The Effect of Pre-Service Early Childhood Teachers' Motivation for Choosing Teaching on Career Adaptability: The Mediating Effect of Self-Directed Learning (예비유아교사의 교직선택동기가 진로적응력에 미치는영향 : 자기주도학습의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of teachers' motivation for choosing teaching on the relationship with career adaptability through self-directed learning in 271 pre-service early childhood teachers. As a result of the study, first, career adaptability, self-directed learning, and motivation for choosing teaching were high in order. Second, there was a positive correlation that the higher the motivation for choosing a teaching profession, the higher the self-directed learning and career adaptation, and the higher the self-directed learning, the higher the career adaptation. Third, it was found that self-directed learning of pre-service early childhood teachers partially mediated teachers' motivation for choosing teaching and career adaptability. This study is significant in that it sought various perspectives in practicing high-quality early childhood teacher education program and provided basic data on teacher education program.

Model selection for unstable AR process via the adaptive LASSO (비정상 자기회귀모형에서의 벌점화 추정 기법에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper, we study the adaptive least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) for the unstable autoregressive (AR) model. To identify the existence of the unit root, we apply the adaptive LASSO to the augmented Dickey-Fuller regression model, not the original AR model. We illustrate our method with simulations and a real data analysis. Simulation results show that the adaptive LASSO obtained by minimizing the Bayesian information criterion selects the order of the autoregressive model as well as the degree of differencing with high accuracy.

  • 본 논문에서는 생명체의 면역계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 세포독성 T세포의 생성과정의 하나인 긍정선택(positive selection)과 부정 선택(negative selection)을 모델링하여 침입에 의한 데이터 변경과 바이러스에 의한 데이터 감염 등을 탐지할 때 가장 중요한 요소인 변경 검사 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 면역세포의 생성시 MHC 인식부를 형성해 주는 긍정 선택을 자기 인식 알고리즘으로 구현하여 컴퓨터에서 자기로 인식해야하는 파일이나 기능에 대해 MHC 인식부를 형성하고, 또한 항원 인식부를 형성하는 부정 선택을 이용해 변형 검지기(anomaly detector)를 구성한다. 따라서 제안한 알고리즘은 실제 면역세포와 마찬가지로 자신과 침입자 모두에 대한 인식기를 가지고 변경을 탐지하게 된다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 자기파일의 일부가 변경되었을 때와 블록이 변경되었을 때에 대하여 두 가지 방법을 이용한 변경 검사 알고리즘의 특성과 유효성을 밝힌다.

  • 인간 및 다른 생물들의 DNA 서열이 밝혀짐에 따라 DNA 서열 정보를 이용할 수 있는 계산적 처리방식에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DNA의 패턴을 분류할 수 있는 면역계 부정 선택에 기반한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 부정 선택은 면역세포 생성시 자신을 인식하지 않는 항원 인식부를 생성하기 위한 과정이다. 이 항원 인식부를 통해 자기와 비자기를 구별한다. 이것을 n개의 자기 또는 비자기 집단으로 확장하고 n개의 항원 집단을 구성하면 n개의 패턴 분류가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 부정 선택에 기반한 DNA 염기 레벨에서의 패턴 분류방법과 아미노산 레벨에서의 패턴분류 방법을 제안한다.

  • In this study, the college student for career self efficacy and career choice. The college student for career self efficacy and career choice were differences depending on the major series and major satisfaction. The career choice depends on the gender. The career self efficacy and career choice, there is no difference by IT qualification. Therefore, it is necessary to improve college students is a major satisfaction for each major series in order to increase the career self efficacy. Many college students plan to attend the career choice and employment in major series. A variety of ways to increase the satisfaction of majors are required.

Self-Encouragement as a Mediator in the Relationship between Teaching Entry Motivation and Teaching Competence of Early Childhood Pre-Service Teachers (예비유아교사의 교직선택동기와 교직수행능력의 관계에서 자기격려의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide a better understanding of the relationship between teaching entry motivation and teaching competence by examining the role of self-encouragement as a mediator. Data were collected from 202 students at university(Dept. of Early Childhood Education) in Daejeon. The results were as follows. First, there was the significant differences in teaching competence level by self-encouragement and teaching entry motivation styles. Second, It was also found that students with intrinsic motivation conceived higher teaching competence than others. The more students self-encouraged, the higher teaching competence they conceived. Third, it was found that the self-encouragement partially mediated the relationship between intrinsic teaching entry motivation and teaching competence. Also, it was analyzed that the self-encouragement fully mediated the relationship between extrinsic teaching entry motivation and teaching competence. Finally, it is necessary to understand of the teaching entry motivation styles and of the importance of the self-encouragement.

