본 연구에서는 종사자의 핵심자기평가가 창의적 행동 및 서비스생산성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석해 보았으며 실제 대표적 서비스기업인 항공운송업 종사자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석으로 시행하였다. 연구 결과를 요약해 보자면 신경증을 제외한 핵심자기평가는 창의적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 창의적 행동은 또한 서비스생산성에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 한편 인구통계학적 특성에 기한 차이는 자아효능감의 경우 나이가 적을수록 평균값이 높게 나타나고 있으며 나이가 많아질수록 적어지는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이러한 현상은 통상적인 것이라 볼 수 있겠으나 요는 이러한 현상을 극복할 수 있는 방안에 대해 강구할 필요가 있으며 주로 임금인상이나 복지증진 등의 유인책을 활용해 보는 것이 바람직하다 할 것이다. 한편 신경증과의 관계에서 봤을 때 26-30세 정도에 급격히 증가하는 점을 볼 때 이 시기에 업무 관련 시행착오 혹은 업무에 대한 과오 등에 대한 중압감이 작용하는 것으로 볼 수 있으며 이러한 중압감에 기하여 업무에 소극적이 되지 않도록 할 필요성이 제기된다고 하겠다.

상담심리학적으로 미디어 치료에는 매체를 보고 듣고 느끼며 자아를 성장시켜 가는 감상주의적 치료와 매체를 직접 만들어가면서 자신의 감정과 생각을 매체에 투사하는 표현주의적 치료가 있다. 감상주의적 치료 예로는 사진보기, 영화, 미술관람, 책읽기 등이 있는데 내담자 스스로의 해석력이나 해석방법에 따라 심리학적 영향력의 유무가 결정되어서 이해력과 집중력이 부족한 내담자에게는 상담결과의 정확성이라는 한계가 있다. 표현주의적 치료 예로는 춤, 노래, 미술창작활동, 모래놀이, 연기활동, 영상제작 등이 있으며 이는 무의식의 발산을 가능케 하고 적극적 자기의사 표현하는 등의 장점이 있지만 창작활동의 특성상 개별 작업의 형태가 많고 제작기반 획득 등의 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 두 한계를 극복하기 위하여 표현주의적인 치료와 감상주의적 치료가 동시에 가능한 게임 미디어를 이용한 치료 가능성을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 이 치료에 적합한 게임의 구성요소와 게임의 시각 요소를 기술한다.

본 연구는 수험생 자녀를 둔 가족의 정신, 신체적 건강이 크게 위협받고 있음을 중시하고, 부모와 수험생 자녀가 겪는 스트레스를 인지, 대처, 디스트레스의 각 측면으로 측정하고 관련 변인을 분석함으로써, 이들 가족의 스트레스 극복을 위한 적절한 방안을 강구해보고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 고등학교 3학년 재학생과 그 부모 3인을 한쌍으로 360가족, 1080명을 대상으로 자료수집 하였으며, 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 자녀의 학업스트레스가 가장 높게 나타났으며 다음은 모, 부의 순으로 나타났으나 모, 부간의 차이가 크지 않아 부, 모, 자녀의 순으로 대처능력이 높게 나타나 자녀는 높은 스트레스를 인지하면서도 적절한 대체방안을 사용하지 못하고 있음을 알수 있다 2) 부모자녀의 스트레스 상관도는 자녀의 경 우 스트레스 인지와 디스트레스간의 상관이 비교적 높고 부모의 경우는 스트레스 대처와 디스트레스간의 상관이 높다. 또한 부부간 스트레스는 상관이 높지만 부모 자녀간에는 상관이 높지 않게 나타나고 있다. 3) 자녀의 지원대학 수준모의 학력이나 가족의 소득부의 직업 수준등이 낮은 경우 부모나 수험생 자녀의 스트레스가 높게 나타나고 가족응집성, 자녀의 자아 정체감 학업성취욕, 부모의 결혼만족도, 부와의 친밀성, 부모 자녀 갈등등은 스트레스 수준에 영향을 미치는 중요변인이며 이러한 영향력은 모두 자신의 지각에 따라 반응한다.

The poetic theme is a unified principle of which a poet writes poems out in his work. Theme is a poet's central thought expressed in his works. And it was described on the basis of writer's view of the world and life. In this study, I divided the themes of modern Sijo into three kinds according to the materials for a poem. Especially I am interested not so much in the poems taking outer problems of human life for the subject of a poem as in poems dealing with fundamental problems of human life such as self-consciousness, death, God's presence. Firstly, in modern Sijo which deals with poet's self-reflection and self-consciousness as a poet, poets examine himself. And he intends to write poems more severely. The more poet reflects self-consciousness, the more earnestly he tries hard to write good poems. As a poet. he feels complication between real-self and ideal self, so he tries to conquer the shame made in the gab of them. And he takes writing poems into his divinely appointed work in life. A kind of meta-Sijo is written in this circumstances. Secondly, there are modern Sijo, which shows deep concerns in death problems of human life. Thanatopsis expressed in modern Sijo is connected with poet's personal experiences. In most cases, poet describes fragmentary thoughts, sorrows and agony after death of his intimate persons. In Sijo, however, poets don't dig Into the death problem deep enough because of the characteristics of genre. But it is very significant work to take various materials of death into poetic themes in Sijo in that it makes us to reflect of human attitude of life. Thirdly, the poetic themes of dealing with fundamental problems of human and God are expressed in Sijo based on Christian view of the world. In such a poems, poet complains to God who looks in illogical human situations as a spectator of vulgar realities of life. But ultimately. poet expresses deep affirmation and obedience of God in his poems. So he manifests Christianity by the poetic paradox. Such poems change over the theme of modern Sijo the superficial Problems of reality to the deep situation of life.

