A Study on the Improvement of User Centered Public Service Design - focused on Sung-Nam local tax bills (수요자 중심의 공공서비스 디자인 개선방안 - 성남시 지방세 고지서 디자인 개선안을 중심으로)

  • I conducted this study, trying to improve the methods of Sung-Nam city local tax bills, which was based on my previous study where I suggested methods into developing redesign of tax bills. Local tax bills are labeled to be very intricate and puzzling experience to tax payers. To resolve this issue, several local governments have redesigned their tax bills for citizens; however, it was not effective. Therefore I apply the methods to protect their privacy on tax bills and provide checks on their pay bills. Also I design to distinguish between different taxes and change into a better layout for their legibility and better understanding on tax bills. From my previous study, I utilized suggestions into Sung-Nam local tax bills which changed flaws into improvements and easier understanding of the tax payers. I believe the improvements in Sung Nam local tax bills will pursue the public interest of the community through public service design innovations.

A Server Configuration Method for the Availability and Scalability (가용성과 확장성을 위한 서버 구축 방안)

  • As a server dependency for the availability and scalability becomes very important, the need for solid server providing non-stop workload have been increased. So, this paper describes a server configuration method for the availability and scalability. For the validity check of this paper, socket application and cluster resource DLL and administration DLL for the application are implemented and tested. 8y relocating the individual failed services from one sewer to another with the microsoft cluster sewer, it was confirmed the feasibility. The result showed that allowed applications on the original server to continue running, unaffected by the failed service.

  • 최근 산업현장에서는 작업의 빈번한 변화에 따른 로봇의 재배치, 테스트로 인해 많은 비용이 소모되고 있다. 이러한 문제점의 해결방안으로 OLP(Off-line Programming) 시뮬레이션 시스템이 주목받고 있다. 현재 대부분의 OLP 시뮬레이션 시스템은 하나의 컴퓨터에서 실행되는 하나의 응용프로그램으로 되어있다. 따라서 로봇을 제어하는 시뮬레이션 프로그램이 복잡해지고 시뮬레이션 대상이 되는 작업장의 규모가 커지게 되면 이와 비례하여 시뮬레이션에 소모되는 시간이 늘어나게 되고 이로 인하여 시뮬레이션 진행상황을 실시간에 맞추어 출력하지 못하게 되는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 또한 하나 컴퓨터에서 실행되는 응용 프로그램의 한계로 인해 시뮬레이션 상황을 출력하는 화면크기는 제한될 수밖에 없어지고 여러 작업장의 시뮬레이션 진행상황을 동시에 확인하기가 힘들어 진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 하나의 PC에서 실행되는 OLP 시뮬레이션 시스템을 사용자가 지정하는 로봇의 집합 단위로 네트워크로 연결된 여러 개의 PC에서 실행할 수 있도록 하여 다수의 로봇 제어 프로그램을 실행하는데 걸리는 부하와 시뮬레이션 진행 상황을 출력하는 CAD시스템에 걸리는 부하를 분산 시키고 연결된 여러 PC를 통해 시뮬레이션 진행상황을 자유롭게 확인할 수 있는 구조를 제안하였다. 그리고 시뮬레이션 시스템의 분산화로 인해 발생하는 동기화 문제에 대한 해결 방안으로 기존 시스템에 사용되는 이벤트/사이클 혼합 방식의 로봇 시뮬레이션 시스템의 알고리즘을 분산시킨 방안을 제시하였다.

A Study on the Traffic Stream and Navigational Characteristics at the Adjacent Sea Area of Busan Central Wharf (부산 중앙부두 주변해역의 교통흐름 및 통항특성에 관한 연구)

  • At the adjacent sea area of Busan Central Wharf, a variety of vessels, such as middle-large passenger ships, small hugh speed crafts, container ships, cargo ships and working boats as well as small miscellaneous vessels are freely sailing comparatively without special rules and marine traffic control. In this research, we analyzed traffic stream and navigational characteristics cf main traffic route based on statistics and distribution of tracks by ship's type and tonnage cf the passing vessels after conducting marine traffic survey twice using exclusive software. We examined the traffic safety of the passing vessels by classifying the sea area by each function based on the analysis about this traffic situation, and analyzing the effect by designating 'Inner passage'. We also studied the plan for the effective rearrangement cf Central Wharf considering basically the traffic safety of arrival and departure in a point of view of navigators.