  • 의사에게 있어 자신의 적성과 능력에 부합하는 세부 전공을 선택하는 것은 자신의 자아실현뿐만 아니라 환자들에게도 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이것은 의과대학생들의 전공 선택을 위해 의과대학 재학 중에 이루어지는 진로개발의 중요성을 시사한다. 이 글은 의과대학생 개개인의 적성과 소질에 따른 전공 선택을 어떻게 지도할 수 있는지 단계별 진로지도 전략에 대해 고찰하였다. 전공 선택 지도의 첫 번째 단계는 자기평가이다. 자기평가는 자신의 적성과 능력에 맞는 전공을 선택하기 위해 스스로에 대한 정보를 모으고 이해하는 과정이다. 두 번째는 전공탐색 단계이다. 이 단계는 자신의 적성과 능력에 부합할 가능성이 높은 전공과목에 대한 정보를 수집하는 것이다. 세 번째는 전공 선택 단계이다. 이 과정은 학생 스스로에 대한 자기평가 결과 및 전공에 대한 탐색 결과에 기초하여 자신이 어떤 분야에 더 적합한가에 대한 의사결정을 하는 과정이다. 전공 선택을 위한 접근 방법의 마지막은 전공 영역의 수련을 위해서 자신이 결정한 전공 선택을 이행하는 단계이다. 이 단계에서는 자신이 선택한 전공영역, 그리고 전공의 수련교육과정을 제공하는 교육기관에 응시원서를 제출하고, 면접을 실시하는 과정이 포함된다. 의과대학생들이 자신의 적성과 소질에 따른 전공 선택과 의과대학생 개개인의 선택의 문제를 넘어 의료 인력의 수급, 의료서비스의 질적인 수준과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 그러므로 의과대학은 대학의 책무성 수행차원에서 학생들의 가치관 확립과 진로지도를 위한 체계적인 학생 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하고 학생들을 적극적으로 지원해야 한다.

  • In this paper, we modeled positive selection and negative selection that is developing process of cytotoxic T-cell that plays important role in biological immune system. Also, we developed change detection algorithm, which is very Important part in detecting data change by intrusion and data infection by computer virus. Proposed method is the algorithm that produces MHC receptor lot recognizing self and antigen detector for recognizing non-self. Therefore, proposed method detects self and intruder by two type of detectors like real immune system. We show the effectiveness and characteristics of proposed change detection algorithm by simulation about point and block change of self file.

Effects of Pre-Service Elementary Teachers' Scientific Self-Efficacy by Science Motivation according to the Academic Track in High School (예비 초등 교사의 고등학교 재학 시 진로 계열에 따른 과학적 자기 효능감이 과학 동기에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of pre-service elementary teachers' scientific self-efficacy by science motivation according to the academic track in high school. The subjects of this study were 525 pre-service elementary teachers of which 350 pre-service elementary teachers were selected from the humanities and social sciences track in high school and 175 pre-service elementary teachers were selected from the science-engineering track in high school. In order to investigate the difference between scientific self-efficacy and science motivation among pre-service elementary teachers, Independent sample t-test and Cohen's d were done. In order to find out about the Influencing of scientific self-efficacy on science motivation, multiple regression analysis was used. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were statistically significant differences in scientific self-efficacy and science motivation, and the average of pre-service elementary teachers who selected science-engineering were significantly higher. Second, explanation power of scientific self-efficacy on science motivation appeared as 66.7~68.3%. The explanatory power of pre-service elementary teachers' who selected humanities and social sciences were higher. The relative importance was high in task difficulty preference factor to humanities and social sciences, was high in self-regulation efficacy to science-engineering. In conclusion, in order for pre-service elementary teachers to achieve high achievement and motivation in science subjects, and to teach science well to students in the school field, teacher education that can improve scientific self-efficacy should be conducted.

Classification of DNA Pattern Using Negative Selection (부정 선택을 이용한 DNA의 패턴 분류)

  • According to revealing the DNA sequence of human and living things, it increases that a demand on a new computational processing method which utilizes DNA sequence information. In this paper we propose a classification algorithm based on negative selection of the immune system to classify DNA patterns. Negative selection is the process to determine an antigenic receptor that recognize antigens, nonself cells. The immune cells use this antigen receptor to judge whether a self or not. If one composes n group of antigenic receptor for n different patterns, they can classify into n patterns. In this paper we propose a pattern classification algorithm based on negative selection in nucleotide base level and amino acid level.