Using a qualitative multimethod approach, this study was to discover integrated factors to construct a substantive theory about occupational socialization of librarians. Through theoretical sampling, 42 participants were in-deathly interviewed at three studies, i. e phenomenological, ethnographic, and grounded theory approach. These data were analyzed and finally integrated using grounded theory approach. Emerged integrated factors were: Sharing values of the profession in education, Striving to overcome the peripheral perception, Lack of understanding about the profession, Inadequate conditions, Shared work values, Social changes, Perception about users, Organizational culture of library, Human relations in organization, Continuing education and exchange, Seeking the professional, Strategies for work, Strategies for human relations, Strategies for surviving slump and crisis, Strategies for enhancing oneself, Coping strategies for lack of understanding, Self congruence with the profession, Non-self congruence with the profession.

The purpose of this study was to identify student's patient education experience, satisfaction with clinical nursing practice and self-efficacy in Maternity nursing practice. As the result, The nursing students had difficulties in accessing the patient, education time, and lack of self-confidence. There was a statistically significant difference in satisfaction of patient education experience with method of education, time of practice, and satisfaction of maternity nursing, satisfaction with clinical nursing practice with attitude of students, satisfaction of clinical practice, practice place, self-efficacy with grades, satisfaction of maternity nursing, practice place. In order to overcome the difficulties and limitations of maternal nursing practice, we maintain close cooperation with the hospital staff and propose it as a strategy of teaching method and practice guidance reflecting the needs of nursing students.

This study aims to explore life experience of divorced mothers' self-independence and to search for ways of helping their self-independence in social welfare practices. Researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 10 divorced mothers about life experience of psycho-social and economic spheres, child care, job experience, etc. The results of this study showed that the single mothers had experienced psychological distress of depression, feeling of reject and betrayal, difficulties in child care, and so on. They had experienced of various jobs to cope with economic difficulties. After divorce, they had explored informations and support resources to receive help for their children, and they endeavored to acquire a certificate of qualifications. They accepted their divorces in themselves and they rebuilt relationships with ex-husband, excised perceptions of self-control in finances and child discipline spheres. And they established of mid-to long-term life goals, and did not abandon their dreams and visions in despite of their poor qualities. Based on these results of this study, the ways of social welfare practices to help and support single mothers' self-independence were suggested in the conclusion part of this study.

The purpose of this study was to explore the lived experiences of university students who were placed under academic probation. A qualitative research design was used to understand the experiences of students. The data were collected using individual in-depth interviews with 4 students who had experiences of low academic achievements at least once during 5 semesters. Low self esteem was the main issue in this study and inner struggles were identified within 4 themes: Outstanding students controlled by helpers; A costume play as a outstanding student; Realize that I am a under academic achiever; Realize who I am and what I have to do. This study identified that low academic achievement brings to low self esteem seriously, however, human being has strong resilience in the traumatic circumstances. Thus, it is absolutely necessary devoting efforts to develop suitable student supporting programs in the way of inner and outer network systems.

With a special attention to the effects of his different mothering environments on the formation of the children's identity and sociality, and on their growing up into a mature personality under various types of mothering attitudes, this thesis is to tell the significance of the mothering attitude in Faulkner's novel, Light in August. Lena Grove's "tolerant mothering attitude" in Light in August accepts the existence of things as they are and takes the substance over the form. The message for the writer to deliver must be Lena's "tolerance and holding mothering attitude environment." And it is the most required for a child to establish his or her identity and sociality as a human being and to grow up into a mature person.

This study examines the inequality of female golf leaders in recruitment and promotion and investigates alternatives to overcome them. It consisted of in-depth interviews and observations of the participants of this researcher by 9 female golf instructors who were employed in the driving range and had more than 10 years of teaching experience. Area analysis and classification analysis were used, and expert consultation, triangulation verification, and reconfirmation with participants were performed. The results first, Female golf leaders were unable to compete equally in the network of male golf leaders who advanced first. Second, female golf leaders were faithful to the role theory of women who have been educated in Confucian culture in Korean society. Third, to overcome the gender inequality reality, education was selected and self-esteem was raised through education. Fourth, fair opportunities should be given through job postings and job standardization. Lastly, it was confirmed that the proportion of athletes soon leads to the proportion of leaders, and that the number of leaders becomes a condition for equality.
