A Correlation Analysis between Physical Disturbance and Fish Habitat Suitability before and after Channel Structure Rehabilitation (하천구조 개선에 따른 어류 서식적합도와 물리적 교란의 상관분석)

  • In this study, an optimal improvement method of stream channel structure is presented for the enhancement of fish habitat suitability by genetic algorithm. The correlation between fish habitat suitability and physical disturbance in stream is analyzed according to the changes of hydraulic characteristics by channel structure rehabilitation. Zacco koreanus which is an indicator fish of the soundness of aquatic ecosystem was selected as a restoration target species by investigating the community characteristics of fish fauna and river environments in Wonju stream. The habitat suitability is investigated by PHABSIM with the habitat suitability index of Zacco koreanus. Hydraulic analysis by HEC-RAS and physical disturbance evaluation in stream are carried out. The optimal channel width modified for the enhancement of fish habitat suitability is provided. The correlation analysis between habitat suitability and physical disturbance with the change of hydraulic characteristics by channel modification showed that the proper channel modification enhanced fish habitat suitability and mitigated physical disturbance in the stream. The improvement of physical disturbance score by the channel structure rehabilitation for the enhancement of fish habitat suitability was confirmed in this study.

  • 최근 물부족 현상은 심각한 사회ㆍ환경적 문제가 되고 있으며, 이에 대처하기 위한 방안의 하나로 지표수-지하수 연계이용이 대두되고 있다. 지표수와 지하수 연계이용은 수자원을 수문학적 순환 사이클의 관점에서 파악하고 상호보완적 이용을 도모하는 통합적인 방안이다 본 연구는 계획 수립단계에서 연계이용의 가능성, 시급성 측면에서 최적의 대상지역을 선정하기 위한 체계적인 적지분석 방법론을 제시한다. 이를 위해 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 나누어 분석하는 기법(AHP)이 적용되었다. AHP를 통해 분석에 필요한 의사결정인자를 도출하였고, 그 상대적 중요도를 정량화 하였다. 입지인자의 중요도를 바탕으로 가상의 지역에 대한 각 측면의 적합도를 산정하였고, 비중을 달리함으로써 얻어지는 다양한 대안에 대하여 최종적인 적합도가 산정되었다. 이러한 방법론에 의거한 분석자료는 최종적인 의사결정을 위한 기초정보를 제공할 것이며, 지역 간 연계이용 우선순위를 평가하는데도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 퍼지 계층분석법을 이용하여 교통신호의 교차로에서의 적합성에 대해서 논의한다. 교차로에서의 교통신호는 현시, 주기 등이 현재의 교차로 상황에 적합한가를 구별하여 판별할 수 있다. 교통신호의 적합성 여부는 현시, 주기를 따로 구별한 신호체계에서의 지체차량의 지체시간을 비교하여 구별한다. 교통 신호체계는 고정신호체계, 최적신호체계, 퍼지응용신호체계를 구별하여 응용단계가 높은 신호체계가 적합성이 높음을 퍼지계층분석법을 이용하여 밝히고 이를 이용 새로운 체계의 교통신호 체계도 제시한다.

Evaluating location suitability of Park-and-Ride facilities using GIS (GIS를 이용한 환승시설 입지 적합도 평가)

  • Park-and- Rides are intermodal transfer facilities providing a staging location for travellers to transfer between transportation modes. They are an alternative to alleviate transportation problems such as traffic congestion and air pollution in metropolitan areas. Siting Park-and-Ride facilities belongs to a kind of multi-criteria spatial decision making problems being associated with a combination of various location factors. The purpose of this paper is to provide a method and procedure to evaluate the location suitability of Park-and-Ride facilities using GIS(Geographic Information Systems). Using GIS-based suitability analysis, land value, landuse, road accessibility, public transportation accessibility, possibility to intercept automobile trips, distance to activity center and competition with existing facilities were evaluated as location factors. The suitabilities of individual factors were combined to produce a composite map with a specific weight scheme. Then a given number of sites with high suitability score were selected as potential facility locations and their demand were evaluated based on a commutershed with parabolic shape. The suggested method and procedure will provide useful information in determining Park-and-Ride sites and designing their structure.

  • This paper discusses a fitness of the control on intersection using fuzzy analytic hierachy process. The validity of control of traffic signal on intersection is the fitness of phase and cycle on the intersection. The validity of the controller is cleared by the comparison of the delay time of vehicle. Fuzzy analytic hierachy process clears the grade of validity of the fixed cycle time controller and adaptive fixed cycle time and fuzzy trafic controller and proposes a new control type a traffic signal by this fuzzy analytic hierachy process.

  • The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of fitness Among Characteristics of CEO, Company's innovation and Management Control on Organization Performance. CEO characteristics are investigated by the risk-taking propensity, need for achievement. Company's Innovation are measured by product innovation, technological innovation. Management control are applied by action control and result control. Organization performances are analyzed by internal performance, growth performance, financial performance. the research methodology applied in this paper is contingency theory by Drazin and Van de Ven(1985) - selective approach, Interaction approach, system approach. This paper was applied by the Three way interaction term among CEO characteristics, Company's Innovation and Management control to analyze the influences to the organization performances. As a result of this paper, there are the differences between Two way interaction terms or three way interaction terms to affect the organization performances. this paper can confirm the desirable combinations between two or three variables(CEO characteristics, Company's Innovation and Management control) to affect significantly to the particular organization performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate validation of the School Function Assessment(SFA) for Korean Version using Rasch analysis. The subjects were recruited 98 students with disabilities in Seoul, Kyoung-Ki, Chung-cheung. The data were analysed using Rasch analysis to investigate unidimensionality and rating scale model. The 4 items out of SFA Part II were found to be misfts. The 18 items out of physical tasks, the 14 items out of cognitive/behavioral tasks in Part III were found to be misfit. All rating scale in SFA was appropriate. Further studies are needed to investigate validity and criterion cut-off score for many students with disabilities.

  • 서비스 인카운터의 제고는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과에 매우 중요하다. 서비스 인카운터는 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성에 의해 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성정도는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과를 높이는데 있어 핵심성공요인이 된다. 본 논문은 금융산업을 대상으로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략, 서비스전달시스템 결정요인, 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합성 여부가 마케팅성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템 결정요인간의 적합도가 높을수록, 그리고 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합도가 높을수록 마케팅성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of person-job fit on job performance. In the process, the moderating effect of the meaning of work and the mediating effect of work engagement was investigated. For this purpose, survey data were collected from 304 employees working at the company organization and analyzed using correlation and regression analysis. The summary of the study is as follows. First, there is a significant correlation between realistic person-job fit and perceived person-job fit. Second, perceived person-job fit is a significant predictor of job performance. Third, there is a mediating effect of work engagement in the relationship between person-job fit and job performance. Fourth, there is a moderating effect of the meaning of work in the relationship between person-job fit and work engagement. This study demonstrates the correlation of realistic and perceived person-job fit, which has not been studied in Korea before. It was found that person-job fit influences job performance through mediating emotional variables such as work engagement. From the point of view of organization managers, there is a need to provide a work environment that is appropriate for the characteristics of the employees and to manage how employees perceive person-job fit. In particular, it is necessary to support employees to recognize that their work promotes their growth and contributes to the public good. Finally, the limitations of the study and future research tasks were proposed.
