process and indirected strategies to carry out the process successfully. Therefore, its strategies are constructed of the indirected strategy corresponding with the instructional design model and the direct strategy containing specific action plans of the model's progressive stages. When considering the reading to learn could be run as a program in the school, in this study, the basic model of the indirected strategy is devised with four steps of 'preparing-designing-implementing-evaluating'. And the implementing stage of the read to learn combining reading and writing is consisted of six steps as 'selecting subjects-considering contents-searching-writing-correcting-publishing'. Also, proper indirected strategies such as graphic organization and checklists are suggested in order to assist reading and writing activities in the implementing stage.

이 연구의 목적은 7차 교육과정에서 소개된 과학적 자유탐구 활동 모형을 개발하고 이러한 자유탐구 활동모형에 대한 효과를 알아보기 전에 예비 초등교사들의 인식조사를 하는 것이다. 개발 목적은 학생들의 과학탐구 활동능력신장에 있으며, 본 연구는 천문학사에 근거한 예를 사용하였다. 연구방법으로 Lawson(2010)의 과학적 탐구추론모형을 택하였다. 천문학사에서 예를 택해 자유탐구 모형과 설문지를 개발하여 예비초등교사들의 인식조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는, (1)대부분 예비 초등교사들은 이러한 자유탐구전략의 사용에 대한 아이디어를 좋아했으며, (2)이러한 과학적 자유탐구활동의 사용의 효과 또한 대부분의 응답자들이 잘 인식하고 있었다. (3)그럼에도 불구하고 많은 예비 초등교사들은 이러한 자유탐구 전략의 구성이 쉽지 않은 과정임을 인식하였고, 학생들에게 적합한 자유탐구활동모형의 개발을 위해서는 학생을 지도하는 교사들이 서로가 협력해야 한다고 응답하였다.

The objectives of this study is to propose the direction of developing the reading activities of the individuals in the future society, and to develop the "model of Web-based reading strategy", based on the understanding of the information literacy reading strategies, and the characteristic and concept of web 3.0., for adapting to the changes in the media environment. In this study, 6 reading strategy models based on the web platform were developed. These 6 strategy models are Metacognitive Strategy, Information Retrieval Model, Personalization Strategy, Reading Strategy, Writing Strategy and Interpreting Strategy.