가사활동에 따른 피로도 감소를 위한 입좌식 부엌가구의 개발에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 주부들의 주활동공간인 부엌가구와 공간의 설계에 있어사용하기 편리하며 가사활동에 따 른 피로를 경감시키고 요통과 같은 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있는 부엌가구와 공간의 개발에 그 목적을 두었다. 연구는 먼저 수도권의 32평형 규모의 아파트150가구를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 만 24시간동안의 실제 가사활동을 Video로 촬영하여 동작분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 주부들은 수납의 용 이성과 공간의 크기, 작업대의 높이 등을 가장 많은 개선사항으로 지적하였으며, 절반이상의 주부들이 앉은 자세에서 작업이 이루어졌으면 좋겠다고 응답하였다. 또한 동작분석 결과 작업의 70%이상이 개수 대를 중심으로 조리대와 가열대 주변의 한정된 공간에서정적으로 선 자세에서이루어지는 것으로 파악 되었다. 이러한 선 자세에서의 작업에 따른 피로도를 감소시키기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입하였으며, 개수대를 씽크대의 'ㄱ'자 코너에 위치하여 주방활동시의 이동거리를 단축하고자 하였다. 피로도의 경감 을 측정하기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입한 개선된 씽크대와 기존의 입식씽크대에서 가사활동시 요구되는 주부들의 에너지 대사량을 비교하기 위하여 심장박동수와 산소호흡량을 측정하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 주방에 입좌식의자를 도입한 경우가 가사활동에 요구되는 에너지 소모량이 심장박동수와 산소호흡량의 기준에서 각각 평균적으로 30%와 57.5% 이상이 감소하는 것으로 파악되어 이러한 부엌가구의 도입으로 주부들의 가사활동에따른 피로도가 절반 가까이 감소될 수 있음을 니타내었다. 또한 부엌가구의 재배치 에따른 가사활동시 이동거리가 평균적으로5.5%이상이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 주방설 계에 적용할 경우 가사활동의 효율성과 편리성이 향샹됨은 물론 가사활동에따른 피로도를 경감 시키고 요통 등의 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.1일 1회씩 4회 투여한 군에서도 암수에 상관없이 전 농도 군에서 염색체이상을 나타내지 않아 유전독성을 나타내지 않음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance.   • Tunnels that have recently been constructed are characterized by longer length than ever before and furthermore they frequently go through the ground area with poor conditions such as fractured zones. If ground strength is weak, plastic deformation of tunnel occurs, and occasionally a big fall may be brought about. Up to now, the construction work of tunneling has been executed as a sequential method placing the lining concrete after completion of excavation. Such a method requires a long time and much money to complete the tunnel. It is hard to ensure the stability of tunnel if tunnel is left undone for a long time after excavation in fracture zones or plastic grounds. For this reason, we tried to take simultaneous construction of tunnel excavation and lining concrete in order to not only shorten construction schedule but also stabilize the tunnel at the highly fractures zone as soon as possible. As preliminary consideration for simultaneous construction, in-situ tests are performed to calculate the isolation distance over which blasting vibration does not influence the strength of lining concrete. Improvement of ling form, placing method of concrete, ventilation using a dust collector, together with equipment arrangement, was made to assure the simultaneous construction work.

  • The KSA caused an error in deriving the statistical measurement items due to the misconfiguration of the safety variables and sub-modules that constitute the safety statistics framework for external causes of death, and pathogenesis, without considering the academic classification system of the field and area of the disaster/accident. By naming it as a mechanism, it was analyzed that the result of poor statistical validity has arrived. Therefore, in this study, by changing the safety parameters according to the WHO safety definition and setting the sub-modules appropriately, the categories of falls, drowning accidents, and accidents exposed to inanimate mechanical forces are classified as accidents at industrial sites and work in daily life. As a result, by systematically re-establishing the complex group of statistical items of the NSO by deriving the field of disasters/accidents according to the nature of the source of external causes of death and setting the relevant domains academically, statistical validity gets better and It is anticipated to play an important role in determining the direction of safe investment.

  • K company produces semiconductor package products under the make-to-order policy to supply for domestic and foreign semiconductor manufacturing companies. Its production process is a machine-paced assembly line type, which consists of die sawing, assembly, and test. This paper suggests three plans to increase process throughput based on the process analysis of K company and evaluates them via a simulation model using a real data collected. The three plans are line balancing by adding machines to the bottleneck process, product group scheduling, and reallocation of the operators in non-bottleneck processes. The evaluation result shows the highest daily throughput increase of 17.3% with an effect of 2.8% reduction of due date violation when the three plans are applied together. Payback period for the mixed application of the three plans is obtained as 1.37 years.

  • To safeguard the accommodation spaces on cargo ships from fire, structural fire protection provisions introduced by SOLAS and these measures retard the propagation of flames and smoke. SOLAS also specifies provisions for fire fighting drills. These provisions are a combination of regulations regarding structure and equipment and those dealing with the human element for the fire protection and effective responses in the event of fire. Requirements related to the human element play a supporting role to the requirements for structure and equipment because the present accommodation structure and equipment are insufficient for extinguishing a fire, therefore, fire-extinguishing activity performed by crew members is essential. To reduce human error and ensure effective fire fighting, it is necessary to install a fire-fighting system and improve the fire fighting process. The fundamental concept of fire fighting exercises is to commence fire fighting before the fire grows too big to extinguish. It is essential to relocate the storage place of fire fighting equipment to expedite the fire-fighting exercise. This study was carried out to reduce human risk for this purpose, the fire control station was relocated to a site that could be accessed from the open deck. Further, two sets of a fire fighter's outfit were stored at the same site. This relocation eliminated the risk of the crew reentering to operate the fire fighting system in the fire control station and allowed the crew to pick up the fire fighters' outfits quickly in the event of a fire. In addition, it was proposed that the IIC method be made mandatory. This method is combination of automatic fire detection system and sprinkler system which can reduce the risk of the fire fighting exercises for the crew and to suppress fire in the initial stage. This study was carried out to provide a foundation to the possible amendment of the relevant SOLAS regulations and national legislation.
