As the increasing of users' request about internet web service, the importance of ontology to construct semantic web is increasing now. Early Internet data processing was studied in the form of data integration through centralized ontology construction. However, because of distributed environment of internet, when integrating data of distributed site, it is required to integrate data of each site in terms of peer-to-peer data processing for corresponding to fast change of internet. In this paper, in distributed environment, we propose data processing method which construct ontology in each site with ontology language OWL. Furthermore, through relational representation of OWL, we propose the system containing distributed query processing for data constructed in different site with different method.

As a consequence of expansion in information technology, various services continually have been provided us through the internet in these days. Since the beginning of the mobile service, contents for its service actively have been developing now; there fore, the existing internet service system is gradually changing into the wireless mobile service system. However, mobile service now in use is mostly for entertainment such as bell sound, game and so on. The existing contents are very insufficient to satisfy the education. In this thesis, we have developed new mobile contents that are combined with Item Pool System. Students can connect to the learning contents by using the mobile device in anywhere and anytime in order to promote the efficiency of study.

최근에 지리 정보를 검색, 관리, 분석 할 수 있는 지리 정보 시스템(Geographic Information System, CIS)의 사용이 확대됨에 따라 단순한 수치지도 정보 이외에 좀 더 현실적이고, 사실적인 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 시스템에 대한 요구가 커지고 있으며 이동통신 기술의 발달과 모바일 단말의 급속한 확산으로 인하여 지리 정보 시스템의 모바일 시스템화가 급속히 진행중이다. 이러한 현상에 맞추어 무선 인터넷 환경에서 공간 객체의 실제 영상 정보를 보여주는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현장에서 공간 객체에 대한 영상 정보를 검색 할 수 있는 시스템은 현실적 모습 및 상태에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 제공해 줄 수 있어. 공간 객체의 실제 모습이 필요한 여러 분석이나 의사결정이 필요한 분야에서 효율적으로 이용될 수 있다. 공간 객체의 실제 영상 정보를 제공하기 위해 현재 영상을 고려하는 지리 정보 시스템이 개발 중이기는 하나, 이러한 시스템들은 무선 인터넷 환경을 고려하지 않고 있어, 현장에서 공간 객체에 대한 영상을 효율적으로 얻기에는 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 공간 객체에 대한 영상 정보 검색 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위 해 1) 수치 지도 및 영상, 그리고 그 매핑 정보의 구축 방안을 제시한다. 그리고, 2) 제안된 시스템을 전체적으로 설계 및 구현함으로써, 그 유용성을 보인다.

무선 인터넷 환경에서 무선 인터넷 브라우징을 지원하는 휴대폰 단말기는 각 단말기 종류별로 표시 가능한 줄 수, 화면 넓이, 칼라 지원 여부 등과 같이 다양한 표현 능력을 갖고 있음에 따라, 휴대폰 단말기를 통해 클라이언트에 의해 요청된 해당 컨텐츠는 각 단말기의 표현 능력에 따라 응용 서버에 의해 적절하게 변환되어 클라이언트에게 제공되어야 한다. 그러나 변환 작업은 처리 시간이 매우 많이 소모되는 작업이므로 캐쉬를 이용하는 방법이 효율적이다. 그러나, 무선 인터넷 환경에서는 다양한 종류의 휴대폰 단말기가 존재하므로 변환된 컨텐츠는 오직 그 컨텐츠를 요청한 단말기에만 유효하도록 캐쉬에 저장되기 때문에 캐쉬에 대한 적중률이 매우 떨어질 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 이러한 캐쉬의 약점을 극복하기 위해, 모바일 환경의 응용 서버에서 다양한 단말기를 위한 컨텐츠 변환을 지원하면서도 캐쉬의 적중률을 높일 수 있는 방법을 제안하며 이에 대한 설계를 논한다.

The development of information technology such as the internet has brought about rapidly changes the old medical technology, e-Healthcare has been to raise social issue. The e-Healthcare which new turning point of paradigm in the medical information develops the medical policy in Korea and the technology, the prospective of reverse engineering in internet environment is incurring problems such as distribution of critical information and invasion and infringement of privacy, etc. In this research, we suggest the Role Based Access Control System, HPIP-e-Healthcare Privacy Information Protection, for solving above problem. The HPIP is composed 4 mechanisms such as Consolidate User Identity, Hospital Authorization, Medical Record Access Control, Patient Diagnosis and we are also prototyping the HPIP for feasible approach in the real computing environment.
